Really excited to be back in this world but I kind of hate that Vicki's POV is first person and the rest are third.

This is even better than I had hoped.

It's been pretty slow so far but I think it's getting ready to pick up a bit. Or at least I hope so!

I forgot how much fat shaming there is in this. I realize the Dursleys are terrible people but that's bc of how they treat people not bc of whatever their size might be. And Harry isn't intrinsically good because he's skinny. (Yes, Petunia is described as boney but that's also a negative comment on size.) I just wish it weren't such a focus of the chapter. I cut out most of the fat comments when reading aloud.

This multiverse world is pretty interesting & I'm enjoying the story so far. Also, I have a theory about the "bad" guy & what really happened but I don't want to say what it is in case it's either a spoiler or makes me look like a complete idiot when I'm done. So I'm just going to keep wondering & reading & hoping we get some answers in the first book so I don't haven to commit to the whole trilogy right away.

I have about 30 pages left in the edition I'm reading and I'm seriously wondering if everything can be wrapped up in that time. I really hope so because I'm enjoying it. I guess we'll see.

I don't know how this is going to play out but if I had to guess, I'd say not good. I hate it when characters make stupid choices that don't even feel like something the character would ever do.

Cute so far but I'm a little bored. I think this is one that will appeal only to the middle-grade crowd. I wish we could have seen more of the sisters together before being separated. But I do like Claire.

I'm really enjoying this one so far but I have a theory on the relationships and I'm a little worried that if it happens like I think, I might not like it. But we'll see. I'm definitely hooked on this one already!

This is cute but I'm getting tired of them being too stubborn to have any sort of talk about their relationship. Is this how it really is for adults who date? You spend all of your weekends together having sex & talking about your lives but can't ask a simple "do you want to be my boy/girlfriend?" in case the other one doesn't like you THAT much & then spend the week worryng about it? BC if so, then dating sucks.

I finally came back to this one and it's definitely picked up but I'm still not loving it like I thought I would.

The idea behind this is really interesting but already the book is feeling very repetitive. I've heard the story from Jules about needing the science from the Undying about 5 times. I'd be more interested in hearing about what has happened to Earth to get it to this point in the story and have more time with Jules Mia together. Right now, I really enjoy their chemistry but I'm not getting nearly enough of them yet.

I've been enjoying this so far but if it doesn't move away from this show/circus thing quickly, I'm definitely going to lose interest soon.

I can't keep track of all of these new characters! Being almost halfway through the fourth book in the series, I really thought I'd already know everyone but there are constantly new towns and new people being thrown in now, I can't keep any of them straight and I really just miss the Courtyard.
