Kylie (kyliemaree) | 878 comments Congratulations to Janine, Nancy and Nicola! Well done ladies!

I've completed my third task:
3) Read a book you bought but have not got round to reading yet.

Pretty Baby by Mary Kubica. I really enjoyed this one, and finished it on the train to Melbourne for my latest eye check ups on Thursday. I really liked how the puzzle unravelled in a somewhat disjointed way, but it all made sense by the end. 4 stars. :)

Am reading my final book for this challenge - Covet by Tara Moss. Hope to finish it in time! :)

I hope you get at least a couple more read my dear Owl. And, the fact that you've loved the books you have read so far this month is more important! This thing called life can get in the way of reading sometimes, but as long as it never, ever becomes a chore! It's such a wonderful pastime that it doesn't deserve to be anything but a delight to partake. :)

MichelleG (michellegreiss) | 1186 comments Hi all,

I finished books 7 and 8, and I had to switch out a couple of books because the ones I reserved still haven't come in from the library, but on the plus side, both books are by Aussie authors, yay :)

I'm not sure if I just wasn't in the mood for a re-read or for classic lit, but both books are 3 stars this time around.

Book 7 - Picnic at Hanging Rock by Joan Lindsay Picnic at Hanging Rock by Joan Lindsay

Book 8 - Macbeth by William Shakespeare Macbeth by William Shakespeare

First book The Murder on the Links by Agatha Christie 2.5 ★s
Second read: Force of Nature by Jane Harper (AA) 4★s
Third reed: Cupcakes at Carrington's by Alexandra Brown 2.5★s.

Congrats to everyone else who has cleaned their reading lists up following this challenge.

Now what to read for December? I was just going to focus on books about Christmas, but that may get a bit oh-hum, so will definately mix it up a bit.

See you all next month!

Oh you poor thing!! Couldn't you substitute with one (at least) that you've already read? That fits the criteria?
