I'm realizing how many of these people I don't actually know. Maybe it's the audiobook or two times speed but there are only a couple of names of the extra characters that I'm keeping track of.

Can we just talk about how good the Shadow and Bone series is? Sorry if you're tired of seeing it all over your timeline but it is so true. I want more already!

Really loving this one. The audiobook narrator is great and I can't wait to get the audiobook back from my library to finish.

This book has some cute moments but overall, it's kind of dull. Don't really feel like it's giving me anything new.

I wouldn't call this gripping but it's also not uninteresting. I'm just waiting for things to really amp up.

There was another typo on page 33. A "trust-find" isn't a thing 🤦

Again, nitpicking but on page 27 it says it didn't take long to unpack and then again on page 29 it says "I'd only brought a carryon of clothes and a few essential extras, so unpacking didn't take long."
It's the little things that irk me.

This is nitpicking but you have to pick one. Blond or blonde. You can't use both right after one another when they're referring to the same thing.

Just got this from my local used bookstore and decided to hop on in.

2) They pronouns for Viola fit so well with her character!

Abby is so petty and quick to jump on Savvy. It's annoying.

I don't understand why people hate Mal. He's a fine dude.

The descriptions of the love interest are so heavy handed and cringy.
