Wow....I think this book would be so much more readable if I didn't have to hear the hero's thoughts. Modern day misogynistic heroes are the worst for me. Historic novels are a bit more understandable, but modern day, it can irritate especially heavy handed. Like 25 pages in, I'm ready to pull my hair out.

I'm reading this book slowly to savor it. I either read a book really quickly or savor it slowly, when I love it.

It's sad that life and others had to pit the two sisters against each other.

All the men in this book are raging sexist douche bags. A woman being concerned, rightfully and logically, is not being hysterical/dramatic. What is this Freudian bullshit. If Angela was a man this shit would not be happening. Maybe that is the author's point.
