Only read the Forward at this point, but there's several intriguing points which I look forward to following in its dedicated section. Hope to be done with this by the end of January, but definitely gonna be taking it slowly.

Done a very poor job updating all week - just as it's been inexplicable difficult for me to read more than a few chapters at a time in this climax.

Not sure why.

Either, I'm on the last chapter, which I will finish after work. Been a wild ride finishing FatF this year.

Falling behind yet again as expected. But the last battle has started so that’s hugely exciting

I forgot that people rave about Volume 5, and so expected that after Ch. 77 I would just be able to stop for a few days before starting the next arc.

Boy was I wrong about that assumption. I can't just stop here!

I have literally only one criticism about this book so far, and that a minor point from the beginning of the book...

This is definitely as good as Valor, which bodes well for me.

Huge progress every day. Gonna be slower the next few, but I should still get decent portions nonetheless.

Read a couple more chapters.

And managed to double my prior 2 days' reading in a single morning today. Book is incredible so far. Appreciate the longer sections focused on specific storylines for 40-50 pages at a time, maybe with a short chapter elsewhere, as apposed to bouncing all over the place every couple of chapters like previous entries focused on for the most part.

Forgot to update that this is where I got to yesterday...

Started this morning. Solid so far. Some funky stuff with the timeline of one of the major storylines compared to the others given where they all ended in Ruin which I'm not huge on, but the content itself is great so far.

Though I wasn’t the most on board with this current arc starting with the last few chapters of Volume 3, the arc is building quite nicely and I’m really liking it at this point.

Now on the eleventh hour of the title. Definitely a lot of good setup, though there's some seemingly irrelevant or perhaps too-detailed material in the mix occasionally.

Can't say I was expecting what this book turned out being, but it's been pretty fun regardless!

It is seriously one of the most things I’ve ever read that not only did people once believe STDs were a result of overindulgence rather than, well, shared disease, but that it *might* be able to be cured by having sex with a virgin - which certainly does NOT cure an STD and in fact further propagates the issue while simultaneously absolutely destroying other people’s lives LMAO

Read Part One today. Pretty solid.

First half of the first part was fantastic, second half felt a little meandering while it was getting to the point it was trying to reach.

Hopefully the rest falls more in line with the intrigue aspect than the detailed setup aspect.

Part Two actually went super hard. Thematically very compelling and rich, to the point that (aside from the first 2 chapters of the book), I might have even liked Part Two more than One

Read all of Part One today - very very good.

First 2 chapters especially were absolute bangers.
