Acetaminophen Attorney Needed, Tylenol Liver Damage, Nyquil Liver Damage

Acetaminophen Attorney Needed, Tylenol Liver Damage, Nyquil Liver Damage

The acetaminophen I have taken over the years (from NyQuil, DayQuil and Tylenol) have caused me liver damage. The FDA this year in 2014 found acetaminophen causes liver damage (and finally after decades told the American people and consumers to be forewarned). Yet I suspect the FDA and scientists (and some astute lawyers) have none this for decades.

As the author of "The Future of Food" (volumes 1 & 2) http://amzn.to/1dIFnlI, which I wrote following completion of my Master degree in Global Food Law at Michigan State College of Law AND a wellness trainer and health coach; I personally have been doing liver cleanses for two-and-a-half years trying to detox and remove all of the foul toxins left in my body from American over the counter medicines which I took in my earlier years (predominately acetaminophen pills made by Tylenol and NyQuil and DayQuil whenever I felt I had the flu, fever or a cold).

The videos below I am providing document in detail what liver and gallbladder stones look like and how I have agonized and tried to remove them (no easy task after 2 and 1/2 years of painstaking effort to do so as they layer the liver and build up over the years, not being so easy to move).

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a4LqD...

These videos on liver damage will help acetaminophen attorneys representing me and others (perhaps even in a future class-action lawsuit) against the FDA and acetaminophen using drug companies.

These videos are MY PERSONAL VIDEOS on liver issues and health matters I have struggled with as a result of acetaminophen use.

Liver damage from acetaminophen (Tylenol, Dayquil, Nyquil) should not be disregarded.

Influence, Vision, Purpose, Sense of Significance and Commitment to a Cause

Influence, Vision, Purpose, Sense of Significance and Commitment to a Cause

I respectfully disagree with Gaddis' definition of maturity being recognition of one's insignificance.

Had a youth in Israeli history named David subscribed to this philosophy, he never would have overcome the giant Goliath. We therefore must have vision, live for a cause larger than ourselves and stand for the greater good.

Foreign fighters and jihadi gangsters don't adhere to John Lewis Gaddis’ definition of maturity, they rather wholeheartedly believing in their significance and commitment to a cause (be it immoral or unjust in our eyes or not).

Modernists therefore must recognize their collective significance and individual significance since we all have a voice, influence and combined via collaboration our weight of influence is substantially increased to thereby overcome evil with good.

Whatever your life purpose is believe in yourself, the God who created you and the good of mankind to co-labor with you.

IP Protection or Theft? Full Sail University Enrollment Agreement - University Admissions Requirements for Higher Education

IP Protection or Theft? Full Sail University Enrollment Agreement - University Admissions Requirements for Higher Education

Upon endeavoring to complete my application for admission to Full Sail University today online, I noticed an enrollment agreement with the following stipulations that troubled me.

A portion of the enrollment agreement grants Full Sail perpetual license (or any license for that matter) to my intellectual property creations is ridiculous and unethical (even if arguably only for educational or promotional purposes).

Take a look here to read it:
http://www.pinterest.com/pin/11223821...

IP protection is a huge issue for University professors across the globe who work for Universities and Colleges, but write outside of the scope of their employment. Hence my interest in this topic of IP protection (not just focusing on Full Sail but all higher education and academia). Certainly these principles and issues often apply at many levels to faculty and students alike. Therefore we should be alert to our rights and any infringements (or potential infringements) of our IP.

Also I don't agree to allow Full Sail to use my image, likeness and voice to promote itself (without an agreement and full compensation).

An institutional fee of $3,000 for a "Launch Box" (Mac computer and software - surely Full Sail is profiting from this arrangement as the cost seems a bit excessive).

$10 fee for access card (to get on campus) - I'm an online student (Internet Marketing). I was told this fee can be waived (after asking) since I am an online student, but why not have two separate documents for online and on campus students to complete?

1.5% a month for nonpayment of loan is 18% a year - a bit extreme for an educational institution. New York University charges 1% a month, 12% a year (still excessive, but Full Sail is 50% more a month than that).

Contractual revisions should be an option, but based on my interaction thus far with Full Sail admissions reps their students just have to grin and bear these contractual enrollment agreements to be accepted.

Conflicts with standard practices for accredited universities regarding student loan disbursements, Fafsa, and Direct Loans, can be pursued with the Ombudsmen group at 877-557-2575 and the U.S Department of Institutional Compliance 404-974-9303 if you feel like you have been misled or fraudulently been taken advantage by any institution of higher education.

Complaints also can be filed with the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (note the name "career schools" - not public universities, which tells me they likely favor the private institutions policies they serve).

http://www.accsc.org/Student-Corner/C...

What troubles me most is the Full Sail rep wrote me on 1/23/2014 stating:

"There is no way to modify, alter, change or remove anything from the enrollment agreement. ...We would be in violation of school and ACCSC policy if this document is altered in any way."

I then replied asking the Full Sail admissions rep to tell me who the ACCSC is so I can contact them to verify the legitimacy of the IP clause surrendering students' intellectual property.

In the email thereafter when stating who the ACCSC was, the Full Sail rep wrote:

"The ACCSC is our accrediting body. www.accsc.org . The IP policy is not their policy..."

So in the initial email Full Sail kind of lied to (and nearly misled) me purporting the IP Policy as a ACCSC policy, which upon pressing the Full Sail rep further - I found to be untrue by his own admission.

Surely then the IP policy can be edited and removed I thought... but later the Full Sail rep (a nice guy I might add) replied:

"The ACCSC doesn't dictate what is or is not in our agreements. They do however have to approve what we put in them. Once the agreement is approved it would be a violation to alter said agreement for individual students."

Later in the day the Full Sail manager for Online Document Management was kind enough to write me and elaborate on the Enrollment Agreement to provide clarity (assuming her characterization of the agreement not construed or pursued any further by the written word).

The online document manager's (ODC's) characterization and understanding of the Perpetual License section is "students who write a script or produce anything during their time as students at Full Sail the student will retain ownership of that property. This section only stipulates that Full Sail can use this material for promotional or educational activities, not commercial."

ODC's characterization indeed makes me feel better (I wish the Full Sail written contract said the same). Nevertheless I understand Full Sail wants to protect itself too. Providing no untimely promotional and marketing for educational activities (which could potentially damage and/or reduce the value of commercial intellectual property) occurs, in most cases with the majority of students Full Sail should not come into any conflict (if this characterization is followed and adhered to).

Since Full Sail "will not customize the Enrollment Agreement at this time," to study with the University students must sign the enrollment agreement as is or be denied admission.

Note the difference in the college and university accrediting bodies ACCSC http://bit.ly/1atbF2Y vs ACICS http://bit.ly/LZO4Mr along with the different approach to Colleges and Universities complaint procedures.

I am interested in pursuing a Master degree in Internet Marketing online with Full Sail and only wanted the IP policy to be removed so I can do so. Disallowing me admission on this basis only (for not signing) seems discriminatory, but certainly good protection and acquisition (potentially) for Full Sail of intellectual property.

I'm still thinking about it. Do any of you reading this have any thoughts? If you were the author of over 20 books, would you sign such a contract?

Nevertheless in the end I'm going to trust God and let His peace rule my heart and mind. After all Full Sail is requiring the same of all students (no inequality there on that front).

If a University or College has discriminated against you, Equal Opportunity Complaints with the federal government may be filed by visiting this web link:

http://www.eeoc.gov/employees/charge.cfm

Former students of Full Sail who had problems with the University have written much here as well worth considering before proceeding as a student. Keep in mind good things often don't get said and written enough online, but the disgruntled voices also are revealing.

American Medicine, Super Bugs, Parasites, Liver Cancer

American Medicine, Super Bugs, Parasites, Liver Cancer

What I've learned and discovered could add 20 years to the many Asians dying at 65 with liver cancer (the number three killer in Southeast Asia).

Two-thirds of the world lives in Asia - that's a lot of people (and souls). Chinese acupuncuture and Indian ayurveda is quite amazing....they approach health and healing from the inside out versus treating symptoms like American medicine.

I don't trust most American docs and hospitals. A mother went to give birth and got a parasite from the hospital (where the worst "super bugs" are found because they mutate to survive the huge amounts of antibiotics excessively used) ...after which they amputated her legs and arms. This tells me docs don't know how to rid the body of parasites and thus cut off the lady's limbs. Pathetic and horrible.

http://www.wftv.com/news/news/woman-b...

http://www.npr.org/2013/10/22/2392471...

http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/na...

http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/na...

Mothers if you had pitosin (or any other drugs) during delivery ...such medical interventions ...unnaturally speeding up birth can cause lung problems and other complications for newborns.

If your child's health problems were caused by a doctor or hospital, you may still be within the statute of limitations to be compensated financially for their negligence. Remember hospitals and doctors have insurance for malpractice to cover these incidences.

As the movie/documentary "The Business of Being Born" reveals http://amzn.to/KH7YKt many doctors and hospitals in America are very negligent.

Human Parasitology is the next frontier for American Medicine. Super Bugs are proving to be resistant to antibiotics and natural neutraceuticals that likely alternative if "modern medicine" will recognize and listen again to microbiologists http://amzn.to/1inp674

Therein lies the answer to strengthen human immunity, combat parasitology and restore dignity and humanity to modern medicine.

Linkedin Complaints, Linkedin Discrimination, Poor Customer Service

Linkedin Complaints, Linkedin Discrimination, Poor Customer Service

After applying for a few jobs over the weekend on Linkedin and receiving friend request from other professionals and executives on Monday from Linked, I attempted to login to my account today at Linkedin and read the following:

Your LinkedIn account has been temporarily restricted.

Linkedin provided no guidance, or details for the restriction and freezing of my account.

I built my Linkedin account in good faith over several years, adding extensive professional, education and work related experience. I never spam or send out time wasting emails (as the many I receive from Linkedin members).

Upon trying to phone Linkedin customer service to obtain additional information, I see Linkedin has no customer service whatsoever but just takes press inquiries, which essentially are a brief voice mail option to leave a message.

650-687-3600 x 2 press inquiry
Linkedin Customer Service 650-687-3555 x 2 press center

Such is not what I expected from a company the size of Linkedin with so many professionals, executives, and CEOs paying monthly service fees. You'd think Linkedin could at least pay a few customer service reps to answer the phones. Not yet apparently as the sole focus seems to be online and that being taking credit card payments, not answering phone calls or allowing users to email Linkedin and get a personalized response. Basically Linkedin's customer service is as bad and nonexistent as Facebook.

I therefore was forced to go to the Linkedin website and submit a question, for which I received a ticket reference number #140120-006428.

My letter to Linkedin is below:

Dear Linkedin,

I applied for some jobs (far fewer than before) per your advice. As I have a wife and baby daughter to provide for and need work. I am seeking full-time employment with a reputable company in my area of expertise. Linkedin freezing my account following submission of my applications is GREATLY HINDERING my chances of securing employment (adding to my family's pain and suffering).

I only applied for marketing and communication jobs within the sphere of my expertise.

I suspect a competitor is maliciously maligning me and if this is not resolved will have no other option than to file discrimination lawsuit against Linkedin.

Attached is my resume for marketing and communications revealing my expertise and that I am honestly in good faith applying for jobs posted on your website.

Please provide precise guidelines regarding how many jobs I can or cannot apply for before deleting or freezing my Linkedin account.

Sincerely and respectfully,

Paul F Davis

Chipotle Mexican Food, Chipotle Corporate Social Responsibility Failures

Chipotle Mexican Food, Chipotle Corporate Social Responsibility Failures

As the author of "The Future of Food" (volumes 1 & 2) http://amzn.to/HVYxX0. I love Chipotle Mexican food, minus the canola oil (canola is a heavily genetically modified crop) in which it is cooked.

Unfortunately as confirmed by the Chipotle manager at Chipotle on Colonial Drive in Orlando, Florida the entrance at Chipotle has insufficient lighting and people continue to trip over the curb and injure themselves.

The Chipotle manager I spoke with told me Chipotle painted the curb to try to prevent these type of injuries, but I informed the Chipotle manager the paint is not enough if the lighting outdoors is insufficient so customers entering CANNOT SEE THE CURB when approaching from the side parking lot.

The Chipotle lighting at Colonial Drive does not light the sidewalk entrance and curb, but rather a couple feet of the wall directly beneath the light fixtures themselves (not exactly what most store owners strive to accomplish when utilizing outdoor lighting at an entrance).

I tripped, twisted, fell and fractured my ankle on the curb outside Chipotle (which immediately swelled up to the size larger than a baseball when entering Chipotle Mexican restaurant in December 2013). I showed the Chipotle manager on duty and she told me several people have fallen over the very same curb at the Chipotle entrance.

My ankle has not been the same ever since.

For over a month since my injury Chipotle's claims adjuster Patti Mann has shown little compassion, offered me nothing for my pain and suffering, neither did she ever provide me Chipotle's corporate address to file a formal written claim. Hence I found Chipotle's address via a website online and will proceed to file a claim.

http://www.corporateofficehq.com/chip...

Chipotle Corporate Office Address
Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc.
1401 Wynkoop St Suite 500
Denver, CO 80202

Phone Number: (303) 595-4000
Fax Number: (302) 674-5266

Considering Chipotle earns $3 billion in annual revenue, as a matter of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and food integrity, Chipotle Mexican restaurant can and must do better less the good customers take their business elsewhere.

Life Coaches in America, Popular, Famous and Often A Joke

Life Coaches in America, Popular, Famous and Often A Joke

I was recently asked by a foreigner how popular life coaches are in America. My reply regarding life coaches (keeping in mind I am one among many roles I fulfill) is below.

Life Coaches are somewhat popular in America but only because Americans are becoming more fat, sick, lazy , reading less, less educated , increasingly socially dysfunctional and more prone to get their "news" (often propaganda or a paid advertisement ) from TV ....and often just watch Reality TV (which is trash and useless).

There are some smart Americans (typically middle age and older), but many who don't own passports , never travel , have little global perspective (beyond what their told), demonize other countries they know nothing about, and talk too much (being overly arrogant and yet empty ) very much annoy me.

I prefer the way of life in Europe, where cities have places for pedestrians, bicyclists and people before cars. Older European cities are more charming, humane and promote societal interaction through their urban planning (versus selling the city to the highest bidder and bribers), social harmony and healthy living.

Home Water Pipes Poisoned with Polybutylene (PB) Petrochemicals

Home Water Pipes Poisoned with Polybutylene (PB) Petrochemicals

As I take my continuing education for my real estate sales license renewal (with Knowledge Hub), today I read about "polybutylene (PB) - a plastic resin that was used for water supply pipes for about 20 years, starting in 1978. It was cheap, easy to install, and substituted for copper pipe in nearly 25% of all homes built during that period. Use of the product typically saved the builder up to $600 per home. The pipes are gray or white with dull finish. PB was also used for underground water mains, which are usually blue, gray, or black."

"The problem with the pipes is that they often sprout leaks inside walls or ceilings, requiring extensive repairs and a complete replumbing of the house. The average cost for PB-related repairs is believed to be about $4,000. The problems have been so extensive that the largest class-action lawsuit in history against manufacturers of PB resulted in a $750 million settlement for Texas residents."

"The manufacturers of PB, include Shell Oil and DuPont...."

"Home buyers should ask their home inspector to check the plumbing lines close to the water heaters or in the attic to determine whether they are PB and whether the pipes have the newer copper crimp fittings."

Petrochemical companies have proven to be quite clever and resourceful to find ways to cheaply (and profitably dispose of hazardous and harmful petrochemicals in home repairs, cosmetics, food and solvents (for food processing), and household cleaners - if only consumers knew how hazardous, cancerous and harmful to health these chemicals are they handle and ingest regularly.

Hence cancer is now said to affect 1 in 3 people. Learn more about petrochemical solvent neurotoxicity here - http://amzn.to/1hrlGNz
