So many intresting books, thanks!
I will read Dark Lover (Black Dagger Brotherhood, #1) by J.R. Ward for sure and On Dublin Street (On Dublin Street, #1) by Samantha Young is on my read-ASAP list, so maybe I'll get to it this month finally.
Addicted by Charlotte Featherstone (beautiful cover !!!) and Just the Sexiest Man Alive by Julie James went to my TBR, don't know yet if I have time to read them in February.

Penney (pschoener) | 3553 comments Great picks Nikita!. Thanks to you, my wish list has grown...again. I want to read Beautiful Creatures before the movie comes out, so that's a definite. After that I'm totally stumped. I might have to rethink the monthly challenge and see how many of these I can fit in there :-)
Thanks!

Carla (carlacollette) | 347 comments Pollyanna- Here are your picks; I hope that there are some books that look good to you. If not, let me know and I’d be happy to re-pick.

1. Virginal character: http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/67... This is a regency romance by Lisa Kleypas—a bit different from your usual read, but a steamy, angst-filled story featuring a virgin.

2. New Author- From both our TBR shelves, Maya Banks’ http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/99...

3. Red Hot cover : It’s blue, but it’s hot. From your TBR shelf, http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/92... I haven’t read this one, but liked the later books in one of these series.

4. Red Hot Buzz – I just read this book for PIFM last month, and it’s fabulous (more of a love story than a romance, though): http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/11...

5. Friends to Lovers – I see that this classic friends-to-lovers romance is on your TBR shelf http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/69...

6. Tart- This is a light, funny romance with the backdrop of a cooking show (with a woman who dresses tarty and doesn’t know how to cook). http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/80...

7. Wilderness/woods/outdoorsman hero-From your TBR list, a jaguar warrior hero: http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/65...

8. Bad boy hero- http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/29... This is a paranormal romantic-suspense novel that you might enjoy—somehow Krentz’s characters seems real (even if they can read auras).

I finally got around to posting your picks.
Even though it seems we don't have alot in common, (I like to read "smut" at least that is what my husband calls it LOL. And your shelves were somewhat smut free) I truly enjoyed perusing your shelves, and found some to add to my TBR shelf. I have to say I was a little worried to begin with, but really had no problem with your picks. I hope you enjoy them.

1.) Virginal Character:
Leaving Paradise I have heard this is a great book. I have not read it yet.

2.) New Author:
On Dublin Street This was a previous BOM for me and fell in love with this author.

3.) Red Hot Cover:
Something Like Normal This is one that I found on your TBR shelf and thought it looked enticing.

4.) Red Hot Buzz:
Consequences This is my favorite book. It just so happens to be extremely HOT right now. If you choose to not read any of my picks, at least give this one a try, you will be hooked!

5.) Friends to Lovers:
Fix You This is from my TBR shelf, and am looking forward to getting into it.

6.)Prostitute/Food Industry:
Throwaway I have not read this one, but it sounds really good.

7.) Hunky/Outdoorsman Hero:
The Gamble I hope you like this. Kristen Ashley is one of my favorite authors, and just couldnt resist to put in a little smut!

8.) Bad Boy Hero:
Beautiful Disaster I just finished this book last week and fell in LOVE with it. This was my easiest pick of all!!

Sue.Rs | 28 comments Hi Ruth-Ann. I hope you like my picks. I read almost all the books suggested and really enjoyed them.

1. Romance with a virginal character
Gabriel's Inferno by Sylvain Reynard - You recently added this book to your TBR and it's soooo appropriate for this category.

2. New Author
Release Me by J. Kenner - This author is not on your TBR shelf. Fans of Fifty Shades of Grey and Bare to You will like this book. First of its trilogy.

Cherries are Red, the color of passion and desire...
3. Romance with a Red Hot cover
If I Were You by Lisa Renee Jones - I read this book in one sitting. It was that hot. Now the sad part is the second book will not be out until June 2013.

4. Title that has been getting some Red Hot Buzz
VAIN by Fisher Amelie - This book has gotten some great reviews. Not a typical romance.
Exquisite and Entice (Feb 2012 release) both by Ella Frank. I recently finished Exquisite and loved it!

Some cherries are sweet, some tart...
5. Sweet- Friends-to-Lovers story
Easy by Tammara Webber - This book is on my all time favorite shelf. It's New Adult but so much more.
Rock Me by Cherrie Lynn - Tattoos and piercings are all I'm gonna say.

6. Tart- prostitute or food
Seduction and Snacks by Tara Sivec - This was a great read. It was funny and cute, plus chocolate is involved.
Wallbanger by Alice Clayton - Main character likes to bake when she's stressed. Book is cute.
This book The Arrangement is not on your TBR but main character decides to become an escort. The story is very steamy. Romance book series.

George Washington said "I cannot tell a lie...I chopped down the cherry tree."
7. Hunky, outdoorsman hero or set in the wilderness/woods
Surrender Book #1 of MacKinnon's Rangers by Pamela Clare - I have only read her I-Team series, which you have on your TBR shelf too. I love Pamela Clare's writing so I'm sure this book/series will not disappoint.

8. Bad boy hero with a heart of gold.
Mystery Man or Motorcycle Man by Kristen Ashley. Her Rock Chick series was also great! I read them all. There's just something about a protective alpha male.

Gabriel's Inferno (Gabriel's Inferno #1) by Sylvain Reynard Release Me (Stark Trilogy, #1) by J. Kenner If I Were You (Inside Out Trilogy, #1) by Lisa Renee Jones VAIN by Fisher Amelie Exquisite (Exquisite, #1) by Ella Frank Entice (Exquisite, #2) by Ella Frank Easy by Tammara Webber Rock Me (Ross Siblings, #2) by Cherrie Lynn Seduction and Snacks (Chocolate Lovers, #1) by Tara Sivec Wallbanger by Alice Clayton The Arrangement (The Arrangement, #1) by H.M. Oh goodness...so many picks to choose from!! Thanks for the great list! I think I'll start out with....
No Rest for the Wicked as I'm quickly working my way through that series. I'll also try for A Night to Surrender. Hopefully I can get to a couple more. :)

Cacophony | 102 comments Hi ab2y!
Here are your picks! I hope something jumps out at you. It seems like you read a little bit of everything, but mostly contemporaries. I tried to give you a bit a variety to choose from.

1. Recommend a Romance with a virginal character
Games of Command by Linnea Sinclair - This is a science fiction tale featuring a virginal half-cyborg hero and a tough lady he is has (temporarily unrequited) feelings for.

2. Recommend a New Author- the author can come from their shelves or yours, as long as the author is new to them.
Mr Perfect by Linda Howard – It was really hard for me to narrow my choices, but I am going with this book because I can recommend everything Linda Howard writes, this is just my favorite of her books.

3. Choose a Romance with a Red Hot cover
Dragon Actually by G. A. Aiken - This is a funny story about a dragon that doesn't want to be bothered and a vicious warrior that stumbles into his lair.

4. Recommend a title that has been getting some Red Hot Buzz- a new release, something everyone is talking about.
Fifty Shades Darker by E.L. James – Why not finish off the series? The sequels aren't as good as the first book, but I don't think the characters reach a resolution until the end.

5. Sweet- Recommend a Friends to Lovers story
Pushing the Limits by Katie McGarry – Its a bit of a stretch to call this a friends to lovers story, but it is very compelling. I read it in one sitting staying up till 4am. I don't think it will disappoint.

6. Tart- Choose a title with a prostitute as a main character, or a book set in the food industry

Escorted by Clair Kent - I just found this book and added it to my list this week, so I haven't had a chance to read it yet. But it looks great.

7. Recommend a Romance with a hunky, outdoors man hero or a book set in the wilderness/woods
Simple Jess by Pamela Morsi – This is a sweet story about a man that struggles with a disability from being born with the cord wrapped around his neck. He struggles with everyday activities that we take for granted but the author makes you believe he can have love, partnership and family.

8. Choose a title with a bad boy hero with a heart of gold. Maybe he is just misunderstood....

Unlawful Contact by Pamela Clare – This is an action packed story of a man wrongly accused of murder who takes the heroine hostage to try and save his sister from the evil bad guys. Technically the third in a series, but it is the book I started with I found it easy to jump into.

Games of Command by Linnea Sinclair Mr. Perfect by Linda Howard Dragon Actually (Dragon Kin, #1) by G.A. Aiken Fifty Shades Darker (Fifty Shades, #2) by E.L. James Pushing the Limits (Pushing the Limits, #1) by Katie McGarry Escorted by Claire Kent Simple Jess (Marrying Stone, #2) by Pamela Morsi Unlawful Contact (I-Team, #3) by Pamela Clare

~Melissa~ | 2097 comments Hi Vilda Here are your February Picks. I had fun peeking through your shelves. Hopefully I have found a book or two that you might wish to read. I tried to give you two options for each. If you would like me to pick again just let me know.
Happy Reading!!
~Melissa

1. Recommend a Romance with a virginal character - I just read Zane's Redemption last month for a challenge and fell in love with Zane. This is part of a series but IMO you don't need to read the ones before. I have only read the first and then this one and still loved it. Beautiful Creatures - I have heard good things about this and will be starting it this week as I wish to read before the movie comes out this month.

2. Recommend a New Author-

I picked a contemporary romance and a pnr for you
Your TBR ~ Flat-Out Sexy Erin Mccarthy is hilarious. I laughed so hard reading this story. You really need to start reading her!!
My pile - I love Gin Blanco - she does exactly what she believes in regardless of what others think of her and I think you might too Spider's Bite

Cherries are Red, the color of passion and desire...

3. Choose a Romance with a Red Hot cover I went for Hot stories - I haven't read either yet but would like to get to Backstage Pass (Sinners on Tour, #1) by Olivia Cunning so maybe we could buddy?
Otherwise Gabriel's Inferno (Gabriel's Inferno #1) by Sylvain Reynard is supposed to be really good as well and this author hasn't made it to your lists yet.

4. Recommend a title that has been getting some Red Hot Buzz-
I've heard lots about Wallbanger and am planning to read this if you wanted to buddy...
Otherwise Reaper's Property is a new book that is supposed to have a Hot Buzz also

Some cherries are sweet, some tart...

5. Sweet- Recommend a Friends to Lovers story This first one is emotional but oh so good!! Make sure you have kleenex ready The Reluctant Dom
I haven't read this one but it looks like it will fit Playing for Keeps

6. Tart- Choose a title with a prostitute as a main character, or a book set in the food industry
I love a book with food in it☺
This was my very first Susan Mallery book and it had me hooked Delicious
I recently read this - it was my first by this author. Whew it was hot!! Tart

George Washington said "I cannot tell a lie...I chopped down the cherry tree."

7. Recommend a Romance with a hunky, outdoorsman hero or a book set in the wilderness/woods This is the first one that came to mind Wicked Games

8. Choose a title with a bad boy hero with a heart of gold. Maybe he is just misunderstood.... It is impossible for me to recommend for PIFM without including some Kristen Ashley.
Rock Chick or Mystery Man are both good places to start. I will say that I didn't like the hero of Mystery Man for a good portion of the book but was won over by the end. #'s 2 and 3 of that series are my faves!!

I know how it goes, I still haven't seriously attempted back-logging everything I've read. It's a big job!! Since you've read that one, I'll give you another pick (or three, apparently). How about...

Fifty Shades Freed, since you've read the first two (which is two more than me, lol).

OR

Grave Peril, because Harry Dresden is the epitome of misunderstood.

OR

A Confederacy of Dunces, because I was appreciating your shelves, and I wanted to give you one goodie that wasn't a romance. Although Ignacius isn't exactly misunderstood... just kind of an ass.

Happy reading, Jim!!

PENNEY!!! Those are some seriously awesome picks, I can't wait for February now!!!

And I am 100% on board with a buddy read of The Art of Submission. I've been wanting to read that book since she put it out, I don't know why I've waited so long!

Gurl, I told you we were gonna have fun! I was having fun just going through your shelves. I have no particular reading schedule so we can start The Art of Submission as early as the first if you'd like. I'll set up a buddy read thread and see if anyone else wants to join us :)

ANYONE ELSE INTERESTED IN A BUDDY READ of The Art of Submission (The Art of D/s #1) by Ella Dominguez ???

The Confederacy of Dunces! I read that years ago! I loved that book. I remember he wrote books on notebook paper and put them in the library. And yes, Ignatious is an ass. I might have to re-read this again for fun.

But for sure I never did get around to finishing 50 Shades Freed. That will probably be it.
