My f2f book club is reading Caged Bird next month. I'm looking forward to rereading this classic.

I'll be reading Caged Bird next month in my f2f book club. It will be great to reread this classic.

A used book can't be falling apart, ripped or stained pages for me. Goodwill has a certain color tag every week for 2 days - 10 books for $1.99 beat deal I've seen. Granted they're usually picked over but I stick the Little Libraries with my favorite titles. I hardly ever buy books new only for a school fundraiser etc. because I have way too many to read and really wonder if I ever will. Lol it's an addiction. $2 or less per book including hardcovers is my limit.

@Kristie. I haven't read any Jojo yet. Can't wait. My book club has a meeting at the end of the year so I figure I need to hold off before reading it or I'll forget half the story, lol. I forgot about one more: The Book of Secrets.
Orphan Train - almost done! Pretty good...

I tried to comment underneath and didn't work. Sorry about that.

It would have to be ones I haven't read yet lol and the longest book I know is
War and Peace. Then the Bible and third book I don't know.

I liked the book a lot and yes, Lacy Peterson did come to mind. I want to read her other titles and will also want to catch the movie.

Finally got to
Gone Girl and enjoyed the mystery/story and suspense.

A weird, fairly recent read was
The Buffalo Hunter. Not sure why I even read it, except I probably saw some review and it looked familiar in the library, so I checked it out.

Just finished
Defending Jacob, which was good and now starting
The Age of Miracles.
