REPOST

Task 50.1 Brrrrr!.....The Brr Months Are Upon Us

Three book task. Read one book from each option. Combined Page totals must equal at least 750 points

Page Total for the three books I read.
Book 1: 416 pp
Book 2: 544 pp
Book 3: 352 pp
Total page count 1,312 pages

****I am also claiming one Big Book Ticket for the book A Death At White Bear Lake: The True Chronicle of an All American Town by Barry Siegel at 544 pp.********

Book 1: Septem- "ber"

In honor of the summer drawing to a close in September, read a book with the letters "ber" intact in the book title, subtitle or authors name.

I read Wild Chamber: Bryant and May Peculiar Crime Unit #14 by Christopher Fowler 416 pp

The "ber" is in the word ChamBER Note: A wild chamber is a name given to public and private parks in London UK.

Wild Chamber

Book 2: Octto-"b-r"

To get into the spirit of the Halloween season and the shivers of the holiday and colder weather, read a book with the MPG genre, standalone or embedded, of mystery, thriller, crime, suspense, romantic suspense, psychological thriller or horror.
Also the double letters "rr" must be intact in the title, subtitle, series name or author. If using the author's name, the book must be written by a single author.

I read A Death In White Bear Lake: The True Chronicle of an All American Town by Barry Siegel 544 pp An incredible read!

MPG: Mystery
RR appears in author's first name BaRRy and is the only author of the book.

A Death in White Bear Lake: The True Chronicle of an All-American Town

Book 3: Novem-"Brr"

As we bundle up for the cold days of November and are at hearth and home to celebrate with family and friends read a book with either 1.a title with the letters COAT included in the book's title or 2. Read a book with one of these things on the cover: coat, jacket, scarf, mitten, blanket, outdoor controlled fire or fireplace. If choosing cover option include the cover in your post.

I chose option 2 with an item on the cover and I read Cilka's Journey by Heather Morris. The cover shows Cilka wearing a blue coat. It doesn't look like a very warm coat either! (such a sad but uplifting story)

Cilka's Journey (The Tattooist of Auschwitz, #2) by Heather Morris
