Oh well...we just have 2 days to go! (It's already the 26th in Australia.)

So *hugs* all around from this Australian. And a big *hug* to Tania :)

I see a life-saver! Dee, please give me some recs :). I did read a few erotic novels (Emma Holly mostly, some BDSM), but it was not my cup of tea. I did like the books but found myself skipping the sex scenes. So yeah, could do with your help :)

Ps iPhones are great but don't really make for the easiest list updating when you're in the bush. Have it all on a spreadsheet on my computer here though!!!!
Sorry!!!!!!

Anyway I'm in for this month cause I enjoyed my recs from last one.

*hugs* to Kami, Suzanne and everyone else who works in an office - *double hugs* if they have to go and get the coffee today!

I'm updating lists as we speak and I'll be putting up your pickee's shortly.

PIFM Random Generator has now been unpacked from my suitcase and it grinding to life..

Here's my selection of picks for this month. Hope you find something you can enjoy!
Historical
I don't read huge amounts of historicals but one series I keep going back to is the Cynsters series by Stephanie Laurens. It starts off with Devil's Bride.
Contemporary
Soooo much choice here but I think I'm going to recommend Flat-Out Sexy (Fast Track series) by Erin McCarthy.
Urban Fantasy
The Mercedes Thompson series by Patricia Briggs is a great example of Urban Fiction. It starts with Moon Called. It was a PIFM last month and I loved it so much I'm currently devouring the entire series.
Paranormal Romance (Vampire)
I just couldn't make up my mind here so you'll have to deal with two recommendations. In my defence they are two very different types of vampires:
Dark Lover by J.R. Ward starts off the Black Dagger Brotherhood series. It's urban and very much placed in the current urban scene. They need blood to survive, they can't go out in the sun and they're big bad kick*sses.
Dark Prince by Christine Feehan starts the Carpathian series. In CF's world vampires are Carpathian's who haven't found their lifemate and have ceased to feel anything other than when they commit violence. They're very old world, alpha males very much threatened with the extinction of their race.
Paranormal Romance (Something other than Vampires)
Riding the Storm (ACRO series) by Sydney Croft. What can I say - it's xmen get HOT!!!
Sci-Fi / Futuristic Romance
Again - can't make the choice between two here so...
Naked in Death (In Death series)by J.D. Robb is a series set about 50 years in the future. It follows Detective Eve Dallas as she solves crimes and falls in love with a handsome irishman. Ahhhh Roarke, how I love thee...
Grimspace (Sirantha Jax series) by Ann Aguirre is a GREAT sci-fi romance series about a woman who just keeps getting up when she gets knocked down.
Romantic Suspense
I don't read a huge amount of this genre but Linda Howard writes some of my favourite Romantic Suspense novels. I really enjoyedBurn.
Erotic Romance
Hmmmm... okay you don't have many books on goodreads yet so I'm not sure of your comfort levels. So I'm going to give you two selections:
Coming Undone (Brown siblings series)by Lauren Dane is an erotic romance but that's on the ummm tamer side. It's the second in the series but that won't matter. I'd encourage to read the others if you like it though.
The Reluctant Dom by Tymber Dalton. This is if you're comfortable pushing your boundaries a bit. Informed reading though - go to the book page and check out reviews before deciding whether or not to read it.
BUDDY READ
This is really a shot in the dark because you only have one book on your shelves. But how about The Darkest Hour by Maya Banks. People seem to be saying good things...

Here are your picks for this month...
Historical - Untamed by Elizabeth Lowell
Contemporary - Bet Me by Jennifer Crusie
Urban Fantasy - Darkfever by Karen Marie Moning
Paranormal (sort of Vampires) - Dark Prince by Christine Feehan
Paranormal (non-Vampires) - Magic in the Wind by Christine Feehan
Sci-Fi/Futuristic Romance - An Accidental Goddess by Linnea Sinclair
Romantic Suspense - Naked in Death by JD Robb
Erotic Romance - A Touch of Greek by Tina Folsom

I had fun looking through your shelves and hopefully found something that you would like to read. A couple of the series, I noticed you had read the first book but hadn't continued on, but for several of them, I felt the series got better as it went!
Historical
To me, no one does historical romance like Lisa Klepyas and in light of that, there are two series that I recommend. The second one is actually a follow-on to the first, but they can both be read as stand-alones. Wallflowers (books 2 and 3 are my favorite) or Hathaway's (books 2 and 5 are my favorites)
Contemporary
I'm not normally a fan of contemporary romance, although not sure why, however, I do enjoy Rachel Gibson. I saw that you had read a few of her books, but only one of the hockey series books, which are much better than her other series, IMHO.
my link text
Urban Fantasy
My go-to series recommendation for UF is normally Chicagoland Vampires, however, since you've read all but the newest one, my recommendation for you is the Mercy Thompson
series, by Patricia Biggs (although if you have book 4 in the Chicagoland Vamps, you can read that one as well)
PNR (Vampires)
I read a lot of PNR in the past year or so, but put off reading BDB for ages, because I wasn't sure...wow, did I not realize what I was missing...book 3 is my favorite out of all of them so far
PNR (non vampires)
Two recommendations here, one I saw you had read the first in the series and no more, the other you didn't even have the author on your list. Nalini Singh's Psy-Changling is an interesting take on people with psychic powers (and shifters of course), for me the series keeps getting better and better - book 3 and 6 are my favorites so far. My second recommendation for you is Stephani Hecht's
Archangels - I mean, who would love Angels with an obsession for Redwings Ice Hockey ;)
Sci-Fi/Futuristic
For some reason, I rarely read this genre, however, of what I have read, In Death series - but I did see that you reviewed most of them as 3 stars, so my other recommendation for you is a bit more on the spicy side (and is a M/M series, but really good) - JL Langley's Sci-Fi Regency series
Romantic Suspense
When it comes to romantic suspense, I tend to like a bit more suspense/mystery than the romance, becuase the romance can at times be distracting. However, I have two recommendations for you: Suzanne Brockmann's Troubleshooters
or Lori Armstrong's Mercy Gunderson
Erotic Romance
Where to start, where to start...honestly, when I was thinking about these categories, I couldn't pick just one series, so like with some of the other categories, I have multiple ones. Lorelei James' Rough Riders ; Melissa Schroeders Harmless series; and Cherise Sinclairs Masters of the Shadowlands series
Buddy Read
I took a look at both of our lists and did a compare of books on our to-read and found two potential books, if you are interested:
Tiger Eye or Parallel Attraction
Hopefully, there is something in the list that works for you

Historical Wuthering Heights by Emily Brontë
Contemporary The Notebook by Nicholas Sparks
Urban Fantasy Magic Bites (Kate Daniels, #1) by Ilona Andrews
Paranormal Romance (Vampire)Vampire Academy (Vampire Academy, #1) by Richelle Mead
Paranormal Romance (Something other than Vampires) Moon Called (Mercedes Thompson, #1)by Patricia Briggs or Full Moon Rising (Riley Jenson Guardian, #1) by Keri Arthur
Sci-Fi / Futuristic Romance Gabriel's Ghost (Dock Five Universe #1) by Linnea Sinclair
Romantic Suspense With Good Behavior (The Conduct Series #1) by Jennifer Lane
Erotic Romance Wicked Ties (Wicked Lovers, #1) by Shayla Black
Buddy Read The Darkest Night (Lords of the Underworld #1)by Gena Showalter

Historical
I don't normally read a lot of historicals, but I'll recommend you the latest historical that was HIGHLY recommended to me, Wallflowers, Secrets of a Summer Night. This is the first in the series, and I've heard only excellent things about it.
Contemporary
On this, I guess I'll go with the series I'm currently reading, Fast Track, the first book is Flat-Out Sexy
Urban Fantasy
I see you have the Sookie Stackhouse series on your to-read list, and I've loved that series (up until just a few books ago), so I'd recommend Dead Until Dark
Paranormal Romance (Vampire)
I see that you haven't started the Black Dagger Brotherhood, so you have to start with the best IMO. I love that series. Dark Lover
Paranormal Romance (Something other than Vampires)
I'll give you another favorite series of mine, Immortals After Dark, this one has a bit of everything. The first book is officially A Hunger Like No Other, but there is a short story before that The Warlord Wants Forever.
Sci-Fi / Futuristic Romance
I'll give you 2 choices here to see what you'd be more comfortable reading.
The Alien Huntress series by Gena Showalter is really good. Start with Awaken Me Darkly. This is all about different races of aliens and a bit of a government agency to keep them in line.
A bit more sci-fi is the Phantom Corps series by Lauren Dane, start it with Insatiable (Federation Chronicles #3). This is more future, Mad Max feel, still agents, but these are all human.
Romantic Suspense
One of my favorite books in the genre is Wild Card, the first in the Elite Ops series.
Erotic Romance
This is always tricky to recommend specially not knowing your comfort levels and preference.
So here's some choices.
A favorite author of mine is Megan Hart. She writes erotica, but always with a great story and her books are always very emotional. I'd recommend you start with Dirty.
Something a little bit more spicy, I'd recommend Wicked Ties.
BUDDY READ
I'd like to re-read Slave to Sensation, which is the first in the Psy/Changeling series. Let me know if you want to read it together.

Here are my picks for you. If I have added some books already read by you, please let me know. I'd be happy to change.
Historical
1. I love, love Lord Perfect by Loretta Chase. I loved the characters, the dialogues and the road travel.
2. Bound by Your Touch by Meredith Duran. I loved this book, especially, the way the characters mirrored each other.
Contemporary
1. Something About You by Julie James is a good place to start. It's humorous, has great friends and a great chemistry between the leads. What more could you want?
2. Linda Howard is a great contemp author. You should try Cry No More. I see this book in your TBR. This is very intense and emotional book so much that you wouldn't be able to put it down.
Urban Fantasy
I'm so spoilt for choices here since this seems to be my current obsession. But here are my recs:
1. Rosemary and Rue by Seanan McGuire. The best thing about it is that it is about fairies and the world building is fantastic.
2. Magic Bites by Ilona Andrews. A kickass heroine, a drool-worthy hero who is in fact a were-lion. And the next book in the series is releasing this month-end. Looks like a good timing to me!
Paranormal Romance (Vampire)
1. Demon Moon by Meljean Brook. She's an author I discovered recently but she has quickly become of my favorite.
2. Queen of Shadows by Dianne Sylvan. Alert: there is a rape scene but it does not go into detail. After that the book picks up.
Paranormal Romance (No Vampire)
1. Angels' Blood by Nalini Singh. There are vampires in these books but the main characters are angels. Definitely should give a try.
2. Lord of the Fading Lands by C. L. Wilson. A different walk in the park if you'd give it a chance. Plus it's in your TBR.
Sci-Fi / Futuristic Romance
Since my exposure with Futuristic is the In Death series which you have also read, I will go with the following:
1. Again with a bit of creative cheating, I'm going to recommend you Clockwork Heart by Dru Pagaliasotti.
2. Song of Scarabaeus by Sara Creasy. I have not read this book but it did get nominated in the DABWAHA tournament..
Romantic Suspense
1. One Scream Away by Kate Brady. Her debut book and it had great suspense. Romance is not the primary focus while suspense is. It gave me the creeps, really.
2. Don't Tell by Karen Rose. My go-to author for Rom-Suspense. A great start to her books and further more, i see it in your TBR too.
Erotic Romance
Erotic Romance is not really my forte. In fact, I don't read them since I tend to skip the sex scenes. But here are my recs:
1. The Perfect Play by Jaci Burton. I admit it. I'm shallow. I liked the cover (it's so hawt!) so much that I bought the book and I even managed to enjoy the book even though I skipped the scenes
2. Sweet Surrender by Maya Banks. I've heard so much good things about these books. Plus Dee also recommended to me.
Buddy Read
I see you have Daughter of the Blood by Anne Bishop and Halfway to the Grave by Jeaniene Frost in your TBR. I'm up for buddy read for either. So just let me know...

I am not a series fan of Romance books and your read or to-read list wasn't much of a help even though we have a lot of books in common, you didn't seem to be a fan of the genre as well. So here I go, hope you can find something you can enjoy... The recs contains, a mix of lists and as well as a few ones I have read and enjoyed.
Historical
I really like historical fiction, so probably this is the only sub-genre I can be confidant for recommending
The Secret by Julie Garwood, this one was a PIFM April book and my first Julie Garwood and loved it and loved her style, this is also the first book of a small series called Highlands' Lairds. The setting is 1200s in Highlands.
Water for Elephants by Sara Gruen I have seen this one in your TBR so maybe you would want to choose one from your book shelves , it is a sweet, heart warming book, really nice story.
Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte My favourite book I can say,not as sweet as Austen books but still with a great love story and a very strong female character. I love reading classics so I can give a few more samples :)
Contemporary
If you tell me contemporary fiction I would suggest many including One Day by David Nicholls, my favourite 2010 read and I keep recommending to everyone I can but I am not sure if it fits to the genre Romance so incase it is not here are a few ones I liked
Bridget Jones's Diary by Helen Fielding (also a series called Bridget Jones)
The Notebook by Nicholas Sparks I believe many of his books fits to this subgenre, he writes smooth and nice stories which cause sadness and happiness almost in all of them but I must admit his writings are pretty similar in everybook, still I like his books...
The Last Song by Nicholas Sparks
Urban Fantasy
I am still not really sure what is UF and what is PN but anyway...
Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead (Vampire Academy series) If you can pass the first book, it gets better and better with every new book in the series, I read the 4th book this month and will be reading the next in May and I highly recommend the series as I saw you enjoyed a few other similar YA books.
Beautiful Creatures by Kami Garcia (Caster Chronicles Series)
City of Bones by Cassandra Clare (The Mortal Instruments Series) I haven't read this series but keep hearing that they are really good.
Paranormal Romance (Vampire)
Dark Lover by J.R. Ward (The Blackdagger Brotherhood Series) well this is not my favourite book in this series (and I love this series, if not in May, you definitely should give them a try) but it is the first book and unlike the other PNR series books you should read them in order. Vampires are a totally different breed and can only drink blood from their own genre to survive. A group of warrior who fights with evil...
Kiss of Midnight by Lara Adrian (Midnight Breed Series) Quite similar story line with BDB but I find this one a little bit lighter, a little bit hotter at times and not as dark and confusing as BDB. Vampires are a total different breed can say aliens and needs to find the birthmarked mates.
How To Marry a Millionaire Vampire by Kerrelyn Sparks (Love at Stake Series) Kind of on the Chic-lit side of the vampire world with still a group of warriors, fun and enjoyable read where Vampires are good and drink a synthetic blood and fought with the ones who are Rogue.
Paranormal Romance (Something other than Vampires)
I am at a total loss in this Sub-genre, not a fan of werewolves or fairies etc got a little help from my to-read and lists...
You Slay Me by Katie MacAlister (Aisling Grey:Guardian Series) a really fun, easy read. I even laughed out loud a few times while reading :)And Drake is quite a hot Dragon
Fantasy Lover by Sherrilyn Kenyon (Dark Hunter Series) - This is an eyeroll worthy romance :) but still a good sample of this sub-genre
Sci-Fi / Futuristic Romance
I Am Number Four by Pittacus Lore - haven't read it but my husband watched the movie and hated the romantic story in it, so it is a probably a good romance :D
Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins (The Hunger Games Series) - I have waited to read the Hunger Games for almost a year after I owned the book, never knew why and I regreted it. You have also read the first book so you might wanna continue reading it.
Romantic Suspense
I haven't read many from this Sub-genre, when I checked the lists Linda Howard's books are really popular. I read one from her Heart of Fire It wasn't bad at all.
I also read Something About You by Julie James last month with Elke (a buddy read) and it was good, I don't like where the hero and heroine keeps playing the run and catch games all through the book so this one I enjoyed. they were both sure what they felt and kept moving toward it.
I keep hearing One for the Money by Janet Evanovich (Stephanie Plum Series) is really good.
Erotic Romance
I don't have any idea how you feel about this sub-genre so I will give a few recs, you probably should go through the reviews before starting if you are not very comfortable about them...
Broken by Megan Hart contains only m/f scenes with a really good storyline. Suprisingly very deep into emotions, one of my favourite reads last year.
Sweet Surrender by Maya Banks (Sweet Series) I really like her books, they usually contains lots of explicit scenes and also BDSM so if it is too much pushing forget it :) The second book of this series is much better.
I also keep hearing Slave to Sensation by Nalini Singh and Wicked Ties by Shayla Black are good.
Buddy Read
I am hoping to read Darkfever by Karen Marie Moning (Fever series) this month and keep hearing nothing but great things about the series. I can also join if you decide any of the ones I mentioned I haven't read but heard that they were good.
Happy Readings!!

Here are your picks for this month...
Historical - Untamed by Elizabeth Lowell
Contemporary - Bet Me by Jennifer Crusie
Urban Fantasy - [book:Darkfever|11..."
Thanks for the fast Recs TeresaJo! I will start with Darkfever it was in my list of books for this month anyway. And will try reading Naked in Death as I have been seen that one and wondering.

Thanks for the recommendations. I'm probably leaning towards buddy read of Tiger Eye or reading Lover Eternal or Visions of Heat as I own those and my book budget is practically non-existent. I am adding Angel Warriors to my wishlist and the Kleypas's you mentioned are on that as well. Thanks again and I'll let you know if I end up picking the buddy read.
Oh yeah, thanks for the multiple erotic romance recommendations as I didn't have a clue what to recommend and will probably "borrow" from it.

Here are my picks for you. If I have added some books already read by you, please let me know. I'd be happy to change.
Hello Ritu! Thank you for the friend request and for your very thoughtful selections. It's ALWAYS hard to choose! I will read either Lord of the Fading Lands (heard GREAT things about this on the Outlander thread) or One Scream Away (I like a good, scary story!).

First of all, I love your name- my Mom and one of my closest friends from college call me Francesca (even though I am really a Francine). I also love your shelves- we have so much in common it was actually hard to find things to choose for you that I loved that you haven't already read! But here goes, I hope I found you some goodies!
1. Historical- I loved the Wallflower series by Lisa Kleypas so start with Secrets of a Summer Night. Or a spicier awesome book is Promises Linger by Sarah McCarty- the first in a great series of hot cowboys.
2. Contemporary- Simply Irresistible by Jill Shalvis- funny, warm romance involving 3 sisters- this is the first book in the series. Or spicier- Cajun Hot by Nikita Black- super sexy Cajun fun or Mountain Dreams by Cheryl Holt.
3. Urban Fantasy- I haven't much UF but I have read the prequel to this series and so have you- Cry Wolf- I've heard good things about the whole series and you seemed to like her other series.
4. PNR (Vamp)- Fire Burn and Cauldron Bubble by H.P. Mallory is a funny, snarky, clever ebook that I loved. Or Dead Reckoning - newest Sookie out May 3rd- we are both up to this one so this is a buddy read pick too.
5. PNR (non-vamp)- Darkfever by Karen Marie Moning is the first in one of my favorite series- run out and get this one! And then read all the rest of them! Or Alphas' Mate by Leah Brooke if you don't want to start a new series- a short, steamy werewolf story.
6. Sci-Fi/Future- The Hunger Games and the whole trilogy is a must. Or I Am Number Four by Pittacus Lore- YA Sci-Fi that I really enjoyed and has made me want to watch the movie.
7. Romantic Suspense- I read very little Rom Suspense but I did read one I loved - Zero at the Bone by Jane Seville - it's m/m and if you're not comfortable with that then you should skip this, but if it's in your comfort zone it's really good.
8. Erotica- What She Needs by Lacey Alexander- I love all her stuff but this is my favorite. Or Emma Holly- these are my 3 faves by her- Menage, Strange Attractions , Beyond Innocence (which also counts under Historical).
Buddy Reads- Dead Reckoning or Backstage Pass (both of these are on our tbr piles and both look great!)
*I have a bunch of these on my kindle lendable shelf if there's anything you want to borrow :)

Can't wait! :)

Hope I found something here you might like....it was super hard to narrow my choices down!!
Historical:
The Secret Diaries of Miss Miranda Cheever by Julia Quinn - JQ is one of my favorite authors! I find her books to be really romantic and funny, with a perfect amount of angst to keep them interesting. Lots of people (including me!) love her Bridgerton series, but I have a slightly greater love for the Bevelstokes.
Dreaming of You by Lisa Kleypas - Another of my most favorite authors ever, and the best hero she's ever written, in my humble opinion. Derek Craven is on my top ten list right near the top!
Contemporary:
He Loves Lucy by Susan Donovan - A book that made me laugh and cry...I saw it on your TBR and knew it must be included.
Simply Irresistible by Jill Shalvis - First book in the Lucky Harbor series. This was recommended to me last month, and I really loved both this one and the follow up book. Just sweet and fun, both of them.
One Reckless Summer by Toni Blake - I read the three books written so far of the Destiny series and fell in love with them. Lots of angst, lots of small town life, lots of love. They were all 5 star reads for me!
Urban Fantasy:
Tempting Danger by Eileen Wilks - My favorite UF series it the Mercy Thompson series by Patricia Briggs, but I see you've read a few of those. The World of the Lupi series is probably my second favorite. There are about 7 books out now (not including novellas and short stories), and they just keep getting better. There is romance involved, but I would definitely categorize them as UF because of the scope of the world.
Paranormal Vamps:
Kiss of Midnight by Lara Adrian - Hands down my favorite vamps ever. You can't go wrong with hot vampire alien warriors.
Paranormal (Non-Vamps):
Visions of Heat by Nalini Singh - You've read Slave to Sensation and enjoyed it well, so I urge you to continue with a series that completely rocks my world on every level. The books get better and better, and though #2 isn't my favorite, it's a worthwhile read and a stepping stone to Caressed By Ice, which is amazing.
Sci-Fi/Futuristic:
Born of Night by Sherrilyn Kenyon - Set in space, and has some of the most wonderful heroes ever!
Beyond the Night by Joss Ware - About a group of men who pass out in a cave and wake up in a post-apocalyptic future (with zombies!). Really enjoy the whole series.
Romantic Suspense:
Don't Tell by Karen Rose - Hands down my favorite Romantic Suspense author. This is the first in her series that has many of the same characters.
Deadly Fear by Cynthia Eden - Read this series recently and loved it! All three are great, and about a team of agents who track serial killers. They remind me a lot of the Criminal Minds team.
Waking Nightmare by Kylie Brant - Another amazing series about a group of profilers lovingly called the Mindhunters.
Erotic:
Sweet as Sin by Inez Kelley - Honestly I don't read any erotica, so this is about as erotic as I get. Read this recently and thought it was really amazing.
Buddy Read:
Devil's Bride by Stephanie Laurens - We both had this on our TBR, and I've been meaning to read it for a while.

First of all, I love your name- my Mom and one of my closest friends from college call me Francesca (even though I am really a Francine). I also love your..."
Hey Fran! Thanks, you can borrow my name anytime LOL I was named after my great-grandmother, and I love the name! ;)
Your recommendations are WONDERFUL! I'll definetely read Lisa Kleypas, Secrets of a Summer Night (I just went and bought it on audio). I might get to Cry Wolf, I do have it loaded on my ipod already. And I want to do the buddy read with you of Backstage Pass, I got it free on kindle and wanted to read it next week. LOL

First of all, I love your name- my Mom and one of my closest friends from college call me Francesca (even though I am really a Francine). I a..."
So glad you liked the picks! I got Backstage Pass free too- just PM me whenever you want to start, it's gotten great reviews.

We didn't have very many books in common, so I hope you find something you like from these picks. I gave a couple options for each category to give you more chances to find something good.
Historical
*Pretty much anything by Amanda Quick. Two of my favorites are Dangerous and Scandal. She tends to write independent and quirky heroines with heros who have closed themselves off due to being hurt in the past.
*The Marriage Test by Betina Krahn (although you may have to find it used). This has a good sense of humor through it as a Knight bargains with the nuns for a bride based on her cooking.

Contemporary
*The Corset Diaries by Katie MacAlister - it's about filming a reality tv show based in historical times and has a great sense of humor.
*Faking It by Jennifer Crusie. You've read the first in one, so why not read about the brother and a family of art forgers.

Urban Fantasy
You didn't have any UF on your shelves, so I'm going with some lighter ones.
*Summon the Keeper by Tanya Huff. Good sense of humor as the keeper tries to close a hole to hell in a Canadian guest house.
*Bitten by Kelley Armstrong. It starts a little slow, but picks up once she heads to New York. It is about the only female werewolf and how she chooses her destiny.

Paranormal Romance (Vampire)
*Night Pleasures by Sherrilyn Kenyon. Great series with "vampires" and Greek gods. I do recommend reading this in order.
*Single White Vampire by Lynsay Sands. This is book 3 in the series and I recommend starting here as the first book is the weakest. This is about a vampire romance novelist who doesn't want to attend a romance convention and his publisher who will do anything to get him there.

Paranormal Romance (Something other than Vampires)
*On the Edge by Ilona Andrews. Great family story as Rose is trying to survive and take care of her younger brothers in the Edge between magic and the normal world.
*Dance Upon the Air by Nora Roberts. This is on your TBR and is my favorite book by Roberts. Nell is a great character who has had a bad past and works to overcome it while discovering she is a witch.

Sci-Fi / Futuristic Romance
*Naked in Death by J.D. Robb. Since you enjoy Nora Roberts, you might like this mystery series with romance set about 50 years in the future under her pen name.
*Sweet Starfire by Jayne Ann Krentz. I love this book about Cidra who is searching for a way to be the harmonic she was raised as. She takes passage on a mail ship with Teague who wants her to embrace her humanity and him.

Romantic Suspense
*Weddings Can be Murder by Christie Craig. Craig's sense of humor reminds me of Jennifer Crusie. This is one about a bride-to-be who witnesses her wedding planner's murder.
* Linda Howard is a great author for this category. I'd say my favorites by her are Mr. Perfect or To Die For. You can't go wrong with either.

Erotic Romance
This category isn't one I really read, so the suggestions are mostly from others.
* Pleasure Unbound by Larissa Ione. This is a PNR about incubus demons who run a hospital for demons. The steam level is higher than I like, but the story was good.
* A Little Harmless Sex by Melissa Schroeder. This was recommended to me and the story sounds interesting.

Buddy Read
We only had two books on both our TBR's.
*Lover Eternal by J.R. Ward. I do recommend reading Dark Lover first though.
*It's in his Kiss by Julia Quinn.

Let me know what you decide to read and I hope you enjoy it.

I'll post your list later today. I want to finalize my choices and maybe tweak it a little now that I know who's name I drew. The erotica suggestion is going to be challenging. All of my initial possibilites are probably something you've already read. LOL. I know that's okay by the rules, but I still want to see if I have something I really loved that you maybe haven't read yet.
