Nuso Esva wants to destroy Thrawn by killing his reputation rather than by killing him? With each passing page, Nuso seems less like a Star Wars character and more like Sherlock's Moriarty!

Wishing I could say I was smart (or "smaht" as we say in Boston) and that I saw the twist reveal in Chapter 14 coming a mile away, but no, I totally caught off-guard by that one! Shocked, I am shocked, I say!

All seven were caught by surprise by the sudden appearance of Mara Jade. All seven decided to make a fight of it. All seven died quickly. It's official, Mara Jade is now the coolest Star Wars character ever...sorry, Han, you had a good run!

Four days riding together in a cramped freighter with the man finding a way to get on every single one of Han's nerves left Han with a powerful urge to find a convenient piece of vacuum and toss his passenger out into it. Han Solo really needs to chill...

Ahhh, Han and Luke bantering and getting on each other's nerves, just like the good ol' days! I'm gonna be smiling like a dork all day now...I mean, more so than usual!

This book is already special to me, because it was a gift from one of my dearest friends, the lovely and amazing Branwen! :D I'm so excited to be reading this one, Branwen!

I refuse to publicly post spoilers, so I can't tell you why Chapter 12 left me gasping out loud! All I can say is I've never had my heart beat so fast while reading as it did just now! Bravo, Nenia, Bravo!!!

Val, I like you, but you sure are ignoring an awful lot of danger signs! Right now you're exhibiting the survival skills of...well...of a character in a horror story!

Uh, yeah, I think I've seen you in your track uniform. You wear it on game days, right?" Not cool dude, even I know the track team doesn't have "game days", and I'm an absolute dummy when it comes to sports!

"If this were a horror movie, you would totally be the murderer. You're too good to be true." Really enjoying the horror-movie vibe in this book, now all we need is for a cat to jump out and scare someone!

"With everyone else, there's some sense of logic. You can get some inkling of what their next move will be. But with The Joker, all you can do is react...God help the man who can think like HIM!" Loving this interpretation of the Joker :D

If this book is half as entralling as Nenia Campbell's blog posts are, I should be in for a great ride! :D

Scott Snyder has proven himself to be a brilliant horror writer with his "American Vampire" series, I can't wait to see what he does with The Joker! Gimmie a better class of criminal, Mr. Snyder!

For the most part, this book has been fun, but things got really intense when Crake's tragic past was finally revealed! Definitely wasn't expecting that, my mind is seriously blown right now!

Just when I thought this book couldn't possibly get any cooler, now it looks like the crew of the Jetty Kay is about to have a ghostly encounter! Ghosts = awesome! :D

Yep, got sucked into the just-one-more-chapter trap right before bed last night! "...must...keep...reading..."

Oooh, the Delirium Trigger just arrived...I think that means pirate queen Trinica Dracken is finally going to make an appearance! :D

I enjoyed Pinn getting put down like that! Maybe that sounds harsh, but he's come off as a creep so far. Don't judge me judging him!

This book has been described as "Steampunk meets Firefly"...I may have to listen to several hours of 80's hair metal before starting this one just to prepare my brain for this much awesome!

I'm STILL not entirely sure how this is all going to tie together...you'd need a modern day Sherlock to deduce what's going on here! (The Benedict Cumberbatch one, not the Jonny Lee Miller one!)
