The Island of Doctor Moreau by H.G. Wells

Loved the first book, meh on the second one.

And Oliver Twist by Charles Dickens, which was great.

All the Pretty Horses by Cormac McCarthy

Overall, a lengthy but relatively light read. It is straightforward and easier to understand than some classics and made me smile at times. I also found it a little repetitive at times but I'm glad that I've finally read it.
