Religious stereotypes were definitely thrown out the window; which I didn't mind at all..."I'm glad you liked it Michelle. I was one of the "loved it" folks too and a big part of that was because of how Young presented God and religion. If they make it into a movie I'll defintely go see it.

I started it last night, and stayed up way too late reading it. I've heard mixed reviews, but I think its pretty good so far.

And the new one coming out this month or next is on its way to me as a review book. I just need to find time for the first 3! LOL

I really enjoyed it. I really liked all three stories. I gave it 4 stars.

Awesome! I'll have to move that up in my reading order then! Thanks for letting me know how you liked it!
right now I'm reading Secrets Of A Summer Night by Lisa Kleypas
and also Love in The Time of Dragons
by Katie MacAlister
I'm finding myself very disappointed with
. It is very dis-jointed, the writing doesn't seem to flow. She jumps from one character situation to the next very quickly. The characters interaction with each other seems very formal and reminds me of bad acting in movies. It is very difficult to pick the book back up again. I'm going to try and get through it, but I wouldn't recommend it.

I know sometimes it's hard not to finish a book, but there's too many other books out there,(most of which you own!) to have to force yourself :)
Michelle wrote: "Valorie wrote: "I'm finding myself very disappointed with

I am trying to finish
so I can start one of my July challenge books
. Life After Phantom has lulled though. I'm trying to push through it though...

for the longest time!!!
I finished reading
, book 1 in the Darkborn trilogy. It's a victorian style fantasy that started out interesting enough, then slowed down quite a bit. For the first novel in a trilogy, I would've liked more world-building, and perhaps a guide to some of the made up terms specific to this story (think JR Ward's BDB glossary of terms). I'm not sure if I'll continue reading this series.

Like Charlotte Featherstone this is much more than an erotica. I am in love with the first 150 pages of this book. After that I've hit a lull. I'll let you know what I think of it after I finish it though.
Okay, back from vacation, didn't read one page. So I am 5 days behind for the July Challenge already! LOL! Since Life After Phantom: Opera Erotica lulled I'm going to put that aside for now and finally get around to starting Colder Than Ice.
