List your all-time favorite technothrillers.
NOTE: Technothrillers are a hybrid genre, drawing subject matter generally from science fiction, thrillers, spy, action and war. The inner workings of technology and the mechanics of various disciplines (espionage, martial arts, politics) are thoroughly explored, and the plot often turns on the particulars of that exploration.

All of the world's computers crash, except those with the Apple/Macintosh operating system.
The book came out sometime after the "MacPlus" (my first computer).
I don't know the name; nor do I know the title.
Can anyone solve my query?
Thank you.

HI William - AG Riddle has a similar book, it's the first in a series I think and intertwined with the Atlantis Gene series.
Pandemic
Enjoy!

I'm looking for a novel similar to the show "Person of Interest" or AI. Female and male protagonists that are adversaries at the beginning but become allies (friends, lovers whatever). Preferably the characters should not be younger than 30, so no teens.^^
(Just read D. F. Jones Colossus anything in that direction would be fine)
In short:
AI thriller akin to POI (Person of Interest TV)
adversaries -> allies
characters (f/m) should no longer be teens
Thanks in advance for your help, hope someone has a recommendation for me.
Cheers :)

Hi Red, I just ran across your somewhat-old question and thought I'd throw my new book out there. It's titled All In and features two unlikely 30-something partners (a hacker and an NSA spook) who battle a super AI.
