Uggh...this flu is really messing up my reading challenge. Tried to read some but can't really focus. Stupid flu...GRRR!!!

First the ladies stumble upon a working gas station run by the only person on the planet who doesn't know about the zombie outbreak. Then they stumble upon a gun shop run by a husband/wife team who both just happen to be ex-military sharpshooters. Yeah...riiiiight! :/

Just wanted to let everyone know I won't be on GR as much for the next few weeks, but it's for a good cause...I'm starting a new job with a wonderful non-profit organization next week! Still, between working extra hours this week to wrap everything up at the old job and starting my training for the new one next week, I won't have as much time to chat on GR :( I promise to still pop in when I can!

In between reading sessions, I've also started the "Kingdoms Of Amalur" video game, which I'm only playing because I found out the game was written by Salvatore as well! Uh-oh... think I just set off a...

HA! Despite all the talk that Bruenor was gone, I read between the lines and deduced he'd still be making an appearance in this book, I'm SMAHT like that! (Plus, the fact that Bruenor's on the back cover was kind of a tip-off...)

During that awesome fight against the banshee, Wulfgar the barbarian and Drizzt the dark elf proved they work really well together...as long as Wulfgar plays nice! Of course...Wulfgar's rarely nice!

Time to start my sixth book starring dark elf Drizzt Do'Urden... because only five books wasn't nearly enough Drizzt for me! ;)

Deryn has feelings for Alek, which is complicated because Alek thinks she's really a boy. Lilit has feelings for Deryn, which is also complicated because she too thinks Deryn is a boy! Congratulations, Mr. Westerfeld, this is one love triangle that doesn't totally suck!

That awkward moment when Prince Alek insisted he could pass himself off as a commoner, and then realized that he didn't even know the first names of anyone on his staff... Priceless!

I know I still have about 3/4ths of the book to go, but considering a steampunk elephant just showed up, is it cool if I give this book 5 stars right now?!?

Those message lizards are so cute, how they're always chattering and eager to carry out their mission! Wait, no wonder I get such a kick out of the message lizards...they remind me of those lovable minions!

Wow...only three chapters in, and there's already been a battle between a living airship and two steampunk monstrosities, one of which actually fires lightning at its enemies!

Been a really hectic few days, so I haven't had much time to get on GR lately, but I promised, I haven't forgotten about all my wonderful GR friends! :)

Absolutely loved "Leviathan"! Hoping the next book in the trilogy is just as good! :D

Wow, this book is creeeeeeepy! Skinner Sweet is one vampire who would give even the Winchester brothers chills!
