Not to my knowledge but Gosport is full of military secrets and history so I would not be surprised if it was attempted at some stage. One of the forts was up for sale a few months ago. I live near the old ammunition depot which still has many of the buildings and berths dating back to the 1700s. Thanks for welcoming me to the group. Lovely day here on the south coast today.

Hi Jamie, it must be quite interesting living so close to where so much military action happened (probably still would if necessary!). No doubt if there is a tunnel, an enterprising time-team type of the future with a new super whizzy see through the ground radar gizmo will find it! Weather here was damp earlier but the sun is now out to play!!

Kevin, you'll get your "Welcome to the Family" URL after I finish listening to a CD for an audiobook,

My name is Philip Wilson and I'm a first-time author. I live in Toronto, but spend as much time as I can out sailing.
I recently published The Librarian- a revenge thriller that follows a shy librarian who accidentally stumbles on a conspiracy by a group of rogue cops.
I'd love to connect with fellow authors and readers, so feel free to add me as a friend, DM me at any time, or get in touch with my through my website www.philipmwilson.com.
Thanks and nice to meet you all!
Phil

Hi, Erica. Your "Welcome to the Family" URL is Metallica - One (medieval cover by Stary Olsa) Легенды.Live: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YTCiu... Singer even LOOKS like a medieval Russian version of James Hetfield... .

I absolutely enjoy crime and thriller books, have started to go back to the library and also use my kindle more! I love the ability to just escape into a book.
Lisa

I'm Veronica, and like all of you, a fan of mysteries and thrillers. I also have a love for all things spooky and strange, and enjoy exploring "haunted" locations. I've shared some of the spooky experiences I've encountered on other websites. I am finally starting to write my first novel, and have been participating in writing groups to make sure it will be a good one. I very much look forward to getting to know you, and learn more about what everyone likes and dislikes about the books we all love.
