I picked Option 1 - to stay in the EU. Mainly this was because I could fit my books in, but, this is how I would have voted. I just returned last year from living in London the last 4 years and I know all of my friends and colleagues are quite sad and upset with the voting results.
Book A: Set in the U.K. with a MPG of Horror, Dystopia or Post-apocalyptic - Read This House is Haunted by John Boyne. This is set entirely in England and currently has 'Horror' as a MPG, but, just in case it disappears, it was approved in the genre verification thread, post 27.
Book B: Set in another EU country without the above MPG's- Read The Hangman's Daughter by Oliver Pötzsch. This is set entirely in Germany and does not have one of the MPG's above.
