Yeah, thanks. I'm proud of him. He was part of a panel on technology, last year. The illustrator, Yta, is his wife.
They're good people.
I plead the fifth as both my MIL & BIL are now SPAs and my BIL was invited to the White House for his efforts. He is the author of Lauren Ipsum.I can't link to it as I'm on my phone.
Wishing you the best of luck and many happy reads!!I don't have a particular feeling, one way or the other, about SPAs in general. My concern is usually about the quality of the book (well ebook, actually) - grammar, typos, etc.
My TBR for the next month, in no particular order, includes:The Unusual Suspects - (Borrowed Series That Needs To Be Completely Read By May/Early June)
The Cheerleaders of Doom - (Current Series Being Read {Can Backburner if Necessary})
Gardens of the Moon - (FoF Group Read for February)
Howl's Moving Castle - (FoF Group Read for February)
A Study in Scarlet - (New FoF Series Buddy Read)
The Silver Chair - (Continuing FoF Series Buddy Read)
Wuthering Heights - (FoF Buddy Read for February)
I'm going to read A Study in Scarlet next.

Skip Narnia .. You have a copy, frayed though it may be.Research Supple ... Make sure it is really what you need, not just a knee-jerk reaction "want". If it will, in fact help you, then buy it now and subtract the extra $11 from your next budget.

After trying for a little over a week, I finally decided to give up on Swan Song for now. I just couldn't get into it; I'm thinking its a mood thing. I plan to try again at a later date (possibly this summer).Instead, I'm now reading A Nameless Witch by A. Lee Martinez.
I'm only 3 chapters (38 pgs.) in and I'm loving it.
I may be experiencing my first slump of the year... I've found it very difficult to get into either Swan Song or Prince Caspian; both of which I am actually interested in reading (which is why I think this is a slump). So, I'm going to try and reboot myself (and help my series challenge along) with an MG read: M Is for Mama's Boy. I really hope I can complete Swan Song before the end of the month though, so that I can fulfill my January challenge for FoF.
