Walk Away When…

Walk Away When

The words “Walk Away” have been floating through my mind for days, so here you are reading my innermost thoughts. Throughout our lives we walk away from a variety of things, usually because they caused us harm or disappointment in some way. We’ve all been in situations that have ended, or expired. There is an inner knowing the time has come to walk away and pursue another path.

Have you ever walked away from something and felt regret, feeling you make the wrong decision, even though it felt right at the time? Our life is full of decision making 24/7. Sometimes I feel like walking away from making decisions!

“Give the gift of your absence to those who do not appreciate your presence.” – Unknown

Walk Away When:

You are physically or mentally abused by people forcefully putting their needs at the expense of yours.
You are treated with disrespect – this covers a great deal of territory!
You find yourself giving your inner power away – your inner power belongs to you. No one can take it away without your permission.
You know it’s time to change the direction of your life. You feel right about your decision because ‘contrast’ taught you powerful lessons about what you want and do not want in your life.
You can find no other alternative that supports you, except to walk away. For example, harmful addictions and behavior.
You are angry, reactive or overwhelmed. Give yourself time to cool your jets.
Walk away from things that poison your soul.

“And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we’re liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.        — Marianne Williamson in A Return To Love

Walk Life:

Courageous, never stooping to the level of the abuser. Walk away and contemplate the valuable lessons there for you.
With respect for yourself and others, even though you have may different belief systems and practices.
Feel your inner and outer power. Value your own worth and others will follow suit.
Make conscious choices and decisions that support your life.
Support others and you will find they support you in turn. Ask for help when you need it.
Adopt the practice of balanced well-being. Respond with kindness and generosity of spirit.
Feed your soul the best fuel daily.

I quote from my book, Change Your Movie, Change Your Life: 7 Reel Concepts for Courageous Change: “As the producer of your life, decide to use your role as casting director to find people who are willing to play strong supporting roles in your movie. Many will show up to audition. Not all will make the cut simply because they don’t fit the theme of your movie. Learn to let go, and don’t try to force someone to be something they are not. Some characters will stay as long as both of you find value in each other, and then they will move on when the important role they played in your movie has ended. Learn to appreciate the significance of another’s contribution, no matter how small it may first appear to be. A course correction of one degree is only truly appreciated after many miles. One small comment made in a moment of poignant honesty can dramatically alter the course of one’s life, changing tragedy to triumph.

There will be people dropping out of your movie production from time to time as their part ends. Let them go. Perhaps they played their part and are moving on to a new production. Bless them for their participation with gratitude, knowing the right cast of characters will show up to audition for the parts you need filled, right when you need them.

Surround yourself with supportive people who have a good sense of self-worth. We all benefit from cheerleaders in our life who are positive and motivated themselves. As movie directors, we can all use some behind the scenes support! Build a strong relationship with yourself and with those who support and inspire you. Internal validation builds a level of confidence that is unshakable.”

Why Does Resonance Matter?

“Resonance happens when your mind and heart come into sync.”

Ravindra Shukla, A Maverick Heart: Between Love and Life

Have you noticed the shift in energy – everywhere? It’s palpable in our inner and outer worlds. The earth is raising its vibrational frequency and every living thing is being affected. People are wondering why it feels like time is speeding up. Lately 24 hours can feel like a 15 or 16 hour day, yet our clocks still move in a 24 hour period. My thinking is: As we move out of the 3D dimensional “reality” and vibrate to higher frequencies – time shifts as we do, even though it appears to be the same 24 hours in a day.

Why Does Resonance Matter?

In the 80’s The Schumann Resonance (discovered in 1952) slowly began increasing.
The earth has been protected and surrounded by an electromagnetic resonance of 7.83hz. Think of it as a tuning fork for life – the earth’s heartbeat.
After December 21, 2012 the larger shifts began.
In 2014 the resonance peaked at 15 to 25hz and was considered by many to be an anomaly.
January 31, 2017 for the first time in recorded history, The Schumann Resonance reached frequencies of 36+hz.
Sunday April 16, 2017 the resonance hit 90hz.
May 12, 2017 it spiked to 120hz.

Everything is energy, pure and simple. Human consciousness is impacted by the electromagnetic field of the earth. Coping with these energy shifts can be challenging. Earth and it’s inhabitants are on a precipice – predicted over centuries of time. The heart centered individuals who are in tune with the new frequency changes are having a much easier time adapting to the reality shifts occurring.

“The rhythm of resonance enlivens the human spirit and is a catalyst for transformation.” – Debra…

Now is a good time to make conscious choices in your life in support of integrity, love, peace, and above all, harmlessness to self and others. Fear will do nothing but lead you down a dark and dreary path, full of deception on winding roads to disappointment. Sounds a bit harsh I know, but time is of the essence. Humans run the gamut from being wide awake, all the way to being in a deep sleep. Those who are awake have the opportunity to make an powerful impact on those who are not.

As I mentioned earlier, human consciousness is impacted by the electromagnetic field of the earth, which means we can raise our frequency to match that of the earth. Imagine experiencing higher levels of awareness, consciousness and DNA boosts – all in our souls true nature.

Are you preparing for the dimensional shifts occurring, or waking up to them? I hope you will do some investigating on your own. If you are new to shifting your energy, go slowly, so as not to overload your system. The body has to catch up to the energy your soul knows you can handle. We want to keep the human exterior enveloping us comfortable, safe and happy. Increasing numbers of people are crossing over into a new age, day by day, gradually adjusting to the tune of the music being played in their soul.

Keep your thoughts, feeling and actions happy, joy-full, kind and loving to others. Everything we think, say and do matters. Commitment to living and resonating courageously is not always easy, but worth the effort put forth. Resonance matters on so many levels, and resonating to the heart is the best place to start. As the Hopi’s saying goes: “Do not cling onto the shore, let go, keep your eyes open and heads above water. See who is in there with you and celebrate.”

In the words of Dr. Joe Dispenza: “Perhaps we are on the verge of a great evolutionary jump. Another way to say it is we are going through an initiation, after all, isn’t an initiation a rite of passage from one phase to another? Perhaps the earth is assisting us in lifting the veil, initiating us to a quickening in energy, and enabling us to see our true nature. Maybe when we see, remember, and awaken to who we truly are, human beings can finally move as a collective consciousness from a state of surviving to a state of thriving.”

When Will My Life Change?

When Will My Life Change?

This question comes up for everyone at some point. When will my life change? And why hasn’t it changed yet? I am a good person, a loyal friend, a loving parent. I work hard, I am honest, and on and on it goes. For some, year after year. Many of us think of the future as a place where our lives will look different. We will have our new car, new job, new home, a new relationship with ourselves and others. But what about now? Now is where the answers, gifts and future outcomes lay. Right Now! Not yesterday, not tomorrow. Those are only thoughts.

This NOW moment = your Naturally Occurring Wonder! – Debra Oakland

Life can pass right by and we miss most of the important clues, the arrows along the way that point us in the right direction. Most people think they know what will make them truly happy. But when you ask them, it is usually something outside of them. Maybe if they have more possessions, they will finally be happy. Possessions are wonderful and we are welcome to all we want, including money and supply, beautiful homes, wonderful loving relationships, joy or anything you can add to the list.

I am sure you know people who have money and many beautiful or fun possessions, but are miserable and lead very unhappy lives. On the other hand, we all know people who seem to “have it all” and are happily leading productive, exciting, fulfilled lives.

When will it happen for you?

Do you think you have to wait for a wonderful life?
Do you think it is random, that life deals you a deck of cards and you take what you were dealt?
Who taught you that?

There were uncountable numbers of people in your life since you entered this playground as a baby, who molded and shaped every part of you, who influenced the person you have become. Most of those people were doing the best they knew how, teaching you what they thought was right, giving you the love and nurturing they felt you needed to assist you in your growth as a fully developed adult.

We tend to teach from our perspective as we built our beliefs, behaviors, habits and knowledge of the world around us, then pass it on to others. Throw in fear, judgment, labels, blame, criticism and confusion, along with all the love, care, protection, information, peace and happiness and there is a level of confusion that grows into a large tree of positive and negative beliefs within us. This tree can have very deep roots, and it may be extremely difficult to pull up and out so we can replant new seeds.

People all over the world are teaching methods to help us have a better life. We have religion, spirituality, politics, motivational speakers, gurus, parents, teachers, friends, lovers and a long list of others that can go on for pages. Who is right, who do we believe or trust to steer our life? If you find the answer through one method or another, stick with it. Not all methods work for all people. Don’t judge what works for one and not another. There is no right answer, no wrong answer. Thinking so is only ego and labels speaking. We all find our answers in different places. Look inside yourself first, because anywhere else you look will give you pointers back to yourself. That’s where you will discover all your answers.

What if we could all love more and control less? Controlling takes an enormous amount of energy. Love requires no control. It sounds very simple to say that love is always the answer. Yet, when we successfully open the floodgates in our human selves and stay in the present moment—where all our gifts are, where love is—then we will see tangible evidence that we can direct, without limitation, the power of who we are.

Love is essentially who we are, connected to all life. Control your attention, pour love into yourself and onto everything in the world, no matter what you think you know or see. There is great power there for you. When you can do this, you can direct your life into unlimited expression.

There is a field of certainty, and when it arrives, the environment is perfect to direct your life. Knowingness grows within you, The Tree of Life can now grow tall within you, revealing the secrets of life and all that wishes to flow through you out into the world. Love is the great principle of life that animates our human forms. Love beats our hearts. Love is the Holy Grail and provides you with all the proof you need, when you take profound control of your attention and intentions.

The Will is the driving force of your feeling body. Direct it into your life purposefully, with intention. Humankind has been hypnotized into accepting so many untruths. This time on Mother Earth is a very important time for us to wake up, to discover our own divinity, to have a wonderful life. Embrace life, you are worth it and you deserve it!

7 Ways to Mend Your Fences

“Fear is the highest fence.” – Dudley Nichols

Mending one’s fences – to strengthen or reestablish one’s position by conciliation or negotiation.

Being on the fence – uncommitted, neutral, and undecided.

Walls create physical and mental barriers. Putting up fences and rushing to repair them at the last minute is exhausting. When part of a fence is broken, scratched or needs new paint, it’s time to take action. For the purpose of this article (play along with me here), your body mind and spirit is the ‘yard’ you put fences around to protect yourself from possible ‘outsiders’ or unwanted visitors. Granted, we need strong fences that provide safely, security and supports our needs, but not those that holds us hostage. What kind of fences have you built? Do you have some mending to do? Our ‘yards’ need to be nourished and nurtured, so think of fence mending as a requirement for a happy healthy you.

 Temporary Access

Easy access, not top priority to keep others out, the gate is open and inviting. People happily show up to share creative ideas, co-create and spend time enjoying the surroundings. There is an ongoing desire to contribute to the process of nurturing and supporting such a lovely environment.

Picket Fences

I know, picket fences are a cliche but they are adorable, welcoming and hospitable. The yard is consistently being worked on, weeds are pulled when needed, new seeds are planted, watered, and attended to. All in support of growth that will manifest a healthy harvest.

Concrete Fences

Concrete fences and barriers keep people out and are built with a healthy dose of fear.  These perceived barriers give the illusion of safely. Few want to cross this concrete barrier. The yard becomes bare and lonely, filled with weeds and overrun with debris. The question becomes, what is meant to be walled in, or walled out?

Barbed Wire and Electric Fences – Ouch!

Needing a barrier for enclosure shows defensiveness and anger. Yelling across the fence is common, as are threats. Witty repartee and skillful arguments that do not sit well keeps the sword handy and ready for battle. Barbed wire and electric fences are the ultimate dividers, meant to separate, alienate and cause barriers to communication and negotiation.

7 Ways to Mend Your Fences – Consider This a Healing Process

Dig below the fence and find the root cause of the problem.
Communicate your feelings and be open to listening to the other persons perspective. You can agree to disagree – it’s okay!
Remember what is important about your relationship.
Forgiveness – Let old grudges go the way of the dodo bird. Apologize or accept and apology.
Restore trust – this happens by mending fences and building bridges.
If your fence is broken, find a way to repair it. There are resources everywhere.
Rebuilding takes time, be patient!

Isaac Newton said, ‘Men build too many walls and not enough bridges’  and this is something that needs to change.

Our natural world does not want or need barriers. Concrete, barbed wire and electric fences are a sad reflection on where we are as a society. Man-made barriers have been created to keep us separate – battling over who is right and who is wrong. We fight over whose fence is stronger, higher, the wrong color, size or made of a foreign material we don’t like. These barriers destroy family, friendship, businesses…I could go on, but you get my drift. Change begins with each of us, working together for the common good.

Next time you see a neighbor repairing a damaged fence, you will notice them removing the section needing repair. Watch as they replace the old section. The new section is repaired and possibly painted to look new, or to match the existing fence. Wouldn’t it be fantastic is life could be fixed as easily? If we assess the slights, hurts or damage, taking the appropriate steps to do the repair work, we are building a bridge that leads to peace. All fences get scuffed up over a lifetime. It’s up to us to do repairs that suit our sensibilities.

Consider The Exquisite Beauty of Your Soul

Life is a funny thing. Here we are as unlimited beings, yet many are like an elephant chained to a pole who won’t run away, because he/she believes they can’t. The truth is, the elephant is much more powerful than the belief holding it hostage. It’s mental masturbation. It is not easy to break free of deep unwavering thoughts, opinions, beliefs and all the outer world programming we have been exposed to, and programmed to accept as truth. We have free will, which allows us to hold to our ‘opinions’ as if our life depends on it. What our life depends on, is letting go of what we ‘think’ we know. Our knowledge of the bigger picture is minuscule. It’s a comedy of miscalculations – here, there and everywhere.

Consider the exquisite beauty of your soul. How do you honor this sacred unity that guides you (when you tune in) day in and day out? Your soul is immense, with the ability to travel the expanse of the Universe. We remain limited by living in doubt, disappointment and fear. We become unlimited by tuning into and filling up at our inner power station.

We express what we want, yet often take action in the opposite direction, then become frustrated and disappointed with the direction our life takes. This is the case IF we are not living from the inside out, connecting with the exquisite beauty of our soul. The soul holds secrets. We can unlock those secrets, but they are ours alone, as no two are alike. Energy is alive, active and will move in any direction we direct it. The good news is – we can change. Our brain/mind is plastic to our thoughts and feelings, enabling us to remold, re-shape and renew ourselves whenever we choose. For more information on mindfulness and neuroplasticity, I recommend an excellent book by Melanie Greenberg, PhD – The Stress Proof Brain. Visit Melanie at The Mindful Self-Express (The mind-body experiment) and enjoy the excellent articles she writes for Psychology Today.

By not connecting to our beautiful soul, life gets overly complicated. Our soul wants to experience life ‘through’ us. Free will gives us the freedom to be filled with infinite wisdom, love and light, or the exact opposite. In this article I conspire with my soul, to inspire you. There is no need to remain firmly rooted in the minutia of 3rd dimensional reality. You are a mini-universe of love, oneness, unity, grace and peace, emanating from your heart center. By connecting to your heart and living from the inside out, you ascend into higher states of consciousness/frequency and vibrate to your best life. Living from the outside in will find you triggered, confused, fearful and swayed by a great deal of illusion. Some people are okay with living this way, but I know you are not. Besides, good energy is contagious.

Won’t you join forces with me? Your heart holds the key to everything and you are the key-holder. Your soul is always available, there to guide and direct you every step of the way. Together we can courageously create powerful shifts in all aspects of our lives, and ultimately for humanity.

Perception or Reality?

Perception or Reality? When we are confused, angry, defiant, and feeling like life is spinning out of our ‘perceived’ control, what can we do to feel better? The heart is the place to start. A little too Pollyanna for you? Trust me it’s not. This is where your power lives and breathes. Everything in the outer world is meant to lead us back to our inner world. Sound too simple? Everything is in plain view if we care to ‘see’ beyond the illusion of what we perceive truth to be. We all live on the same planet, yet experience life differently according our thoughts, conscious choices and actions. In this way we immediately collide with the reality of our conclusions. Don’t you agree, as infinite beings, we are limiting ourselves? How our experiences unfold on the living screen of our life and how we deal with them is ultimately up to us.

Hate and fear are the great pretenders that alter our perception. Love is the true STAR of our reality. This does not mean you lay down and drown out the voice of your soul-full spirit because you choose love. It means you empower yourself to live in the outer world, sustained and maintained by and from your inner world. You have the ability to wield great power and influence in this way. I hear your questions, and will say this: “The Universe that exists inside of you is immense. Yes, I said – Universe. You are a mini Universe here to express yourself in any way you choose in this life. Free Will Baby! Anger, judgement, fear and hate do not look good on you. I am not judging, live your life any way you choose, it is your movie after all. I am suggesting that you, and the world we share, would be much better served with love, kindness, and powerful purposeful intent as your guide. In the movie of my life, this is my preference and requires much less editing.”

You want change? Then BE the change. Getting caught up in negative energy that is meant to keep us all distracted and separate, serves no-one and no-thing. Whenever and wherever you show up, do so knowing you are using your free will to raise ENERGY, not deplete it. I frequently speak about living, acting and contributing your best to life – from the inside out, versus the outside in. Instead of trying to ‘control’ life, try consciously ‘choosing’ the energy you want to express and live in. Imagine the possibilities and probabilities you will create.

Empowering Phrases:

My bridge starts and ends with LOVE. I do not get caught up in outer world chaos. My job is to maintain my inner world in a state of love. To hold the space for those who come back to love when they realize judgement, anger and hate do not support the highest and greatest good individually, or collectively. All actions I take are with purposeful intent, yet peaceful and harmonious.

My soul and I talk, walk and dance together in a state of joy that I have worked lovingly and diligently at maintaining. Living from my heart is always the place to start and end. This takes practice, but well worth the rewards. I observe, but don’t get caught up in the outer world chaos, and for me that is KEY! All actions I take are with purposeful intent, yet peaceful and harmonious.

My story is one of living in courage, living from the heart and finding the joys in life. Basically living from the inside out, which maintains my inner world beautifully! All actions I take are with purposeful intent, yet peaceful and harmonious.

The Ultimate Anti-Stress Music

A study was done by researchers at Mindlab International in the U.K. The goal was to find out what kind of music induces the greatest state of relaxation. Participants listened to a range of songs as researchers measured their brain activity, heart rate, blood pressure and rate of breathing.

What they found is that one song  “Weightless” resulted in a 65 percent reduction in participants’ overall anxiety, and a 35 percent reduction in their usual physiological resting rates.

Created by Marconi Union, this song was designed to induce this highly relaxed state. The musicians teamed up with sound therapists to carefully arrange harmonies, rhythms and bass lines, which in turn slow the listener’s heart rate and blood pressure, while also lowering stress hormones.

It is advised against listening while driving. I invite you to experience it here:

The Simplicity of Being – A Puzzle

Full moon, clouds like a puzzle

The simplicity of being, a puzzle to be sure. Let’s say you were brought to this space and time on earth to experience yourself in a way that captures the essence of your potential as a human. We are all different, each having a unique and personal essence, much like our fingerprints. Your essence is the very core of the universe swirling around inside you, identifying you as who you are. There is simplicity in our complexity, and this we understand. For as long as there has been life on earth, humans have searched for answers to unanswerable questions. The search has been in, out, through and around ourselves. Until the search is focused on the inner essence with laser beam intensity, our questions will remain elusive and unanswered.

Much like a jigsaw puzzle, we will find the pieces inside us that fit together perfectly. The pieces must correlate to our life experiences, not that of another. People may give you clues, direction, suggestions and such, but each piece must be placed in position by you – consciously. Think of your life puzzle as the most beautiful intricate design you are in no hurry to finish. The process is scintillating in it’s simplicity and complexity. The ever unfolding story of the shape of your life. Piece by precious piece…

Collectively we are sharing this ever unfolding adventure in the complex search for simplicity. Experiencing the elements of self expansion with unbridled curiosity, thrills and fills our soul. We are eternal beings of energetic essence, desiring to express in as many scenarios and dimensions as possible. Contrast is how we determine, through examination of thoughts, feelings and actions, what we do and do not want to experience. Again, complex, yet simple. We set it up this way, to enjoy or shift out of the many destinations and scenarios we arrive at, and in. We are more than we can imagine.

The power of choice is one of our greatest resources in any lifetime. Your choice, not that of another – this is where your heart beats, where your soul expresses. To find the balance needed to fully express yourself, look into your heart with wonder, trust, curiosity and playfulness. The love you look for in the outer world is inside you, waiting to partner with you in every aspect of your life. You have a road-map, a blueprint, a completed puzzle waiting to direct, design and help you put the pieces in place, and it’s been there all along.

This is just a prompt to help you re-remember.

Who Are We & What Have We Become?

Who Are We & What Have We Become?

Who are we and what have we become? Bickering, arguing, judging and criticizing each other when we claim to be love completely undermines our mission. Loving human beings living from the heart (which most claim to do) does a disservice to all life when fear and anger enter stage right and begin directing the show. We are better than this and love deserves better behavior from each of us. We speak of oneness, unity and peace, expounding our platitudes but our actions speak volumes, playing out in the outer world we all live in and share.

Every piece of the universe, even the tiniest little snow crystal, matters somehow. I have a place in the pattern and so do you. – T.A. Barron

How do you want to be remembered? Are you living a life that brings you joy and fulfillment? Are you in compliance with the Laws of Love or just along for the ride? It’s game time. We are witnessing one of the most extraordinary times on earth. There is a culmination of past events unfolding for us personally as well as on a global level. Choose to own your power, or continue giving it away. You may not think you’ve given your power away, but I assure you, most of us do on a daily basis. Every time we move outside the space of love, we lose our power. Don’t take my word for it…do your homework.

What we claim to be and what we ‘show’ ourselves as in the theater of life – is telling. Our actions speak louder than the words we utter. Words and body language hold great power for good or harm. Is your life flowing or are you stuck in the quicksand? Sorry to be the one to tell you – if you are stuck in quicksand, you stepped right in and put yourself there. Accountability is the order of the day. Every life event, every challenge in this dimension (all put there by you) is for your growth and spiritual expansion. If you don’t like what you are experiencing, it’s up to you to rewrite the script.

Ever heard of soul contracts? If not, look it up and be prepared for a new perspective on your life. I am hoping, as a heart based human, you are able to keep an open mind. Part of what has gotten us into the quagmire we are in, is from not having an open mind and steadfastly sticking to our ‘opinion’ with every ounce of our energy. We know so little about the bigger picture, yet we seem to be experts on topics we really know little to nothing about because most of the important things have been hidden (although be it in plain site) from us. You think after millions of years we would have evolved at a faster pace, but fear and it’s regime have held us captive, and the sad part is, we said yes. Had love been at the helm 24/7 we would be living in and sharing a much different world.

Why am I spouting all this right now? Because it’s time to remind each other that it’s decision time. Consciously choose which side you are on and never waver. There are seen and unseen forces in the universe here to assist humanity, and for a peaceful collective shift, we need to work together harmoniously.

Who are you? You are love – all else is illusion.

Are you in? Okay, I say…let’s do this my courageous friends!

The Bigger Picture

The Bigger Picture What is the bigger picture?

On the movie screen of life there is unrest. I know you have observed and/or felt the separation not only on the world stage, but in the personal lives of people around the world. Politics is the latest cause of unrest I am observing. Blame, criticism,  gossip, condemnation and judgement – politics as usual.  Pitting people against each other creates the great divide, where there exists no possibility of unity, oneness or peace.

Are we seriously going to let the outer world control us? I suggest living from the inside out versus the outside in. If you don’t believe consciously creating your life from the inside out works, try it – you’ll see why in a jiffy. As they say, the proof is in the pudding!

There are decisions made by those who control this planet that you know little or nothing of. If you think the masses have a voice, think again. We will have a powerful voice when we come together in unity and peace. Until then, it’s going to be a bumpy ride for those letting the family of fear run their lives and lead them by the nose. The good news is, when the family of love is your choice, there are things you can do to assure a smooth and joy-filled ride. You get to decide to be joy-full or angry!

How do you take the high road? By respecting the choices others make – regardless of your opinions and assumptions. Allow people to make the choices they feel support their lives. Yes, most choices and decisions are based on fear, but you aren’t most people. You have a responsibility to uphold the laws of love, not those of fear. We are each entitled to our different views, perspectives and beliefs. If you think you can sway people by arguing ‘your’ point of view, I would say, it’s not likely.

Look back over the centuries and you will find one common denominator that heals any situation.

16 Tips for traveling a smooth road as you navigate the pathways of your life:

Be Love
Pave your own road. It’s up to you weather it’s smooth or full of potholes. Put a few speed bumps in so you slow down when needed.
If you don’t get uncomfortable, you will never grow. Times of stress can be signals for growth, you can grow through adversity.
Be accountable for your choices. Make ‘conscious choices’ that support your life that are harmless to self and others.
Never Bully, or as my husband says, “Just don’t be a dick.”
STOP the Blame Game and don’t try to force people to see things your way.
Respect yourself and others will respect you. Set boundaries when and where they are needed.
Be of service with no expectations, forge new relationships, be a good listener and embrace an attitude of gratitude.
Show integrity in all you say and do. If you promise something – deliver. Don’t justify the means for the end. In other words, keep your agreements.
Don’t try to force people to see things your way. Take the time to respond versus react, which helps you expand rather than contract.
If you want change your life and make a difference in the world, lead by example.
Take your power back from wherever you have left it. Do some soul searching. Make the clarion call – it’s time.
Do not be swayed by the family of FEAR which is False Evidence Appearing Real.
Have the courage to be your own person. Discover your purpose and express it with passion and shine your light.
Embrace the present moment. NOW = your Naturally Occurring Wonder.
Remember you are the writer, director, editor, producer and STAR of the movie of your life. Make your life movie one you are proud to share with the world.

Conscious Choice

Conscious Choice

“Take command, choose the outcome. Feel your passion of purpose; experience your role in full expression as you allow your purpose to permeate your being and world. As you do this, you are plugged into powerful energy that will pull resources, people, places — everything you need to you, in the perfect time and space.”

Your Power of conscious choice is activated by thought and leads to perception, understanding, logic, reason, courage, will, passion and enthusiasm. All these qualities are available and must be utilized in perfect synchronization toward the same goal and oriented toward the same purpose when we choose to live a life of positive purpose, productive impact, and meaningful permanence.

It can be a challenge to take personal responsibility for our choices and decisions. It is always easier to believe life happens randomly or that we are victims of circumstance; but it isn’t true. Adopting such an operational philosophy only leads to chaos, waste, and enslavement. Moving forward requires paying attention to even the smallest details. By making conscious choices supporting the varied areas in our lives, we begin to expand rather than contract. Tony Robbins says: “Using the power of decision gives you the capacity to get past any excuse to change any and every part of your life in an instant.” Thought provoking…

All life is energy in motion. Thoughts, feelings, and intentions are energetic frequencies carrying us into the experiences of our life’s living motion picture. One of our greatest opportunities is learning to direct this energy. Cause and effect determine how things manifest outwardly in our lives and are a direct result of how we manage our energy. Cause is our focused thought or the recurring habits of our thinking, feeling, and actions, which create effects or outcomes in our lives.

Whether you are in a good place or a bad place, where you are at any given time is based on a series of choices you made sometime previously in your life. If you don’t like where you are, make different choices. Take back control of your life. Become aware of the thoughts you create and the choices they engender. Your life will change when you decide to radiate the many qualities of Love out into the world. To radiate these qualities, you must first access them for yourself. You do this by daily making the decision to orient your intention to the source of your good. The decision to be present moment to moment aligns us with NOW — our Naturally Occurring Wonder.

There is magnetic Power in conscious choice. The final choice to externalize anything is up to you. There are two choices, love and fear. The Power of conscious choice sets you free. The love, wisdom, and Power in our Hearts will serve as a perfect guidance system. The best part is it is freely available for all who choose to use it!
