We do not delete books when they go out of print, just as a library does not remove such books from its shelved.

Hrm. Okay, then this might belong on another thread, but is the entry okay the way it is? It's essentially a record of a thing that doesn't exist, isn't published, and can't be linked to or bought. I'm not convinced the listing conveys that but if it passes official muster, will go away.

It was published -- as much as many ebooks are. Users who have it can still rate/review it, and I see no reason to delete all the existing ratings and reviews.

I separated out the ones for 514, but I'm going to wait for the cache to clear to delete them. (I tried with one with just a couple reviews, but it moved them to the hardcover instead, because of a bug that is being worked on.)

Audiobook "pages" correspond to hours, so I corrected that one's to 22.

Looks like the audiobook has been released with different covers, including the one currently shown. An alternate-cover edition is an option.
