Demetri grinned. "Well... I'm getting a baby sister!" He exclaimed.
Lexi nodded, smiling sympathetically. "I know what that is like." She said honestly. Then she grinned, feeling the child inside her own stomach twist and move. "Oh..." she exclaimed. "They are going to be great friends." She smiled.

James grinned "really? When!" He asked having so many questions and now Demetri could answer them "like how does it work?"
Mae laughed and nodded "so are you nervous about the delivery? I mean Demetri wasn't planned at all."

Demetri nodded proudly, thrilled to be getting a sister, and so much attention because of it. "Yeah. And well... She's going to grow in Mom's tummy and come out..." He looked over at London before leaning into James slowly and whispering where the baby would come out.
Lexi bit her lip and nodded honestly. "I'm very nervous, but I try not to worry about it too much." She explained.

James eyes went wide and he looked at Demetri "wouldn't that hurt?!"
Mae rubbed her hand "you'll have pain meds and it won't be as hectic...like in your guest room!" She laughed and hugged her friend "I'm just glad you and the baby are going to be ok!"

London smiled and flew up. "I'll help. The boys are talking about where babies come out and they wont let me hear." She said seriously, walking over to grab some shingles.
Torch's eyes widened. "What?"
Demetri nodded gravely. "I think it does hurt a lot." He agreed.
Lexi nodded, hugging her back. "pain meds are a very good thing." she agreed, smiling a little. "All though, I was out for my last birth, so this is pretty much my first real one. Wich of course makes it more intimidating..." She sighed. "But you're right. We'll all be ok." She smiled.

James frowned worriedly and frowned "glad my mom isn't having a baby..."
Mae smiled "but seeing your baby all natural and crying is just...there's nothing like it Lexi..."

Demetri smiled and shrugged. "Mom says its worth it."
Lexi nodded and smiled forcing herself to try and relax. "I know. I can't wait. That right there is the only reason I do any of this in the first place."

James shrugged "ok...well I'm glad I'm a boy!"
Mae smiled and held her hand "it'll be amazing! I love you Lex...Demetri is so super smart!"

Demetri nodded, clapping his back. "Me too, me too."
Lexi smiled, squeezing her hand. "Love you too bae, honestly, I am so glad I have you." then she laughed softly. "Yes he is. I don't know how we can keep up with him..."

James went back to help and smiled at London, hoping she wasn't mad at him or anything. He just didn't want her knowing about that, especially cause she was a girl!
Mae smiled "how's Damon with being a dad?" She asked curiously

London smiled at him back, but the smile was a little tight. She didn't like that he had kept a secret from her. He had never done that before. She looked away and kept working.
Demetri grabbed some glue and shingles and got right to work.
Lexi chuckled. "He's learning just like I am." She said honestly. "He's great with Demetri. Those two are identical." She laughed softly.

James took London's hand and pulled her away, he took both her hands and whispered in her ear what Demetri had told him. "I just...it was weird cause you're a girl...but no more secrets I promise!"
Mae laughed and slowly got up and made some lemonade and lunch for the hard workers "will it be hard sending Demetri to school next week?" She asked Lexi seeing the school supplies she had bought for the twins.

London paled a little, her face becoming grave. She nodded slowly. "Thank you for telling me." She said softly. "I don't like being left out." She hugged him.
Lexi huffed and rolled her eyes. "You bet. I worry how he'll do." She said honestly. "Not academically, but with the social aspect. And keeping powers hidden. I remember that being such a struggle for us..."

James hugged her back and nodded "I know, I'll try really hard not to." But he noticed that Demetri only really talked to him, which was natural but still...he hated to see his sister upset.
Mae nodded in agreement "James forgets that humans don't know we have wings and he nearly almost tells anyone! I'm terrified he'll start flying around at recess or something!" She shook her head "Any powers showing up for Demetri yet?"

London nodded, a little happier now. "Alright. Have you guys seen how great this is looking?"
Demetri nodded. "I know. It's so awesome that you guys get a whole treehouse!"
Lexi sighed and shook her head. "He's just like Demetri. Maybe they'll be able to keep eachother in check like Torch and Damon." She said hopefully. "Dem's got wings, but nothing else yet... that I know of anyways. What about your kids? Any forest fires yet? Or did Torch not pass down his abilities?"

James frowned overhearing their conversation "mom's having another baby?" fear in his eyes, he didn't want his mom to be in pain...but mostly he didn't want Loo and him to be replaced!
Mae nodded "I sincerely hope so! Two troublemakers is enough to drive anyone mad!" She thought about it "both have wings..James once transported but other then that nothing yet thankfully...I seriously hope his abilities skip a generation!"

London sighed at the news, nodding gravely. "It would seem so." She whispered. "Think they'll get rid of us now?" She asked softly.
Lexi nodded, "Teleporting. Well that could become a handfull for you as well... But I am glad for your sake that no one has shown up with fire yet. I feel bad for whoever Torch's parents were." She said honestly, shaking her head. She chuckled. "But I am a little nervous to see what Dem's going to get. And what about demon forms? Have you seen any of those yet?"

James frowned "it doesn't seem like Demetri's parents are getting rid of him...but there are two of us...mom would be really tired..."
Mae tried not to think of Torch's dad who she recently had killed. "I don't think those come until they hit puberty...it would be too much for their little bodies. Well with how powerful Damon was I'd certainty would worry...especially because he came back to life at birth..."

London nodded nervously. "I hope they don't throw us away..."
Lexi nodded. "That would make sense." She agreed. Then she bit her lip and nodded, swallowing slowly. "That's what I'm worried about. What if we cant raise him right? What if he starts doing wrong things?"

James frowned "maybe if we leave they won't have to throw us away?"
Mae frowned "that won't happen." She assured her "Damon is too strict for that and he has a loving mother that will teach him right from wrong."

London nodded slowly. "Where are we going to go?" She asked.
Lexi nodded and sighed. "I sure hope you're right. I just can't help but worry that I'm not doing a good job." She said honestly. "I mean, Damon has centuries of life and experience ahead of me. I'm just a high school drop out who doesn't know how to do anything right. Even you're older than me!" She said, sighing.

James frowned thinking about it "Grandma's? Then we can still see mom and dad and the baby..."
Mae put her hands on her shoulders "breathe. You are doing a fine job and age doesn't matter!" She assured "it's what's in the heart and you've given a lot for Demetri, Damon couldn't raise him without you!"

London nodded. "Good idea." She agreed. "When will we leave?"
Lexi sighed softly and nodded. "I just... It's hard to forget how ill equipped I am for this job."

James watched them build the house and sighed "tonight..." He said quietly and squeezed her hand softly.
Mae shook her head "what would an equipped mother look like to you? How would she act or what would she do?"

London nodded in determination. "Alright then. I'll pack after dinner."
Lexi sighed. "She'd be able to care for her children and raise them well, knowing right and wrong. She'd be able to take care of the house at the same time..." She huffed.

James nodded "we'll leave when mom and dad are asleep..."
Mae rolled her eyes "one, your house is spotless. Two, Demetri isn't beating up my kids out there so I'm pretty darn sure he knows right from wrong...and lastly you described a 50s housewife!"

London nodded in agreement. "Alright. It's a plan." She agreed.
Lexi smiled slowly. "Alright. Alright you got me." She laughed.

James hugged her and went back to where the others were "I like it!" He said trying to act normal.
Mae laughed and sipped the lemonade "haven't been having that much morning sickness what about you?"

Demetri smiled. "Doesn't it look great! I'll come over all the time to play in it with you guys!"
Lexi shook her head. "Not me either. Only in the first couple of days though... so we'll see."

James nodded "you're always welcome to come over!" He assured but felt sad thinking about it.
Mae smiled and nodded "I've been craving chocolate like no other though!"

London bit her lip and didn't answer.
Demetri frowned a little, but didn't comment on it. "Thank you." He said, forcing a smile. "I'm starting to get hungry... want to go inside and grab a snack?"
Lexi chuckled. "Uh oh. I haven't had too many cravings yet. Hoping I don't get something crazy this time... i'm through with pickles." She said, laughing softly.

Mae raised a brow "alright gentleman." She smiled at Lexi and went to sit on the couch and put her feet up.
James walked in and saw that dinner was being made "looks like we don't need snacks!"

Torch smiled. "You don't have to do a thing." He promised Mae, going to the cupboard to grab out the pot for meatballs.
Dem smiled. "Well then we can wait for supper." He agreed. He walked up to Damon. "What's for supper?"

Damon spoke to his son in Italian and laughed at his facial expression "spaghetti and meatballs, and you boys are going to help!"

London nodded eagerly. "Yes! We glued shingles."
Demetri looked shocked when Damon started saying strange things. Then he smiled. "I would love to try spaghetti!" He exclaimed.

Damon smiled and moved a stool over so he could stand and stir the noodles and help him. "Well you might as well start to learn about your Italian heritage Demetri."
James kept sneaking meat balls and eating them, he loved meat and like Demetri he was starving!

London smiled. "Yes. We all played nicely together." She said, looking up innocently.
Demetri raised an eyebrow. "Heritage...?" He asked.
Torch frowned at James. "No meatballs until later!" He scolded.

Damon nodded and smiled "it means where you are from!"
James grinned innocently "don't know what you are talking about!"

Lexi turned on the tv and got to the movie menu. "Ready to play it?"
Dem nodded, thinking about that. "So I'm from Italy? Where is that?"
Torch laughed. "You little trouble maker...." He said, ruffling his hair. "Save the meatballs for later, alright?"

Damon pulled up a map and showed him "the one shaped like a boot, it's in Europe."
James nodded but frowned remembering this was the last meal with his parents.

Lexi smiled and lay a hand on her stomach, grinning when she felt the child.
Dem nodded in interest. "Thats so cool!" He looked at Italy.
Torch smiled, not catching his frown. "Good boy." He said, turning back to the food.

Damon smiled "now get going on that sauce, it has to be perfect!"
James just felt this anger boil, that he had to leave his family that he wasn't good enough! The stove flared to the highest level.

Dem nodded eagerly. "Sorry!" He said, starting to stir the sauce.
Torch jumped back when the flames spurted on the stove. He had to keep his distance to control his own powers. "James..." he said, turning to him. "Was that you?"

James stood there shaking like a leaf, trying to control his emotions and nodded "yes sir..."
Damon got it calmed down and saved the food "no harm done." He tried to assure.

Torch sighed, hugging him. "Hey, its alright." He knelt infront of him. "Why were you mad?" He knew from experience that that was what triggered the flames.
Dem nodded and sighed. "Do we have to start again?"

James shook his head sniffing "I wasn't mad sir..." He said quietly and rubbed his eyes "I'm sorry...I didn't mean to ruin dinner..."
Damon put his finger to his mouth shaking his head.

Torch sighed, shaking his head. He pulled him into an embrace. "Its alright." He promised. "Everyone makes mistakes." He was worried for his son however, knowing first hand the dangers of this power.
Dem nodded slowly in understanding.

James held him but inside he felt anguish, now they'd never want to keep him...he ruined things. He had no control...he looked over at London and then down at the floor.
Damon threw away the food "now we can order pizza!" He said with a positive tone trying to change the mood.
James and Demetri helped her and made a like of branches off to the side, he watched Damon work and looked at Demetri "so what's new with you?"
Mae sighed and nodded "James asks a lot of questions and I worry...London is just so innocent she still is my little angel..." She felt it kick and laughed "our babies are trying to communicate..."
