I have never cried while reading a book. The closest one was probably When Breath Becomes Air. I teared up a bit.

The only one I have completed fully is the Murderbot Diaries by Martha Wells, but there is a full length novel coming out. I'm still counting it though. There are 4. I'm not counting the novel because it isn't out yet.
I don't read a lot of horror. It by Stephen King scared me at certain parts. That's one of the only "horror" books I have ever read.
I am going to try and finish the three books I have going. Miracle Creek by Angie Kim
Waiting for Tom Hanks by Kerry Winfrey
On Earth We're Briefly Gorgeous by Ocean Vuong
I'm enjoying 2/3 of these. I've had high hopes for all of them.
1. I know there are TONS of these, but I love contemporaries that take place in a neighborhood. (ex. Little Fires Everywhere) That neighborhood drama is what I live for. 2. I love me a good school setting. It doesn't matter what kind of school. (ex. Skyward, The Poppy War, Every Heart a Doorway, Harry Potter)
3. Hotels/Motels/Apartment buildings. Preferably a horror/thriller vibe. (ex. Lock Every Door)
4. Camp (ex. The Names They Gave Us, The Last Time I Lied)
I can't think of anymore that I enjoy reading about, or ones that I want to see more of.
