Now walking and reading, I admit takes a good deal of practice. One of my students does it everyday, but she walks as slow as humanly possible xD
I`ve had people tell me it`s practice to read faster, but I`ve been reading at about the same speed for at least the last ten years :\

I have mostly stopped reading while walking, but I used to be very good at it indeed. I would walk normal speed, and used to have fun doing it in a crowded place like a mall, where I would step around people at the last minute. I have good peripheral vision!
