So far I’m enjoying this. I’m glad I’ve read Elatsoe though. There are things they might have been explained for new audience members.

The sojourn in Ireland and Italy was interesting.

It was a little rough going (read: boring) in the beginning, but it’s gotten better.

I have been sitting on this ARC for at least 4 years, probably more! It’s moment is now!

Listening to an abridged version (the only “free” one I could find) on Spotify. I’ve read it previously but so long ago, I don’t remember anything really. Just want to be able to comment a bit on the buddy read in the SpecFic Buddy Reads group.

Read the Illustrated Biography of Lord Grimm. It was OK as a story. Really brings home the horrors of war perpetrated on innocent bystanders.

Read Downwind from Gettysburg and sadly didn’t love it. Now I know why I stalled on reading this collection a few years back. I’ve got a signed first edition (gift from my husband), so I do want to finish it eventually.

This is great! Books! Libraries! Secret book! Dad with what might be secret powers! Very fun. Also listening in German is lovely.

Nearly done! I am actually going to finish this!
