-My Rating System- 5 Star = Loved to death or I have no qualms with it. 4 Star = Liked a lot but had flaws. 3 Star = So-so. Don't regret reading but could have lived without it. Either way. 2 Star = Was terrible but I liked/tolerated some parts that kept me from giving it one star. Preferred to of not of read. 1 Star = Hated it or it did nothing for me.
My ‘staying-away’ shelf has books I’m avoiding, either due to something I found out about them or because a brief skim showed they were abominable and not worth reading.

To: Authors/Publishers that are thinking about sending me a book to review.
I have an honesty-only policy, no holding back any emotions/thoughts on books. I tend to either really like a book or really hate it. I am much more likely to get to your book if it's in physical or audio format.
My reviews mostly are a couple paragraphs talking generally of the pros/cons. I always pass the book on so others can enjoy it too. I will recommend it to others if it is good! ...more
