I haven't even finished one card yet either guys, but these games are always so much fun!

Here are the ones on my TBR-2014 list:
Inkheart The Passage both of which I own, and :
The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian, which I might actually get "from the library"

Just finish..."I, too, thought Life of Pi was interesting, but I did not care for it at all. :(

I've finally finished my book. Sorry that I took a while. It was very good but hard to read. I'm not surprised it didn't have many ratings.
Debi is up next. I've sent her a message. :)"Sorry that your book was so hard to get through, Grace.

I know, the time just seems to be flying by, doesn't it?

Cool Grace. I hope you enjoy it. :)

Wow, you guys are just flying through these books! I will head up and update the list.

Melissa - I have been wanting to start this series, and was thinking I might read the first one of the series for our shelf this month.

Let us know which one your read, Dee.

Dee - it is your turn..:)

I never came back here to say what book I was going to read, but I finished it last night. I read
Three Strikes and You're Dead, a Murder She Wrote book. It was cute and quick, actually just what I needed right now.

Also - Don't forget to post your quotes from your alternate history books
here

Please post quotes from your alternate history books, here. It can be a quote that showcases the alternate history aspect of the book, the writing style of the author, highlights a character, or just one that catches your fancy. If you are stuck, there is always page 46!

I'm up. Perusing my shelves to decide what book to read. I will be back in a few with my selection.

I'm here. Lots of life stuff getting in the way in my world, not all good, either. But I will be ready when Dionisia is finished. Sorry for being so absent. It has been a horrible month of June so far....

Sounds great, Amy and Grace.
Lyndi wrote: "I just finished Fahrenheit 451. Awesome book! I think everyone should read it!"Lyndi - I agree. I wish my boys would have read it in either high school or college. Great book.
Amanda wrote: "I wouldn't say any of the books I have chosen would be considered traditional "beach" reads, but as my bookshelves don't have many of those books, and it's helping me get through my TBR list, I'm n..."Amanda - That is what I thought, too. To me, a Beach Read is something really light that doesn't take a whole lot of concentration. Something that can be interrupted...something fun and easy. Of course, technically a beach read could be anything you read on a beach.
Debi wrote: "Totally loving the controversy of the non-beach reads beach reads category!
I'm currently heading up the California coast on vacay stopping at all the independent book sellers to add to my beach re..."Sounds like a great trip, Debi. I love the California coast and take trips there as much as possible.
