Books on sale at Loose Id
Hearts on Fire Reviews posted a list of their favorite books from 2013 and many LI titles were on there, including Room at the Edge by Jane Davitt and Alexa Snow.
To tie in with this, LI are discounting all their books on the list from now until midnight Jan 19th. It's well worth visiting the site and buying from there. They offer all the usual formats for the e-readers out there and the site's got some good features like the VIP Club and the Daily Deals.
So go! Buy books! Save money! Read! :-))

Reading Between the Lines
Reading Between the Lines is a story of mine that first appeared in an anthology published by Torquere in 2008 called Kegs and Dorms.
Jane Davitt's "Reading Between the Lines" tells the story of Seth and Gabe, the odd-couple-from-hell roommates who are either going to kill each other or fall in love, and it's anybody's guess as to which will come first.
They're releasing my story as a standalone now that the book is out of print and it'll come out on Feb 5 2014.
I went through the story and tweaked some stylistic choices I'd made. The chance to edit myself after six years of (I hope) growing as a writer was too tempting to pass on. I use less ellipses these days...
The cover is by the talented Brandon Clay.

Killing Time Release date
Just got a release date from our editor at Loose Id for 'Killing Time' by Alexa and me; March 11th. If edits go well, and they usually do, it might be earlier.
This is a contemporary urban fantasy with sexy magic users, sassy cats, sentient computers and a nicely evil villain.
We had fun :-)

Horsing Around comes out today!
Excited to announce that Horsing Around comes out today, published by Torquere and edited by Vincent Diamond. It's an anthology with a central theme of, yes, horses, and my story, also available separately, is called Clear Round.
There's something about the outside of a horse that's good for the inside of a man. Inside and out, the men who love horses in this collection love other men too. With six stories from award-winning authors, Horsing Around is sure to make you squirm in your saddle!
Stories include:
Clear Round by Jane Davitt
A Secret in Indigo by Missouri Dalton
Ride Like a Stallion by Kiernan Kelly
For Love and Money by Sean Michael
Old Scars by Aaron Michaels
Loading Up by BA Tortuga
The blurb for my story:
Training horses at his stable is Danny's job and he's good at it, but when it comes to prickly Seth, newcomer to the village who's refusing to let Danny use his field for the annual gymkhana, just how tight a rein will Danny need to tame Seth's temper?
As the men explore their attraction to each other, fears and weaknesses are exposed, leaving them with difficult fences to face before they can get a clear round.

Free Read: Job Satisfaction
I just added Job Satisfaction to the free reads here on GR and archived it at AO3.
It's a short story that originally appeared in Men in Uniform I, then as a standalone, and is now out of print.
When the Air Force sends an officer to give a career talk to a graduating class, their teacher discovers there's something about a man in uniform — and out of it.

'Sir' read by Sirly Eric
The BDSM group here on Goodreads have put out an audio of one of my freebie shorts, 'Sir', read by Sirly Eric.
NSFW and deliciously read ;-)
It's on Youtube here if you're not a group member and the story itself is here.
Many thanks to La Crimson Femme for all her hard work and, of course, to Sirly Eric for taking the time to record it.
In odd moments, I'm expanding this story. Don't know if anything will come of it, but if it ever gets done, I'll post it. I like this unnamed Dom and his boy.
And if you want to find out their names, BookAddict interviewed me and I answered as the Dom which was fun :-)

Added a new short story
I just added an impromptu original fic to my writing and it's here:
Invocation: The First Offense
This is a weird little story that popped into my head and ended differently than I'd planned. It's not a romance, it's not exactly our world, and it's less about getting what you want and need as it is about being true to yourself.
Basically, a cop pulls a woman over for speeding and she decides not to pay the fine but take another option. Bow-chicka-bow time? Not exactly.
It's around 4,000 words, there's discipline in here, and it's more head games than sex games.
