Woods and Waters Protector Magazine, Paul Andrea
ANDREA, PAUL S., On the morning of Sept. 10, 2010, Paul Andrea, 88, passed away at the home of his daughter and son-in-law in Clermont, FL.
First and foremost he was a sportsman. His favorite pastimes were fly fishing and hunting dove, duck and quail. He traveled extensively for his sport. From Alaska to Argentina, from Canada to Mexico he went in search of fish and game. Locally, he fished for large mouth bass in Lake Apopka when it was still crystal clear. Merritt Island was a favorite hunting spot until NASA removed the duck blind.
Paul was a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association, Federation of Fly Fishers, Isaac Walton League, National Fresh Water Fishing Hall of Fame and Outdoor Writers Association of America.
He was also a writer and publisher. His career began in New York City. After attending Alfred University he went to work for Look Magazine. As a man about town in the 1940's he met nearly all the entertainers and jazz musicians of the day. After winning The National Jitterbug Championship in Madison Square Garden, his photo was used under DANCE in the old World Book Encyclopedia.
Returning to Orlando Paul formed Lucerne Publishing Company in 1950. They published TV News Weekly, Cableweek, Brevard County's Cocoa Shopper, Woods and Waters Protector Magazine, Going Out and The Orlando Entertainment Magazine. In addition, his group published magazines for Rio Pinar and Royal Oak Country Clubs.
Paul performed his civic duties. He did volunteer work for the Orlando Symphony, Ballet and Theatre Companies. During racial unrest in the 1970's Mayor Carl T. Langford appointed Paul to the city's first Human Relations Commission. They were successful in promoting harmony between the black and white communities. He was instrumental in creating, The Florida View, a newspaper for and about minorities.
Moving to Clermont in 1984, he founded the Suburban Consumer and wrote an outdoors column for the Orlando Sentinel and Daily Commercial. His articles and photos appeared in numerous national sporting magazines including Dove Hunter, American Angler, Ducks Unlimited and Sports Afield.
He is survived by his sister, Mary Hunter, of Dallas, TX; brother, John Andrea (Cheryl) of Ashville, NY; daughter, Paulette Davis (Paul) of Clermont, FL and two grandsons, Paul Davis Jr. (Karla) and Franklin Davis.
As the grandson of Paul Andrea I always enjoyed having dinners with him because his stories were so fun and lively it felt like you were reliving the moment with him. Grandpa's personality always shined in every situation (perhaps more than his 6'4" towering stature). I enjoyed visiting him during his final weeks in hospice, chatting, hearing more stories, and learning some life lessons along the way from his years of experience.
A skilled orator and salesman, when I was between the ages of 10 to 12, I recall Grandpa correcting me a few times on my lack of "projection" when speaking (probably because he could be intimidating, more so his confidence and directness). He told me to "enunciate" and speak slower. Looking back today it makes me chuckle because now I'm a worldwide motivational speaker who has touched 70 countries speaking for the U.S. Military, Companies, Cruise Lines and Universities across the globe.
Grandpa is loved, his life cherished, and presence missed. I look forward to reuniting with him in heaven.

According to Emmy award winning chef and world traveler Anthony Bourdain who recently visited Shanghai: Tim Tse (a resident of Communist China) "is a man of impeccable taste. One of more than a 150,000 Shanghainese billionaires accustomed to the good life."
During their interaction, I was impressed by something Tse said. Having lived in China, earned Master degrees in Global Affairs (NYU) and Global Food Law (Michigan State), and authored two books on food ["The Future of Food" (volumes 1 and 2) http://amzn.to/1dIFnlI and http://amzn.to/17TbqMZ ], I was happy and in full agreement when I heard Tse reveal his international relations strategy.

Thank you for being the gatekeeper between physicians and pharmacists, the eyes and ears of public trust and accountability, which can blow the whistle on medical fraud and corruption.
I am endeavoring to conduct research and in the next two years write a book from information gathered.
Please help me keep the medical industry honest by sharing what you hear on the job about physician malpractice, neglect, oversight, and disregard for patients as well as monetary motivated decisions (like financial profit sharing for prescribing certain drugs).
Physicians are spending less time with patients (some say on average about 5 minutes maximum) and often fail to explain to patients WHY they are prescribing a particular drug, the drug's intended purpose AND side effects.
When patients try to slow down physicians to ask questions, doctors often hurry along (not always, thank God for the good ones), forget to disclose important details, dangers, risks and side effects of taking certain drugs.
As a Health Coach, Wellness Trainer, Nutritional Consultant and the author of "The Future of Food"; I want to write a book about medical malpractice and am looking for stories from pharmacy techs, pharmacy technicians, pharmaceutical technicians, and pharm techs.
I DO NOT WANT names of patients, as I wholeheartedly am committed to patients' privacy and rights. What I do want however are the stories you here while serving patients at your local pharmacy about how incompetent, insensitive, and monetary motivated physicians are prescribing drugs and procedures (many unnecessary given natural holistic remedies would work far better with fewer side effects).

Pharmaceutical companies are legally selling drugs in America (after having received FDA approval, but often pay the FDA big money for such approval). Plus the FDA is a federal agency often run by former business executives from the Pharmaceutical industry - a huge conflict of interest among this revolving door of government and industry. The FDA sustains itself from Pharmaceutical companies' fees paid for permits to pass and legalize FDA approved drugs.
It's a messy and sticky situation, often very unhealthy that can prove life-altering and deadly for patients. When the FDA later recalls a drug like Vioxx (which killed 100,000 people) it usually takes years to get it off the market, because Pharmaceutical companies are in business to make money by selling drugs, not ensuring their safety.
Once later recalled, patients typically get little recovery for harm done to them by faulty drugs.
That is where Pharmacy Techs, Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmaceutical Technicians, Pharm Techs can make a huge difference - being the eyes and ears to the nation.

Baptism, John the Baptist, Water Baptism, Holy Spirit Baptism
The word "baptist" means to be immersed in water and/or the Holy Spirit, although some act as if they have been baptized in lemon or pickle juice.
God in heaven will baptize you in the Holy Spirit so you can live in the light and resurrection life (Luke 3:16). Water baptism as a Christian is simply an outward confession of faith and relinquishing of control over your life and surrendering to Christ to live by the power of the Holy Spirit (Romans 6:4).
Nevertheless both are needful as Jesus Himself was water baptized after which the Holy Spirit came upon Him (Matthew 4 and Luke 4). We too should follow the commandment of Jesus to believe and be water baptized (Matthew 28:19-20; Mark 16:16; Matthew 3:15).
Do so and be greatly blessed by God! If you want me to come and preach the Good News of Jesus in your city and water baptize, I can do so also.
Remember and make no mistake about it there is water baptism and Holy Spirit baptism. Hebrews 6:2 itself mentions "baptisms" (plural) more than one.

Trust in the living God who gives us richly all things to ENJOY (1Timothy 6:17).
Rather than worrying about debt, release the urge and desire to pursue OWNING things and start ENJOYING things AND most importantly PRAISING GOD and TESTIFY of the goodness of God wherever you and watch God elevate, promote, and bless you (Deuteronomy 28:1-14).
Living in the Presence of God (Psalm 16:11; 100:2) worshipping, honoring God, testifying of the goodness of God wherever you go....when we begin to do so (God being no respecter of persons - will bless us like crazy as we honor Him in all things) read Acts 10:34.
I erred in the past seeking only God's Word, but worship (John 4:24) enables us to enter God's Presence, touch God's heart and open the windows of heaven over our lives MORE THAN TITHING ....

Praise and Worship Leaders Wanted, Let God Arise and Souls Be Saved
If you or someone you know is a praise and worship leader, musician, anointed singer, lover of God and desires to serve God to break open the heavens, bring down the glory of God, enable humanity to enter the life-changing Presence of God; then I want to help take you from the pew and launch you into your divine purpose to fully worship and serve the living God!
North America and Europe have countless churches, but few have the rich tangible Presence of God. Why? Because most churches are bound by and more committed to their denominational bulletins, programs, organizational agendas, fund raising, teaching, preaching, video technology, special ministries, etc. than the Presence of God.
....all the while forgetting that it is in God's Presence wherein fullness of joy and true transformation is found (Psalm 16:11).
Yet the Bible says we enter God's Presence with singing (Psalm 100:2). A broken and contrite heart God will not despise. Surely they who hunger and thirst after God will always be filled and their thirst quenched, but often such moments of intimacy with God sadly do not occur in the houses of worship because God formalities and liturgy have replaced true heartfelt praise and worship that attracts and woos the Presence of the Holy Spirit.
God is looking for a new breed of praise and worship leaders to build Him a habitation of praise within the hearts of His people so God can move afresh and revive the nations of the world to fulfill the Great Commission of Christ.
I as a worldwide minister am putting the brakes on, waiting, praying, searching, looking for praise and worship leaders with whom to work to plant new churches... praise and worship leaders who are not top heavy, not monetary motivated or ego driven to work together and write new songs of deliverance, prophetic songs of breakthrough and heart melting worship to transform lives for eternity.
As we worship the living God the Holy Spirit will move and the wind of heaven blow upon us (John 4:24) to melt us with holy fire within and conform us to the image of Christ as the Holy Spirit lovingly comforts us (John 14:26).
Whenever the tribes of Israel went forth to battle, the tribe of Judah (praise) led the way and triumphantly God arose and His Presence brought the victory in every situation and circumstance.

Praise and Worship Leaders Wanted, Let God Arise and Souls Be Saved
If you or someone you know is a praise and worship leader, musician, anointed singer, lover of God and desires to serve God to break open the heavens, bring down the glory of God, enable humanity to enter the life-changing Presence of God; then I want to help take you from the pew and launch you into your divine purpose to fully worship and serve the living God!
North America and Europe have countless churches, but few have the rich tangible Presence of God. Why? Because most churches are bound by and more committed to their denominational bulletins, programs, organizational agendas, fund raising, teaching, preaching, video technology, special ministries, etc. than the Presence of God.
....all the while forgetting that it is in God's Presence wherein fullness of joy and true transformation is found (Psalm 16:11).
Yet the Bible says we enter God's Presence with singing (Psalm 100:2). A broken and contrite heart God will not despise. Surely they who hunger and thirst after God will always be filled and their thirst quenched, but often such moments of intimacy with God sadly do not occur in the houses of worship because God formalities and liturgy have replaced true heartfelt praise and worship that attracts and woos the Presence of the Holy Spirit.
God is looking for a new breed of praise and worship leaders to build Him a habitation of praise within the hearts of His people so God can move afresh and revive the nations of the world to fulfill the Great Commission of Christ.
I as a worldwide minister am putting the brakes on, waiting, praying, searching, looking for praise and worship leaders with whom to work to plant new churches... praise and worship leaders who are not top heavy, not monetary motivated or ego driven to work together and write new songs of deliverance, prophetic songs of breakthrough and heart melting worship to transform lives for eternity.
As we worship the living God the Holy Spirit will move and the wind of heaven blow upon us (John 4:24) to melt us with holy fire within and conform us to the image of Christ as the Holy Spirit lovingly comforts us (John 14:26).
Whenever the tribes of Israel went forth to battle, the tribe of Judah (praise) led the way and triumphantly God arose and His Presence brought the victory in every situation and circumstance.

Jesus said, "You will know a tree by its fruit" (Matthew 7:20).
There is a song I hear once a year that pops up on the radio that says, "I fought the law and the law won."
The attitude and push back people give over simple requests related to social grace (like taking off your shoes in someone's home, or covering your mouth when coughing) is rather revealing.
When I was a boy, my father had a temper but he also had a conscience and could apologize.
Unfortunately the more you condemn and ridicule others in the right, the more poverty, shame and misery shall come upon you (read James 5:6).
"He that justifies the wicked, and he that condemns the just, even they both are abomination to the Lord" (Proverbs 17:15).
God gives grace to the humble, but resists the proud (James 4:6).
If God can resist proud disrespectful people, why can't I do likewise (even if they are family)?
Jesus said, "Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law" (Matthew 10:34-35).
Sometimes to be a peacemaker as a son of God (Matthew 5:9), you first have to set the standards, expectations and perimeters of a relationship to ensure and preserve mutual respect.
Ironically they who respect God the least often want to play God and manipulate situations and people the most.

Linkedin - you temporarily froze my account in December 2013 because I applied for "too many" jobs. Yet you never told me how many jobs I was allowed to apply for.
It has been well over 4 months and you still have not reactivated my account as promised. I now have a job in China teaching English, but continue to receive friend requests from Linkedin users AND ironically jobs to apply for (alerts) from Linkedin.
Yet I cannot login. My username is - worldproperties
Please restore my account immediately or I will file complaints with:
- The Better Business Bureau
- Congress
- The FTC
- Attorney General
- EEOC for discrimination
- ICANN website regulation
This is your final warning as I have been extremely patient.

Koreas Collide: North Korea Racial Slurs Against President Obama and Leaders of South Korea
Electrifying and exciting times geopolitically in the world and where God has positioned me to live and work in mainland China near Beijing.
Rival Koreas are colliding. My deceased grandfather served the U.S. Army being stationed years ago along the South and North Korean borders (among many other posts held throughout his 20 years of service).
Presently following racial slurs against Pres. Obama and S. Korean leaders..... South Korea says North Korea's communist knucklehead of a leader "must disappear soon" South Korea says North Korea "must disappear soon."
South Korea says North Korea "must disappear soon." North Korean communist (and backward) leadership will disappear soon, but the people of North Korea will remain and finally taste and experience the joys of freedom (and access to the rest of the world).
Liberation is on the way!
I had a dream some months ago wherein I was in North Korea (an extremely closed country which Dennis Rodman has visited to meet with their lame leader). I believe N. Korea will soon crumble. The USA has had many foreign policy disasters and failures in their overseas wars. A notable and indisputable American international success is greatly needed to restore America's image and global standing.
As when East and West Germany united, an overthrow of the N. Korean government dismantling the communist regime and installing the predominately Christian South Korean government to oversee the reunification of the two Koreas will set up Asia for a mighty revival ...including north China nearby.
Exciting times in which we are living!

My account has been frozen and restricted for over 9 months (unable to access) because in December 2013 I applied for "too many" jobs. Yet Linkedin continues to allow people to attempt to add me as friends and reach out to me daily (as I receive several friend requests weekly ...for potential business opportunities) as the Linkedin site keeping all my data visible, but prevents me from replying to friend requests and jobs sent to be via email by Linkedin.
Linkedin has not responded to repeated requests and phone calls to please let me know how many jobs I am allowed / permitted to apply for daily and restore my account. Congress, the EEOC, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Better Business Bureau must act swiftly to prevent Linkedin from delaying job opportunities of employment for Americans seeking to find work.
Today I tried to upgrade to a PAID premium account on Linkedin and still could not do so because my account is "temporarily" restricted. Therefore before you invest your time to build a Linkedin bio and profile, consider what value it is if Linkedin later blocks and hinders you from accessing YOUR ACCOUNT AND PROFILE (and hinders you from connecting with the friends and business networks seeking to befriend you on their site)...while they hijack your business and marketing of your link ...driving traffic back to their site (as they omit you in the process). EVIL!
