Slow burn and loving it. First read by this author, not going to be my last. Love the writing and the flow; something beautiful in the darkness of this story.

So F%*king Awsome!! I don't want it to end... EVER!

Another review was correct. This is the Little Mermaid and Cinderella mixed with The Hunger Games. Lots of detail, fun action, good dialogue and the anticipation is wonderful. Sweet, Safe and Fun. Oh... and I want a Beazil for myself!!

This is getting good! Action galore, and FINALLY learning the rules and the consequences!!

FYI: There is a scene where a small young cub is fighting against a larger stronger cub in an illegal underground fighting ring. Though talked about as human "shifters" they are in animal form during the fight. It comes across as brutal and animal abuse. Through brief, still might be a trigger for some. Made me uncomfortable.

I want more of the Acquisition action. This push and pull is getting a bit dry and stale. If as a reader I got more information about the Acquisition, what is required, and the consequences of not following through, I think the story would be better. Stella doesn't have to know but I am not satisfied at waiting until she learns something to know it as well. I want that knowledge before hand.

Loving this story so much more the Vicious. Still has that wonderful storytelling and thd depth of characters that I love from this author.

There is a little flow iuuse, and the characters change personalities quickly. It reads choppy. Not liking Red (or Phoenix, Nix, Dillon, whatever you want to call her).

Its good so far but I am not feeling the main characters connection. She is like a little child as everything is no, no, no. The author makes some interesting word choices; almost like she searched a thesaurus to change out more common words, some just don't work in the sentence.

What a wonderfully screwed up story. I cannot put it down and am excited to turn the pages. None of the characters have many redeeming qualities and the story is just f$%ked up, but it is good.

The last 1/3 is the best. This is my least favorite of this author's MC stories and that is purely because I don't care for emotional reads.

This story is AWSOME. So nice to read an original story with unique characters. If the rest of the story is just as good, I will be buying the next book! Can't wait to see what happens next.

This is a different story then I was expecting. It is not really MC, more about Leah. So far minority of the story is her or Green's internal dialogue. Very little action.

Very emotional. Sort of a throw back to Bound by Family, same time line. Loving Green.

Getting good. Picking up the pace a bit and more character interactions.

I am having a REALLY hard time with this book. I think I have started and stopped reading this book a least six times. I am determined to finish today. I just cannot connect, it feels childish? No that's not right. Simple? Under written? I can't pin point it.

Good, different, original, unexpected, exciting, addictive...

There is one scene that is borderline gross. It is dark, punishing, brutal and disgusting. It works for the story line (I guess), but hits my: ew.. gross, really? button.
