Good so far, more of a high school romance rather then "mafia." I swear I've read this story before somewhere....

A tad redundant, also slightly boring as there is very little interaction between the four main characters. What worked so well in book one was the tension, its absent here...

Good, but I wanted more action, more mafia. Its a bit slow with the courting, no real action. Don't care for Leona yet, she's too meek and weak. Asks him to change, BIG pet peeve of mine.

Holy hotness! Absorbed alreay into this story. I don't care for the way the story is rushed though, no pauses between paragraphs... it feels like a hyper child telling a story. It could benefit from a slower pace.

I'm not sure how I feel about the main character (whose 38) getting bullied by a bunch of teenagers, I need her to have more authority. She also reads to me like shes 25...

While this has an interesting premise, its very verbose with non important details. Yes, I want the setting explained, but not this much. Nothing much has happened yet 1/4 of the way through...

Not feeling it, will come back later.

The author switches tenses in the middle of her sentences. Its annoying...

Fun read but I am not connecting with the characters.

Had to take a break because I was upset with the main character. She made a really stupid decision and I am upset with here, LOL. I will start again soon.

There is a "humorous" mention of animal abuse, involving fireworks tied to an animal, the animal dies. Very inappropriate!!

Cute. Still not feeling the connection to the characters but fun none the less. A few editing errors. Love "triangle."

Because of the bad editing job, this book is a very choppy read for me. I keep having to stop and re-read sentences to make sure they make sense. Bummer.

His For Christmas: Fun office romance, a bit different in that the female was very sure she was stupid, to tge point I almost believed her. The male lead was very stand-offish, but I did like when he ultimately gave in. Steamy read, good characters, good plot. 4.5 stars.

Great collection so far. Unique and different, bold and gruff. These are the perfect stories for a dark and stormy night!
