Happiness – The Shape of Our Lives
We become accustomed to the shape of our lives, to the point it usually takes a challenge or something that ‘seems’ out of our control, to light a fire of conscious change under our collective ass.
This brings me to a movie I love and highly recommend. Midnight in Paris is an American-French 2011 romantic comedy film written and directed by Woody Allen. Even if you are not a fan of the man, this movie is worth viewing. Let’s review… An idealistic, happy go lucky guy (played by Owen Wilson) who romanticizes Paris, experiences a profound transformation during the course of the film. At midnight each night he gains a new perspective on life though the likes of F. Scott Fitzgerald, Salvador Dali, Gertrude Stein, Ernest Hemingway, Cole Porter, Pablo Picasso, T.S. Eliot, Josephine Baker, Man Ray, and a host of other classic characters.
It’s a sure bet each of the ‘characters’ featured in this film (although they are no longer with us) experienced insurmountable odds during their lifetime, breaking free of what others may have expected of them. They shaped and crafted their lives into a version of themselves that left an indelible mark in the world.
Our lives are molded and shaped from birth. Our mold should fit us as uniquely and perfectly as our fingerprints. Conformity is the order of the day in our world. It keeps us in line and acceptable to society and our cultures at large. Breaking free at a young age is especially difficult, but break free of the mold – we must!
Happiness is waiting at your doorstep, why you waistin’ time? Choices, choices, choices, oh the choices! Get it? Show your happiness when there is no one to witness it. Dance to the music of your soul, otherwise happiness will be elusive. Your soul IS your guidance system that holds the blueprint you laid out for this life. Our choices mount up, and the life we currently experience is in direct correlation to those conscious choices. I am not asking you to believe me, I’m just a girl writing from my own experience. Take it out for a test drive for further evidence and always be responsible for your actions. Blame Game – Over!

Lonely in a Crowded World
“And if I’m alone in bed, I will go to the window, look up at the sky, and feel certain that loneliness is a lie, because the Universe is there to keep me company.”
– Paulo Coelho
Lonely in a crowded world?
Loneliness is suffocating.
Solitude is a blessing and enriches a creative life. As Thomas Merton so beautifully said, “A deepening of the present.”
Being a happy gal most of the time, I understand this is not so for everyone. Sure, I want everyone to be happy, feeling fulfilled by life, but how realistic is this in the current world we inhabit? People seem to be more stressed and unhappy over the last few years. One thing I do know is this, we get to choose how we feel.
Let’s explore….
My observations on the difference between loneliness and solitude…
Loneliness can be many things; an unwelcome solitude which does not support well-being, a feeling of missing something such as love, inner peace is elusive, not being understood or being ignored, emotional feelings of not belonging – separate from self and others, which causes inner and outer pain, creating a space of isolation that can feel intensely devastating as it becomes the fabric of a person. Being a constant witness to the lives of others who seem more connected to life, can exacerbate the sensation of feeling alone.
Solitude is when we deliberately choose to ‘clear the air’ as life is swirling in, through and around us. Solitude creates a respite from the noise of the world. I call it sacred space and like to think that solitude supports happiness, revitalizes, refreshes our spirit and fuels the fire of creativity. It’s as essential to me as breathing.
The power of opposites; one is ‘perceived’ as negative and one as positive, but it’s really about our growth as a human being – a human doing. Being lonely is a temporary state we all feel on occasion. Loneliness is deeper…leaving the spirit depleted which can lead to depression. This ‘state of being’ requires serious inner and outer work until the pendulum swings back towards well-being and happiness. When addressed, reflected on, and conscious action is taken, there is hope. Loneliness gives way to re-inhabiting a space of peace and grace.
The human condition in all its richness and perfectly perfect imperfection is what makes the world go round. We need human intimacy in the form of family, friends and partners. Thank heavens for the animal kingdom. Our furry friends are lifesavers!
12 Tips to Tip the Scales
Loneliness is a feeling, not a fact of life.
If you are lonely, reach out to others you trust – no pressure on either side.
Pay attention to your flight of fight response, your thoughts, feelings and actions.
Focus on someone or something besides yourself. Get a hobby, take a class, work out, cook, volunteer. Get a pet to love and care for.
If you are around a group of people you don’t resonate to, find another group who understands you.
You are not alone, there are millions of people who feel loneliness. Many who have shared experiences and tools they can provide for you.
Be kind to yourself and others – kindness rocks and everyone feels better!
Write down what you are grateful for at the end of each day.
Meditate – connect with your inner power. If you don’t go within, as they say, you go without. The best option is to live from the inside out, versus the outside in.
Get outside in nature, eat food that support your health and well-being.
Take responsibility for your actions – do not engage in the blame game.
Smile because you are awesome!
If you are feeling loneliness, please know you are not alone. Olivia Laing wrote this bestselling book – The Lonely City: Adventures in the Art of Being Alone. Laing writes about the lonesome — including Jean-Michel Basquiat, Alfred Hitchcock, Peter Hujar, Billie Holiday, and Nan Goldin. She chooses four artists as her companions as she charts the path of loneliness: Edward Hopper, Andy Warhol, Henry Darger, and David Wojnarowicz, who had all “grappled in their lives as well as work with loneliness and its attendant issues.”
I quote Olivia’s Amazon page: “The Lonely City is about the spaces between people and the things that draw them together, about sexuality, mortality and the magical possibilities of art. It’s a celebration of a strange and lovely state, adrift from the larger continent of human experience, but intrinsic to the very act of being alive.”

Friendship is Kinship
“No person is your friend who demands your silence, or denies your right to grow.”
– Alice Walker
As I began this post, I was thinking about the meaning of friendship and kinship. Friends come and go throughout our life, some stay forever and others make a short pit stop on their way elsewhere. What do you value most in friendships? For me, it’s integrity. I like to think of myself as courageous and look for this quality in others. My valued friend – The Andelicious Ande Lyons recently shared a quote with me – “Courage unused diminishes.” – Tony Robbins.
Three short words, yet filled with great depth. Ande (one courageous gal, let me tell you!) and I had a short chat about a quote mentioning how the quality of our lives are affected by the questions we ask and the answers we receive.
Questions focus our thinking. Many of our questions are silent introspection, others are loud and boisterous. Oftentimes our friends, those we feel a kinship with, help us find the answers and not always in the places we think we will find them.
The Merriam-Webster definition of kinship is this:
the state of being related to the people in your family
a feeling of being close or connected to other people
We can’t pick our family, (maybe we did, but that’s another post!) but we can pick our friends. It is a blessing to have family members as close friends throughout our life, but sadly this is not the case for everyone.
A deep friendship means the world. A true friend doesn’t have to solve our problems, cure us, or give their advice – unless we ask. A friend listens and doesn’t tell us what we want to hear, but in understanding our heart, allows our courage muscles to grow as they hold the ‘friendship’ space. They tolerate our ramblings without trying to ‘fix’ us and they don’t ‘should’ on us. They get who we are and we get them – friendship is kinship. I like to think a friend would say this to me in times of need…..
“Promise me you’ll always remember: You’re braver than you believe, and stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.” – A.A. Milne
There is not one of us that doesn’t need this reminder now and then. Everyone has rough days. The kinship of friendship doesn’t mean our friends need to put up with our wining and negativity. I don’t consider that a productive friendship. I like to surround myself with positive people. Positivity take courage in a world that ‘seems’ out of sink with the happy, peaceful, loving aspects of life.
Your little piece on this planet is your personal space, you created it, no blame game is allowed. Surround yourself with friends who love and support you and are not there to commiserate with your misery. There are energy vampires out there, so beware. Ask questions, listen to what your heart tells you go and where it leads you. The best kinship connector in the world is the heart and soul of your being.

Who Are You & Why Are You Here?
Do you every wonder who you are and why you are here?
What is your true purpose and if you accomplish it, do you question the impact it will have on the world? Our planet is filled with books, movies, songs and endless means of expression asking this same question. You and I live in a world of contrast. The duality conundrum, yet free will is our birthright. Hijacked right from under our noses, without the majority of the population even knowing what has been done.
As energetic beings (TEDxCambridge – Jeff Lieberman on science and spirituality) we have the power to take our collective power back. This will require people coming together in unity as never before. We are at a pivotal crossroads in history with the path most trodden crumbling beneath us at an exponential rate. There are people everywhere waking up from a deep sleep, hopefully enough to tip the scales. The internal cellular switch has been flipped for many. We feel the need for an energy shift – to have our voices heard. Unity is the order of the day with the ultimate goal of Oneness. We did not come here to be defeated, play small or repeat the same old worn out performances that do not serve our highest and greatest good.
Now is the time to shift not only ourselves, but to co-create a shift of such massive proportions never before seen or experienced. It’s also one of the main reasons we are here. For some the shift is a sacred inner stillness, a simple state of being, yet the inner activity flows in beautiful motion. We find this in Mother Nature as she is one of our master teachers. For others it’s about activity, movement – making sure their voice is heard above the noise. Each path is unique. Judging others soul path only impedes ours as it creates distraction.
This dense frequency can seem like molasses to well seasoned travelers of Divine Love & Light. It is our responsibility to keep our wits about us, to keep our energy high and in line with the vibrations of love. There are seen and unseen forces at work that love to conspire with us, waiting to be directed. We are never alone.
Sounds like an episode of Star Wars, doesn’t it? We’re not far off, and if you’re paying attention – you will see the evidence.
What can you do? Take your power back from wherever you have left it. YOU are all power and that power lives in you. Playing in the duality sandbox, our power has been left here, there and everywhere as we rush about our daily lives. This is a noisy playground. We have been programmed with distractions making it easy to neglect the still small voice within, unless we make it a priority. Our inner voice is loving and informative, but if we don’t take the time to tune in and listen, it will stay silent. Not even a cricket will be heard.
Each of us have a unique gift to express in our lifetime, one only we can deliver. Many never discover or deliver this gift to the world. Our human will has been diminished and we have the opportunity to turn this around. The walls of fear, criticism, condemnation, judgment and blame must be torn down if we are to move into a personal paradigm shift. How do we do this? By taking full responsibility for everything we think, speak and act on. This is a responsibility our soul takes very seriously.
“Every moment I shape my destiny with a chisel, I am a carpenter of my own soul.” – Rumi
Pay attention, keep an open mind, re-remember who you are and fully express your purpose. No one can do this for you. The seeds are planted in the garden of your spirit. Nurture the seeds of Divine Love and Light as they grow into the most magnificent version of you. Your life matters, your presence on this planet matters and you are here for a reason.
How can you make a difference? Tune in and turn up your vibratory frequency on a daily basis. No one said this would be an easy path – it’s freaking hard work. I don’t know about you, but the alternative is not one I am willing to support. We are in this together, one voice, one choice at a time.

10 Simple Tips on The Power of Focus
One of the things I focus on is staying true to myself and my message. I do this by using these 10 simple tips on the power of focus.
If I remain on the safety of the shore too long, the inner need for creativity and expansion gets buried in the sand. Sticking your feet in the waters of life will take you on many exciting adventures. Looking below the surface is where you will find buried treasure. Some treasures may appeal to you as you squeal with delight at what you have uncovered. Other discoveries along the way will not be so pleasant.
My point is, where and what you place your focus on will rise to the surface to meet you. It matters not whether you focus on what you desire, or what you do not desire – it will show up regardless. Yes, what you don’t want can show up just as easily, because the subconscious always says “Yes”. This is one of the most important reasons for keeping your focus positive.
10 Simple Tips on The Power of Focus:
Take time to be still. Where are you directing your focus? In this age of distraction, determine where it is most important to place your attention – prioritize.
Identify any fears that get in the way of your focus. Shine a light on the illusion of fear.
Create new habits that support your vision. What activities are essential? Collaborate with and support others – this form of communication and co-creating is priceless! Giving and receiving positive feedback feels good and supports your vision.
Don’t drown yourself with more than you can handle – again, prioritize! When you feel overwhelmed look away from the big ocean and think of working your way out from the smaller coves that will lead you into the waters safely and joyfully.
Look through a lens of joy and incorporate that expression into all you do.
Liberate yourself with simplicity, all the streams of information and technology can be overwhelming. Find ways to focus without frustration. There are many ways to communicate online and in social media that will make your life easier. Make social media suit you, not the other way around.
Focus is essential to creative people, so after the intensity of a job well done, remember to go with the flow, and know when to let go. I have been doing this since my book “Change Your Movie, Change Your Life: 7 Reel Concepts for Courageous Change launched and became a bestseller!
Self care and well-being are essential to being effective and focused. Give yourself a break when you need it.
Focus on the F Factor! Family, friend and FUN!! Take time to shut off your phone and computer and connect with nature, read, cook, dance, indulge in romance and take that vacation you have been dreaming about. Do what makes you happy.
Gratitude Gratitude Gratitude & remember to reward yourself for all accomplishment large or small.
I am really writing this to myself as a daily reminder because as a writer, I spend too much time behind the computer. We all need to avoid distractions and focus more on what we wish to accomplish in business and life. I hope these tips on focus help keep you on a positive and abundant path. Enjoy the Ocean!

Love Is Bad-ass!
A simple question to ponder in any situation is, how would love respond? Why? Because love is bad-ass! Love is a many splendor-ed thing for REEL, just like in the movies. Unless your life is perfect, and I have a feeling all our lives could use a little tweaking, love would have the courage to say, “Kick yourself up the backside and get with the program, there’s only space for love here.” That’s what love does, speaks the truth, whether we want to hear it or not.
Do you have the courage to let go of what is not working in your life? We’re all grown up now and want to live an authentic and courageous life – right? There are areas in life we feel challenged by, and when they become a daily occurrence, it sucks! Ultimately there is an inner knowing as to the W’s of resistance, and how they may be acting up or expressing in our lives. Take a look – go deep, come to terms, walk with it, be with it. Take your time. Don’t seek to measure this as something outside yourself. The effect is something outside of yourself, but the cause, the resistance creating the condition is inside you. When you find it, do you have the courage to let it go and let love fill the space? If you are choosing something you desire, yet day after day it’s not working out and all you feel is disappointment and frustration, it may be time to move on. Instead of feeding the challenging energy, surrender it and affirm your highest and greatest good. You may be surprised to watch it turn into something unexpected with an outcome better than you could have imagined.
Are you ready to accept that miracles, or what the world calls ‘miracles’ are a natural way of living life and unfold naturally when you sit as director in the seat of love? Ask yourself, is there anything in me that can interfere with the manifestation of the abundant miracles that want to appear in my life? Ultimately the only thing that can interfere with a miracle is you, and the family of fear.
Fear specializes is hatred, criticism and judgement of self and others, revenge, jealousy, blame and doubt for starters. Miracles are love, wisdom and power (imagine you and love holding hands as skip happily up the road together – sticky sweet I know, but no one will know you’re thinking it!) that will act in your life if you give them the opportunity. When you succumb to, or choose fear and it’s pushy relatives, the Love Force through which the miracle is coming to you, must stand aside, patiently waiting on standby.
Trust your life, keep choosing love because it loves to respond to you in kind. When enough of us consciously choose love this planet will change, and not a moment sooner. The 4 elements ( fire, air, earth and water) respond to this love. Restoration will begin. Our planet desperately needs to heal, just as we do. What does love do? It holds a permanent position in The Powerhouse of Love, ready to welcome us home.

Hippie Harmony
“If someone thinks that love and peace is a cliche that must have been left behind in the Sixties, that’s his problem. Love and peace are eternal.” – John Lennon
You have to admit, we all have a little hippie in us to varying degrees. Love & Peace remain an ongoing goal for most. The 1960s were an era of new ideas, religious movements, spiritual awakening and freedom from conformity, with a good dose of rebellion against established traditions thrown in. Being a Sixties child I identify with the magic of that time.
Being a peace filled harmonious resonating presence in life is a conscious choice that needs to be nurtured daily – in our inner and outer world. Harmony doesn’t just happen, not in this dimension where free will and the battle between dark and light is happening before our eyes.
How do we find harmony in a world less than harmonious? How can we be happy, find our purpose and connect to spiritual nutrition that feeds our soul? We live in a world where the water and food lack proper nutrition for our bodies. Government and corporate greed are at an all time high. People are at war against each other. How do we do are part to turn the tides? We become beacons of love, harmony, light and freedom. Tall order, right? It is, but if we don’t take control of our life from the inside out, life will take control of us from the outside in. Sorry to be a Debbie Downer!
Consider what you are thinking, feeling, acting upon and expressing out into the world. Everything you do matters, creating energy that fills you, flows through you and out into the collective. We are all in this together. We have the power to consciously create a joy-filled life for ourselves and although we wish this for others, they must create and shape their own experiences. What we can do is make sure our energy carries the highest vibration/frequency, which affects everything everywhere, as it moves out into the collective energy field. The more we create this symphony of loving harmony in increasing numbers, the faster shifts will occur.
Musical harmony is described as an artistic form of auditory communication incorporating instrumental or vocal tones in a structured and continuous manner. My friend Margaux Joy DeNador has a wonderful Blog Talk Radio Show called “Live Your Music”. Margaux asks, “How are you living the music of your life?” We can create congruity in all areas of our life by incorporating our inner tones (resonate voices) which have been structured to circulate to harmony in a continuous rhythmic manner.
It’s easy to walk through life without taking responsibility, blaming others for the way life turns out. Criticizing and gossiping about what we don’t like, allowing low frequency to inhabit our body, mind and spirit, as EGO and Fear happily take over. You know what’s not easy? It’s freaking hard work to live, move and have your being in the NOW, living your Naturally Occurring Wonder of Love, Wisdom and POWER. Yet, when you do you won’t turn back, because you WILL be driven by a Soul riveting passion and a purpose that drives you to be the change you want to see in the world.
The 60’s were a powerful time but as we hold some of the Hippie Harmony in our Hearts – 2016 and beyond will be even more powerful in moving us toward Harmonious Peace.

Movie Making Magic!
How much control do you have over the movie of your life? We all spend copious amounts of time trying to control our outer world. How’s that working for you? We are busy humans orchestrating our life each day. There are uncountable moving parts, right? Notice I said outer world? When you begin taking control of your inner world consciously and powerfully, your outer world unfolds with precision. Take back your power from wherever you have left it. Gather up the bits and pieces of it. As humans we have given our power away more times than we can count. In fact, take back your power from all your lifetimes!
Raise your hand if you have ever had a negative thought. When a negative thought invades your peaceful space, what do you do? Do you let it gain a foothold? This can create scenarios of anger, fear, judgement and blame – the battle ensues. Positive/negative, angel/devil on each shoulder, confusion, frustration – it’s an endless cycle unless you end it. Let the scenario run through your mind and instead of resisting it, let it play out. Then, drum roll…create a new movie. Use your imagination to create a new scenario that trumps the negative one with outlandish positive intentions.
Go over the contrasting outcomes. Experience both as if they are reel. Feel them out. Next up, pick the one that appeals to your sensibilities. Rehearse (I am assuming you chose the obvious one!) rehearse and rehearse this awesome scene over and over on the movie screen of your mind, feel it and visualize it until you hold a sense of knowing-ness that it can become a reality.
Your monkey mind does not control you, unless you allow it to. Stand firm in your resolve. The less junk going in, the less negativity (and space for it) showing up in your outer world. It’s not rocket science folks, just common sense. It’s time to take our inner power back and there is no time to waste. You see what’s happening out there. The key is what’s happening in each of us. It’s that simple, we humans are easy to distract and we have been intentionally distracted. You do know this, right? If not, do some homework – do the math.
YOU direct your power. You are love, wisdom and power. We have all had temporary amnesia, but now we are re-membering who we are and the power we wield to improve not only our personal lives, but that of the outer world we share in the bigger picture. No time for downtime…seriously! We are on a precipice, and not to sound morbid, but the scales need to be tipped and soon.
I wrote my book Change Your Movie, Change Your Life: 7 Reel Concepts for Courageous Change to get this message across to people around the world. One by one we make a difference. Our movie matters, adding fuel to the collective moving picture we all share on this planet. Let go of old energy, anger, judgement, blame, criticism. Forgive yourself and others of everything! Trust me, you will leave the pain, disappointment, frustration and misery behind you in the dustbin where you have edited out all the unusable bits.
Just like in Hollywood many films offer an alternate ending not presented to the general public. The studios tests this out with a select group of people in screenings. You get a sneak peak into alternate endings. That’s what Hollywood offers you, but in the movie of your life, you get to write whatever ending you want. I call it Movie Making Magic!

Money and Spirituality – Bridging the Gap
Guest Article & Image by Emmanuel Dagher – When you think of, hear about, or see images that depict financial abundance, do you cringe or get offended in any way? If you don’t, then I am so grateful to know that you have done the inner work to expand yourself into greater states of understanding when it comes to your experience with money. However, if you do get offended when something relating to money enters your experience, maybe it’s time to take a closer look at why this is happening.
To heal any antipathy we may have toward money, it is important to understand what money actually is and know its purpose. Everything in the Universe has a unique energy signature, meaning that everything in the Universe is a living, breathing entity. Some energy signatures may appear to be more alive than others, because they manifest themselves in louder ways. We clearly see this in human beings and the animal kingdom. However, even though the plant or mineral kingdoms may not have as “loud” a personality, they are still fully alive and thriving. So if everything is alive, then money itself is not a lifeless object. It is actually a living, breathing energy here to coexist with other living, breathing beings.
Imagine if you projected the beliefs you have about money on to your best friend by saying, “You are not spiritual, you cause problems, you are bad and evil, you are not enough, and you are just a lifeless object. I feel guilty for being around you. People have to struggle, fight, cheat, steal, and work very hard to have you in their lives.” Wow! Think about how traumatized your best friend would be if you projected all of this on to them for years and years! I know that if this were happening to me, my desire would be to run in the opposite direction of the person who was abusing me in that way.
Well, my friend, this is exactly what we have been doing to money, especially when we see it as being anything less than spiritual.
This realization completely changed my life. I started to see that by projecting my own judgments on to this living, breathing energy, I was in fact moving myself away from the spiritual path I so desired to experience. After going through a grieving phase as a result of realizing how badly I was treating money, I started forgiving myself and asking the energy of money to forgive me for not knowing any better at the time.
I then began asking money itself questions like, “How can I support you, love you, nurture you, serve you, heal you, and bless you even more?” I had never thought to ask these types of questions before. Up to that point, it was always about me, me, me and focusing on my own insecurities when it came to my relationship with money.
Imagine asking your best friend questions like the ones I just mentioned. They would probably want to be around you all the time. Thankfully, this is exactly what began to occur in my life with how I experienced money. I started attracting more of it, because I was treating it like I would a kindred friend. As I have mentioned, money itself is a living, breathing energy that is here to fulfill its purpose of being the embodiment of giving and receiving, just as we are here to fulfill our own purpose. Like the principles of gravity, aerodynamics, attraction, and much more, there is also a principle of circulation. Money is the physical representation of the exchange that takes place during the principle of circulation, which is all about the natural f low of giving and receiving energy. That’s all it is!
So with this new understanding, we can actually see that money has been spiritual all along. All of those misconceptions we placed around money had absolutely nothing to do with money and everything to do with our own behavior toward it.
The next time a thought appears in your consciousness that money is anything less than spiritual, use it as an opportunity to experience a huge breakthrough.
The mind likes to stay in its comfort zone, and many of the misconceptions we have around money are just the mind’s way of protecting itself, making it feel safe and
secure so it does not have to look outside itself.
The triggers we feel when the word “money” comes up are indicators that something within us is looking to expand.
It’s our birthright to be abundant and prosperous. It is part of the well-being we get to experience in this world. The Universe itself is a vast, unlimited, and ever-expanding energy, so why would we think we are anything less than that?
I hope these words have given you a new perspective to consider that will ultimately support you in finally being at peace with your experience of money and financial abundance. Money needs our compassion, support, and love. This is how we will heal it from the trauma it has endured for thousands of years and what will heal our relationship with money once and for all.
May prosperity rain upon you always!

MAP = Money Abundance Prosperity
Let’s be honest. We all want to live a life filled with abundance. Three words – Money, Abundance, Prosperity. Topics emotionally charged that are interwoven together. Each of these words strikes a different cord in us. Personally, I prefer the word abundance, reminding me I live in an abundant Universe. Money is only one aspect of abundance and prosperity. Most people have been challenged by money issues at some point in their life. The reality is, the world we inhabit requires money to live, so why not make peace with it? Can we MAP out a peaceful co-existence with the varied aspects of wealth? I believe we can.
In November 2015 I attended the “Radical Prosperity” event in Los Angeles hosted by Lee Harris & Emmanuel Dagher. I always trust my inner voice and was prompted to attend. On the afternoon of the event I gained a more expanded awareness and perspective on the topic of prosperity. Emmanuel spoke about money and our personal relationship with it. I knew I was in the right place at the right time. The next day, two miraculous (truly big!) things occurred, completely unexpected, letting me know I was on the right track.
Each week since, the topic of money, abundance and prosperity swirls around me in fascinating ways. Not all of it has been fun by the way, but I remain ever the student. I understand everything I need is ‘inside’ me. When I need direction or an answer, I go in – deeply. My personal blueprint is fascinating, one I never tire of exploring – a true adventure! When one word or a series of words show up repeatedly, I pay attention.
Are you wondering where this is this going? Here goes…we are all interconnected. We are our own individual mini Universe, sharing life in the larger Collective Universe. Everything we think, say and do matters. When we judge, live in fear and complain about what life is doing ‘to us’ we are not living in our power. You and I are here to live in our power, connected to Mother Earth, the Queen and Master Teacher of abundant living. She is a conduit for prosperity and channels it beautifully.
“You were born with potential.
You were born with goodness and trust.
You were born with ideals and dreams.
You were born with greatness.
You were born with wings.
You are not meant for crawling, so don’t.
You have wings. Learn to use them and fly.” ~Rumi
How do we use the potential we were born with to fly? If you feel you have lost your inner power, you can call it back from wherever you have left it. Your relationship with abundance is in your DNA, just as it is in nature. We are energy, just as abundance, prosperity and money are. Different aspects of energy, yet each (according to the power we give it) affects our lives. I don’t know about you, but I want abundance overflowing into all areas of my life. The key to prosperity exists within. I can’t turn the key to your personal state of abundance, but you can. Wealth is an internal experience, an inside job, a state of mind.
Big tip – stop focusing on what you don’t want. This is a HUGE key! Your subconscious says “YES” to anything you feed it. Identify your limiting beliefs and look them over. Where did they come from? Do you believe possibility can turn into probability? Are you ready to ditch the old patterning and build new patterns that best supports your life? Money, abundance and prosperity hold different meanings for each of us. Do not compare your life to another, your inner and outer wealth path is your own.
Examine how you feel about all aspects of inner and outer wealth. Throw some words out there and see if they trigger a reaction in you. Don’t confuse who you are with what you have or do not have. Your identity is not what you can acquire. Money is a resource, an external element that we can build a healthy relationship with. Build a strong sense of inner worth. They say our outer world is a reflection of our inner world. Make sure yours brings you peace and joy.
Happy New Year – May your 2016 be filled with Abundance!
