I have 2 books that take place outside the named countries, 1 in Nigeria and one in Sweden. I may read A Short History of Tractors in Ukranian, which is mostly orange. I will have to look more closely over the weekend to see what else works. This is all a bit confusing to me.

OK, so you can use a name and a nickname to match cards? I never thought of that.

Here's an interesting question. I am reading a book, , where the main character takes on new lives and names over the course of the book. She is running from a dangerous past so she assumes aliases of other people. (mostly dead) Several of her names fit cards but can I use them if they all refer to the same person?

I am feeling yarn project disabled today. I have been working on a baby blanket (to give to charity) and I made a mistake and had to rip out 3 or 4 rows and I'm scared to start back up because I'm not sure where I am in the pattern. I think this is how I end up with projects I don't finish. I go to a knitting group every two weeks so I have a week to regroup. At least there is accountability with this group so I'm going to try to overcome my abandonment tendencies.

Great! I finished it this evening. I put it in the spreadsheet for the Draw 4.

I really have liked all three of Lucy Foley's books. She writes interesting stories of suspense and this one had lots of twists and reveals.

Oh, looks like I jumped the gun on this. My ebook looks green on my iPad but I did a test on Tineye (even though we don't have to use it.) Tineye show it is mostly pink, with a little blue. I guess only I am seeing green. LOL

I just started The Paris Apartment and realized it would work for green. It matches to several cards so we could use it as another green backup.

I see them now. I assume they will be higher after all the books are finished.

When will the mini challenge numbers appear on the master uno current points spreadsheet (the one that compares all the teams?)

Yay!!!! I was hoping I could read something else this weekend or maybe not read much at all.

I should be able to finish Finlay Donovan this weekend so that would be take care of the 4, as well as the 9 if that is needed instead.

I was going to offer to do your Green 2 but realized we needed a color card for a Wild Draw 4. So I am going to use this.

I think at this point it might be helpful if everyone reviews the Mini Challenge to confirm that they are going to finish books they committed to read. If not, erase the book from the spot so Laura will know where the holes are. Also it would be good if everyone checks that the books they have finished this month have been logged on the planning spreadsheet. (Ignore this David- I'm sure Laura will help get you set up this weekend.)

I wish I could find a green 7 that interests me. I read Evelyn Hugo in the last 6 months, don't care much for fantasy and it sounds like I would need to read the first 3 books before A Dangerous Collaboration.

I can read Finlay Donovan Knocks Em Dead to meet a 4 card this month. Let me know if it isn't needed before Monday so I can hold it for next month. If there are any other needs, let me know. I have a number of books available to start now that I could finish by Tuesday.

I like Elli hope that Laura is feeling better. In answer to Elli's other question, I don't think Half of a Yellow Sun is yellow enough.
