Thoughts after "The Elite": Team Maxon or Team Aspen?

After re-reading the ending I have to say that it's very unlikely Aspen and America will be together. She's staying in The Selection now to be with Maxon solely AND started to distance herself from the romance with Aspen. Of course anything could happen,but it probably won't end up with Aspen and America. At the very least,if they do end up together,I don't think she'll be very happy with her life,she'll feel as if she's only settled and missed her chance with her one true love.

It's called a typo. In case you couldn't figure it out, I meant team Maxon. And speaking of typos, Maxon would be with a capital M since its a name.

Whatever, he should move aside i highly doubt he's going end up with America at the very beginninng he had her heart and he blew it now he just sticks around to confuse her if he really wanted to stay out of the way he would instead of pulling her into dark rooms every chance he gets
I just dont even care for Aspen anymore, after he broke it off with her and left in my mind he was as good as gone so I dont see why he had to come and complicate
I am so Team Maxon all the way. When Aspen came to the palace and was like, "You know, I didn't mean to break up with you. It was for the best. Can we get back together now??" NO! You TOLD her to sign up for the Selection and now Maxon has got her heart so you need to walk away. And also, I don't want to be team Aspen cause if they got caught, the same thing that happened to Marlee would happen to America. They really need to be more careful when they're meeting. I think Maxon is so sweet but I'm edgy after the whole Kriss thing. That really threw me off. He really like America from when he met her first and then Kriss comes in the picture which totally hurt. The whole thing before he went to New Asia scared me because he and Kriss had this really sentimental moment and with America is was...nothing. But before the whole Kriss situation, Maxon totally confessed that he loved her and was going to propose. Aspen just broke America's heart and then begged for forgiveness like everything would be ok. But Maxon is so sweet and I think he really truly loves America. If he didn't why is she still here?

(also it was like the only time we got to see Aspen. :P) Also, America could have chosen not to see him, which means that she does, in fact, love him, even if her feelings for Maxon are growing as well. :( I feel that Aspen is more suited to America because they feel comfortable around each other, so they wouldn't feel the need to keep secrets from each other. They've already developed that strong bond and trust. I'm not saying that America and Maxon couldn't develop that bond, but I just feel that Aspen is a better fit. ;) And also, Maxon is starting to develop feelings for the other girls! :P It kinda ticked me off when he made out with Celeste.....it down-graded my liking for him A LOT. (Don't chew me out and say "that's what he's supposed to do!" yada yada yada) I think that Maxon and Kriss would be great together!

You're telling grammar correcting people to get over typos. But...
You say every one has their own opinion, so shouldn't grammar strict people have their own. They're trying to correct you, helping the American education, sort of, and you can correct them. You can do whatever you want on this discussion.
I feel like you're restricting people, if you wanted to state your opinion with less chances to have oppositions just write it in your review.

I like Maxon, sure, I don't detest him by any means, he just is boring....he's a character where I feel kind of aggravated when he does stuff like kissing other girls or watching on the side line, but I know he's I'm the selection but maybe I don't like because he is in the selection and maybe he watches on the side line because he's a prince but maybe I don't like him being a prince

This may contain typos. I just stated that it's not nice to make fun of somebody who made a mistake with typos. And by poking fun it is most certainly not correcting and educating America If this is about pushing each other's opinion on someone else I think that is stupid. I don't believe it's ok to tell someone how to think. If that is restricting then so be it. What if I told you to think like I say is that ok? No it's not and therefore by me saying so is a restriction (WHICH I STRONGLY DISAGREE WITH), its one I believe should be put in place. In my opinion, no one should tell ANYONE how they should think. At least not on a book discussion. Sure maybe trying to sway someone's opinion or staring what you believe, but not telling someone they have to have your views.

I'm going to have to agree to disagree. You are welcome to think its ok to tell people what to believe. I just don't agree with it. But you can go on doing so. And it WILL not change mine. In my opinion, Someone can say "no Maxon and America belong together." But I think it's wrong to say I think they belong together and you have to too.
