I'll look at the point system in a little while, but I've only read one book so far this month. Isn't there a google doc too?

So my book had 290 pages, which means it's worth 2.9 points and it counts towards a challenge in this group, so that means 0.725 bonus points = 3.6 points? Just making sure I'm getting the rules right here.

Also a question - do only buddy reads from this group count for bonus points? I have another group where i do regular buddy reads, so I was wondering if i could count them.

Edit: finished my second book for august - shadows of self by brandon sanderson, 383 pages.
3.8 + 1.9 for buddy read + 0.95 for challenge = 6.4 points.

Total: 3.6 + 6.4 = 10 points

Hey! Don't worry too much about the maths, the spreadsheet works it out for you if you fill in the page count and whether or not it's a challenge/buddy read.

To answer your buddy read question - yes, only buddy reads from this group count for the bonus. The idea of giving extra points is for group participation. :)

I can't believe what I'm getting myself into. I'm in 40 plus challenges. One that includes 3 or 4 in them. Soon, I'll be the captain of a challenge where you get eliminated for not completing a task.
