Hi!! I am from west central Wisconsin USA. Yes, we’ve had cold weather -36 degrees F with wind chills of -50degrees F.. Now we’re dealing with icy, icy roads. I love to read mysteries and suspense books. And books about the Holocaust. And I love 💕 my pet birds. Nice to meet all of you :)

I just finished The Tattooist of Auschwitz and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Many thanks for all of the greetings. Sitting here with three sleeping dogs looking out on a wet Cheshire morning.
Hello all y’all. I live in Central Texas, but was born and raised in Washington state. I have ADHD that was diagnosed in my late 40s. I discovered audiobooks and they’ve honestly changed my life. I listen to books daily and like to have several checked out at a time from my public library. Ok. Maybe it’s more like 6-8. I do love to re listen to favorites. I am a huge Harry Potter fan. I finished 250 books in 2018, so I feel like I’m running out of ideas. I’m currently listening to the Poacher’s son, which is how I found this group. When I find myself bored and searching for a new series I always hope to find a good thriller. I’m excited to look through the forum and find some inspiration.
Hello and good morning from England. I do not profess to understand the intricacies of Goodreads by any measurable degree, but it seems to me that the unknown, middle range authors are far from represented in a fair way.
I see that there are many books recommended in the Thriller genre, however, I have not seen any from this list of Goodreads own pick--

I am obviously biased in this regard, having four novels amongst those 149, but it would benefit each author on there if their book could be mentioned elsewhere.
Hello and good morning from New England.I am an author of three books in the murder, mystery, and police procedural genres. I agree. The intricacies involved in moving around the Goodreads site and learning how to make it helpful for the author are daunting. But we keep working at it.
Well, it’s been a very snowy winter in Wisconsin. With 54” snow in the month of February, we just got about 6” more last night. Had our roof shoveled off as many barns & sheds roofs gave been collapsing from the weight of the snow. I’ve come down with a dandy cold and so miserable that I can’t even read:(. Hoping all my friends are well and doing good!!

Hello. I’m Vina , and I live in India. My husband has retired from the army, and I used to teach and write features. We now live quietly, and I love reading thrillers. Looking forward to interacting in this group.
Joan here. I live in Knik, Alaska, with two dogs, two cats and my dear husband. I have a long commute, so audiobooks are my friends, and my printed books read me to sleep. I like mysteries, thrillers, police procedurals, sci-fi, fiction of nearly any stripe. Recent discoveries have been Jane Harper and Joy Ellis.
Hello My name is Mo and I am addicted to reading. It started early in childhood when I was 3; I am told that I loved going to the library and picking out books to read. I don't remember that, but I do remember receiving the entire book series of Little House on the Prairie in middle school and escaping into their world and family.
I'm currently reading a lot of historical fiction, however my favorite genre is a good thriller. Of any kind. Especially medical, legal, political, international espionage....
The Winner by David Baldacci is in my five favorite thrillers of all times.
The last great thriller I read was Still Missing by Chevy Stevens. This writing and suspense just blew mind.
Anyway....glad to meet to you all. I was raised in Atlanta, Georgia.
Hello and welcome Mo
David Baldacci is a personel favourite and a group favourite here.
Love his Will Robie and John Puller

I love a good thriller- some of my favourites are girl on the train, gone girl, and then there were none.
In my spare time I enjoy planting new flowers in the garden, having movie nights with my sisters and exploring stately homes and gardens.
Looking forward to joining in!
