I haven't read some of them but I would suggest also, Look Me In the Eye about asperger's syndrome
Is this list for books about other issues than bullying? Disabilities etc? I added Me Before You because it presents the point of view of someone who is a quadriplegic and was a real eye opener for me in terms of understanding how one might feel in this situation. Also, Flowers From the Storm - Stroke.
