ETA: Haha, right before leaving works, as it turns out. I have my priorities straight! 🙂

Sing along now: "SAVE A HOOOOOOORSE..."
Epic post is epic, and so is your total!
Congratulations, Lusties!
🍰🍪🥂

TBH, sleep is another thing that I did not get enough of during TT because I had so much reading to do.
I plan to go to sleep early tonight for sure!
@Jessi, I think you asked about that zombie book? It was pretty good! Nothing too original, as it IS a straightforward zombie novel after all, and it doesn’t really have an ending per se. But it was pretty well done overall, especially for a KU!

So that a wrap!
Team Ira, with 11 members, logged 390 books, with an average page count of 555.
That is amazing, everybody!!!

Okay, it looks like we have logged 45 now (I removed one...)
Jessi are you sure we cannot have 46? It does say that in an early team thread post somewhere, but I guess the math was rechecked later? Have other teams ever posted 46 without a penalty?
And if Rebecca finishes hers (which is on the Vanity mini) we could potentially swap it in for M’s Rogue Protocol...?

If we end up with more than the max # of books I guess we can omit the shortest one(s)? Would any of those readers be offended by that? Assuming we are even allowed to do that? 🧐

Okay, wren! Do the best you can :)

[bookcover:Alice in Blunderland: An Iridesc..."
Okay Frankie! :)

So it's possible to add a few more, but only a few.
@Jessi, the max is 46, right? [eta: I think Ozana might have another one or two]
If anybody thinks they won't finish something that's on the spreadsheet, please let the team know ASAP.
(I myself may be cutting it pretty close with mine! Ack! *off to go read more now...*)

Countdown is here!
https://www.timeanddate.com/countdown...
If anyone thinks they'll be finishing something at the last minute, like within 30 min of the cut-off, please let Jessi and me know (but probably mostly Jessi)!

I read Exit Strategy earlier this year and I don't think it can count."
If within 6 month, then no. If more than that, then you can reread. No biggie in any case :)

I'm writing DQs for the BOM that starts on Mon, but without the pressure of TT it just feels different.
I spent most of today out with my daughter (she had karate stuff, and then we had lunch out and did some shopping), and tomorrow we have not 1 but 2 different friends' 9th birthday parties. One is 10-1 and the other is 1-4.
The first one is most certainly a drop-off, fortunately, so I can use the time to finish my Zombie book if I haven't already by then. During the second party, I should be able to duck out at least long enough to hang out on GR during the last hour or so before TT ends. So's I can help Jessi with last-minute stuff and cheerleading! :D

Cool.
Can you also check your GR read dates on the one you just finished? It's on your TT shelf but your 20..."
Huh? We don’t need to read the exact same version....
We can read a different edition, so long as it’s linked in GR as the same book (not a different series installment, a boxed set, etc.)
ETA: last week we used Outlander, the edition from the Travel Agent shelf, for mini challenge. On the Rec List, it appears as “Cross Stitch” which is an alternate title for the same book... And as far as I know, even that is fine! I don’t think most people would be able to access the “Cross Stitch” version. :)
