Well, I broke down and did it--I got myself a Nook (after putting the Bloodhound, aka my daughter onto researching them.) I decided on the Nook because--you can expand the memory with a mini-SD card, you can replace the battery, and after going in and looking at both Kindle and Nook--I just liked the way the Nook FELT better, ya know?

Unfortunately--now I have to pry MY Nook out fo my daughter's hands so that I can actually use it. lol, I think right now she's using it to try to convince her hubby that SHE should be able to get one.
