Yea... I was pushing everyone to start these challenges for the past couple months for their points potential... how philanthropic of me :)
You know... I don't see many other people in the top 10 getting into points ties (probably because they don't change as often)... but somehow, me and Choko seem to be tied every other day... usually it's me catching up to Choko and then her taking the lead again... I dunno how/why the list decides to put me on top every time we tie, tho...
2 of my currently reading books are from the Challenge category and have 500+ pagecounts. Rubbing my hands in anticipation.

Because you deserve it!!! I love this game of catching-up:):):) It makes it fun:)

I'm on the edge of my reading recliner here, wondering if listening to American Gods at a slower pace is going to make me fall behind... at least it's an 11.2 point book...
And I was just telling the Google thread how I updated Rob's "Team minus the Top Contributor" scorecard to accurately tell you who has the most points (it keeps saying Bill/Veronica instead of Laura/Yanique/Diana) and I added a tally for these Top 4... and (Me + You + Diana + Laura) are only 20 points behind (House of Chains minus Laura)
@Arkadeb: That's what I'm talking about... once everybody finishes Blood Song and Gardens of the Moon and the like, the scorecard is going to be flooded with 11 point books... then who knows who'll be in the lead...

What about The Shadow Rising, 1,000 page book plus buddy read, plus challenge,, that's about 17 pts. !!I hope we have several team members reading this one!!
What can I say my fellow bookeaters. As the new semester starts, I'm officially reading to earn my living. You may see A LOT of weird books on my sheet. Do not think of me less I beg you. :)

idiffer wrote: "Reserving comment for scoring data-keeping"I stopped adding my scores here. Rob's spreadsheet is just too good. :D
I never started to add my score here, haha! Maybe I add a list later to link all the books, because I didn't in the spreadsheet...
You can link your books in the spreadsheet... just click the book name cell, then the chain button up top to add a hyperlink... then it will run a search for 2 useful links from goodreads or amazon or wikipedia usually... if you don't see one that looks right, add the word goodreads to the bottom typing box on to the end... the link you want starts with something like goodreads.com/book/show... common titles like legend might need the author added to the search...

What's murdering my brain and time this semester is an advanced medical coding class. It has no textbook. Just 660 cases to code top to bottom!
Starting Iron Gold for BR + Have 3 BR's lined up for february. The sacrifices I make for teh mad bonus points...PS: Foucault's pendulum... just refuses to be finished, it's an endless book.
Sorry to do it a little late.
It is my exam time so I am just studying, studying, studying.

Thanks Angela! Well, the results would probably come midway March. You can wait that long? I bet you will forget.
Oh yeah! And one more thing, can one of the mods, update my spreadsheet for me? Please?

I will leave a message if you want on this thread.
