Every year on the 17 of March even though the grass is no longer green, everything else starts turning that color. So we decided we should all just go with the flow and not try to fight it like the Irish, you know, cause they're the fighting Irish. lol So remember, on St. Patrick's Day we're all a little Irish at heart so go ahead this month and go a little green.
So, for this challenge everything green is a go like, green eyes, jealousy (green eyed monster), envy (green with envy), covers, dresses, money, Green Day (read a book with music), Green thumb (planting flowers, a garden, etc), Going Green (a book where a company or person in it goes "green"), turning green (character get stomach ache, nausea, etc) etc.
So you may
1) Read books that have green covers, have green in the title, or have something green on them.
2) Read books that deal with green issues (envy, jealousy, being sick, money, gardening, etc)
3) Do a spell it out of something to do with St. Patrick's Day or Leprechauns (green beer, leprechauns, four leaf clovers, kisses, luck, wishes, shoes, green
pot of gold, magic, rainbows, etc)
Levels of play:
- Green Thumb; Read 1 - 3 Books
- Slightly Green; Read 4 - 6 Books
- Covered in Clovers; Read 7 - 9 Books
- Dancing like a Leprechaun; 10 or more Books
