Hollow Child (The Hollows #4):

You know, sometimes in life you're so busy looking out for the zombies you're sure you're missing, that you miss the parasitic worms right in front of your eyes.
Also, sometimes humans don't need to be protected from zombies, in fact, some zombies" Read more of this review » |

“since feeling is first
who pays any attention
to the syntax of things
will never wholly kiss you;
wholly to be a fool
while Spring is in the world
my blood approves,
and kisses are a far better fate
than wisdom
lady i swear by all flowers. Don't cry
--the best gesture of my brain is less than
your eyelids' flutter which says
we are for eachother: then
laugh, leaning back in my arms
for life's not a paragraph
And death i think is no parenthesis”

“For instance, on the planet Earth, man had always assumed that he was more intelligent than dolphins because he had achieved so much—the wheel, New York, wars and so on—whilst all the dolphins had ever done was muck about in the water having a good time. But conversely, the dolphins had always believed that they were far more intelligent than man—for precisely the same reasons.”

Thank you for the friendship. I really enjoyed the Watersong series and I look forward to reading more of your work:)-N. Dunham-author of the Visionary Trilogy
Thank you for the goodreads friendship! I truly admire your work and all you have done. Can't wait to read your next series.Evelyn
I am so completely behind on all the news on my favorite series'. I just read a blog you posted awhile ago about the hate mail you have recieved regarding your choice to keep Alice and Jack together. For what it is worth, I love Jack! I've read and reread the series because he is one of the best characters ever created. On the contrary, I love Peter, too, but for different reasons. It makes me sad, and to be honest, ANGRY as hell, that people who claim to love a series and the author that writes it can be so hateful. I know that no one is perfect, but still... Anyway, just thought I'd state my feelings on the matter since I am rereading the series AGAIN and falling in love with Jack for the third time. :)
I just finished reading hollowland. I love the characters in it and the twists and turns (If this is the way the world ends then we all better strap ourselves in and stay alert because it's going to be one hell of a bumpy ride).
I just started My Blood Approves this morning and I absolutely love it!!! I can't put it down... I wish all your books were in print!
Thank you for adding me to your friend list. Switched is awesome I can't wait for the next one Torn. Would love to talk about books with you. Or any thing else. Would read Swicthed again anytime. :)
Thank you Amanda for the add! You give indie writers like me hope that if you work your butt off and continue to write, that you’ll prove to all those agents who rejected you, that haha, my book was marketable bioch!
Thanks for the connection! I'm thrilled for your success and in awe of you as well!(As you seem to be keeping it together.) Writing helps; I see.Katherine Owen

Hi Amanda. Thanks for becoming my friend :-)I've gotta say, you really inspire me. I'm the same age as you and a paranormal writer to boot. My first novel is coming out next month, but I won't bother you with spammy links - that's totally not my intent.
I also run an author PR firm called Novel Publicity, and your name is constantly being thrown around by the indies I represent and network with. You inspire the lot of us.
Keep up the fabulousness,
Emlyn
