Going into this, I didn't realize that it was a sequel to Catch a Tiger by the Tail because this is a new author for me. This author's writing is very diverse and her story was blow-my-mind amazing! The story was an emotional roller coaster ride and I look forward to reading the whole story of how Peter and Thomas meet and fell in love!
I have a feeling that Ms. Grey will quickly become a go-to author for me!

I didn't realize that this was book 2 in a series. You can certainly read this is as a standalone.
Peter and Thomas go north to visit with Thomas' parents for christmas. Once there they are called back to Vancouver due to a family emergency.
I really enjoyed this book. No angst and a good story to while away a few hours.

I started this one then realized it was book two so went back and read the first one then restarted this one. Both were okay reads. Nothing special for me but sweet. Their trip to get to the hospital was entertaining and the baby was....well, a baby! Probably the only thing I'll remember about these books is the tiger's tail ice cream. Orange and black licorice? Now I want to try some.

A cute shorter sequel about two MCs in the Hollywood movie business - one extremely well known. Their meeting and falling in love occurs in book 1 which I have not read. And whilst I could see the holes that I was missing within this story, I don't believe it impacted my enjoyment of this book.

Task 24 - 78. Read 6 books with alliteration in the title or author's name.
Books selected for this task need to have alliteration in either the title or the author's name. There can be a small word such as in or and between the alliterated words in the title. So books such as Spook Squad or Divided in Death would work. And authors like Lucy Lennox and Eli Easton would also work.

A book with alliteration.

Got a little sidetracked... HB and I had to cut down and chop up a tree that was in the way of us building our shed... it is no longer a problem! *snort* LOL!!!

OK, I can see that this book is going to cause me to go back and see what I have missed in other books... like Aiden and Lane's story, Hide and Keep.
Of course, I will be getting to Moonlight & Madness just as soon as possible, because I have a feeling that Beau is going to have his hands full with his young man!
I know I am going to kick my own butt for saying this, but was it me, or were Case and Lorrie a bit on the weepy side for most of the book? Maybe I was misreading the sobs, sniffs, and tear rolling down his cheek moments... NOT that this is a bad thing... just a bit unusual!

I've gotta say, I think I liked this one as much as the first. The chemistry between these two is off the charts and while I'd like to dislike Rowan, I just couldn't. He was so freaking tortured. Poor thing. Basically loved both MCs and their story. Can't wait for the next one.

I am liking this series, maybe not as much as Ronan and Ten but still. I like the sense of family and the fact that adopted, the brothers are always there for each other.
Was the love between Morrisson and Hennessey quick? Yes, it was insta-love but it was ok.
Loved the little girls.
Now we wait for Q's book which I think will be heartbreaking.

Super cute story about a pro football player and his coach's son. They start out not like each other then end up the best of friends. A trip to Astor Valley changes all that friend nonsense. They don't start out in Astor Valley but do spend quite a bit of the book there. What a great place to live. If only there were places like that. I guess there could be but I've never seen one. I must say Mikey's family sucked. I kept waiting for them to redeem themselves but.....Can't wait to read the next book in the series.

Oh, I did it for free because I am too cheap to pay someone! *snort* LOL!!!
We had to dig down about 10" from the front of our house to the back of our house to level out the ground to lay the new patio stones... we are also working on getting the garden ready to plant in a couple of weeks... I just love working outdoors... NOT! LOL!!!

Are you ok with it D, or shall I read a 2nd book.

Oh, I did it for free because I am t..."
I'm sure my hubby wished I was cheaper. I honestly would be out of commission for the rest of the week if I did hard labor like that. What a great way to keep in shape though. Go you!!

I admit that this series hasn't been my favorite by Ms. Pine, but this story has definitely gone a long way in impressing me! I just loved Lola and Sophie... OK, Hennessey and Morrison were pretty fine, too! All the "family" love was wonderful as always and even though I am not an "animal" person, the fur babies rocked in this one! *grin*
I know that Quentin's story will be out this summer... I am both looking forward to it and dreading it. *headdesk* :(

I had a little trouble remembering the first book in the series but it was ok. I remembered how the 2 met, although not why they split up. Anyhow, Rufus asks Sam to come back to NYC to help him investigate the cold case of the murder of his mother.
Soon we are knee deep in felons and people from the past.
A good story whose whodunnit I didnt see coming.
Roll on book 3.
