, due February 26 via RED Distribution. In addition, a new live video of Frampton performing the song with longtime collaborator Gordon Kennedy is premiering on The Huffington Post today: http://huff.to/1QVxWaY. For the first time ever, Frampton brings us stripped-down versions of his classic hits including “Lines On My Face,” “Do You Feel Like I Do,” “Show Me The Way” and more.Acoustic Classics includes one new song, “All Down to Me,” which was co-written by Kennedy, who also co-produced Frampton’s Grammy Award-winning albumFingerprints. “All Down to Me” is the only track on the record that features a guest musician. See below for full track listing. The new album was mixed by Grammy Award-winning engineer Jeff Balding (Don Henley, Lionel Richie, Joe Cocker) and produced by Frampton himself. Of the recording process, Frampton explains, “The approach I took on this was that each song came across as if you are the first person to hear this song after I wrote it. I had to reverse engineer each song in order to get this result, which I feel I achieved.” Acoustic Classics is available for pre-order now and a special pre-order bundle is being offered exclusively on www.frampton.com, which includes the album, a pick set and signed lyric sheet. In addition, Frampton will also perform on DirecTV and AT&T’s new weekly music program, the Audience Network, March 4. The programming will be available to both subscribers of DirecTV and AT&T U-Verse and the two platforms' mobile apps. Moreover, Frampton has extended his “Peter Frampton Raw, An Acoustic Tour” with more dates next month. Kennedy will join him again for the March run along with Frampton’s son, singer and guitarist Julian Frampton. Peter Frampton remains one of the most celebrated artists and guitarists in rock history. At 16, he was lead singer and guitarist for British band the Herd. At 18, he co-founded one of the first super groups, seminal rock act Humble Pie. His session work includes collaborations with such legendary artists as George Harrison, Harry Nilsson, David Bowie, Jerry Lee Lewis, Ringo Starr, John Entwistle and many others. “Governors Ball once again proved that it's the East Coast's only true great summer festival", wrote Rolling Stone of last year’s incredible fifth anniversary. Now heading into its sixth year, Governors Ball has cemented itself as “the crown jewel of New York City music festivals” (New York Daily News), while earning its place as one of the premiere live music events in North America.

Aside from great music, fun in the sun lawn games, and eye catching art installations, the coming 2016 festival will again present attendees with a dizzying array of culinary options as curated by The Infatuation. New York City’s best gourmet food trucks and trend setting restaurants will be on hand to offer up their most delicious and satisfying fare to hungry music fans.
Founders Entertainment is once again honored to invite attendees to Governors Ball’s festival grounds at Randall's Island Park (supported, maintained and programmed by the Randall's Island Park Alliance www.randallsisland.org). In addition to being accessible by MTA bus, foot, bike and cab, the festival will offer a Brooklyn shuttle service as well as ferry service from Mid-Town Manhattan to and from the festival grounds. This year festival attendees will also have the option of utilizing the South Bronx Greenway’s newly opened Randall’s Island Connector -- a pedestrian and bicycle friendly pathway between the Bronx and Randall’s Island.

COMPASSION LP OUT MARCH 18TH ON SACRED BONES RECORDS
U.S. TOUR STARTS NEXT MONTH
Lust For Youth's new album Compassion is due out next month on Sacred Bones Records.
The trio recently shared the single "Stardom" from the record and are treating us to another taste ofCompassion today. You can stream "Sudden Ambitions", which is maybe one of the catchiest LFY tracks thus far here.
LFY will be heading out on the road next month with stops in LA, NYC, and Austin for SXSW before heading back to Europe for a string of dates. Find the album info and tour dates below!
"Movement and gesture is natural. The flâneur has an iPhone, and their heart is embroidered into a microfiber sleeve in gold."
Lust for Youth are a three-piece from Copenhagen made up of Hannes Norrvide, Malthe Fischer & Loke Rahbek. 2014’s acclaimed album, International , took the melancholic insomnia of their former releases out into the street and away from the domestic frustrations of a life in headphones. Suddenly, surrounded by bodies, and with a staccato heart, Balearic infatuations and capricious nights in crowded clubs set the mood for Norrvide’s pining sighs. International marked Lust For Youth’s new-found decadence with fully resolved charm and enhanced self-deprecation.
This was swiftly channeled into their recent hit, “Better Looking Brother.” Compassion ’s first single was streamed over 50k times in its first month, capping off a highly successful 2015 of worldwide tours and critical social media updates.
Compassion restates beauty for a time of crisis and clickbait. Judgement, design, form, and opinion: to what end will we refine our world if we can’t also make an anthem of our lives? This is the tender conspiracy: I’m on twitter; I have an anthem. Do we have an anthem? We have lust. Let’s meet irl.
Lust for Youth are affectionately vicious, and vulnerably sharp. They are the anticipation of the comedown as you come up on the best you’ve ever been of- fered from a bathroom stall. This is the spectrum: a low you know, and a dizzy new height.
Hearts blind lights and finance desire. Is it the fate of the cunning to look good, or is it just cunning to look this good? Compassion is dexterity: we all look this good. An impulse is an appetite, and you’re entitled to everything. Multitask collapse and revolution because you’re a beautiful mess.
Compassion is deliverance. Anticipate compassion." —Patrick Quick
