Gabriel turned to her, "He just left you there! For all he knew Isiicar could have shown up again or you could have rolled into the water. There were so many dangers and yet he left you there with just a note left in your pocket! Naomi left you together so you could
protect each other. He certainly didn't protect you."

Gabriel's face fell sad, "I don't know." He grew a little angry again, "I don't know if I can forgive him. He completely abandoned you without a second thought." he said his hand in a fist.

Gabriel grabbed her, "Derey! Are you okay, Derey?"

Gabriel looked at it apprehensively. "It looks kind of like some sort of cypher, maybe?"

((Capital at the beginning of a sentence is normal. . .but is capital green normal? . . .))

Gabriel turned sharply and looked at the letters, "As far as I can tell that's just gibberish." he said with a sigh after looking at them.

Gabriel brows turned downward, "I found you at the falls. I can't believe he knocked you out and just
left you there!"

I'm leaving. Please don't follow me, don't think of me and don't bother me. RIght now I have something important that I need to take care of. I apologize for not being able to help you with your training Derey but something more important had come up. Other than that I counsel you to keep an eye out for Naomi. HEr returN periOd has aLready pAssed. The ruins are tOo Green.

Gabriel got an angry look on his face and turned away. Stolidly he pointed to a crumpled piece of paper on a table beside her. They were at the cabin.

Gabriel startled backwards, "Derey, thank goodness your awake! Are you alright?"

((Sorry if any of this sounds weird or anything. I'm
really tired.))

Derey heard a voice yelling at her. Her name was shouted over and over again, "Derey. Derey. Hurry and wake up Derey."

He was silent for a moment but then setting her on the floor he rose to his feet and faced the waterfall entrance. "You're here to make sure she doesn't find out my suspicions aren't you?" He sighed, "Naomi was right. I should have trained with my stone when I had the chance."
The person spoke, "You wouldn't have been powerful enough even then. Why did you put her to sleep and choose not to reveal me?"
He looked down at the figure pure loathing in his eyes, "You know, I never liked you, never trusted you. I would do no favors to you, but she. . .I know your ways. If she ever found out you'd be forced to kill her. If she found out you'd have no choice but to take her raw power or place a seal on her."
The figure came up sharply, "How do you know about that?"
"I've been taught many things." he whispered.
The figure paused unsure, "I'd forgotten that you were Aigus' son. Just as stubborn as him I see. I was going to kill you here but I've changed my mind. You have so much knowledge we could use and your so weak in you power that, controlled, you wouldn't be a threat. Isn't that marvelous Driden, you'll be able to follow in your father's footsteps." Driden was silent. He'd known his fate the moment he had seen that figure and realized the truth. The fact that he'd tried to stay a peaceful player in this game and not develop his stone had been turned against him.
The figure stirred, "Either you'll come with no trouble, Driden or that stone holder there will be the one to come, and she'll face the same fate
her predecessor fell to." His finger's lightly touched her face as he cast one last glance at her.
Is history doomed to continue to repeat itself? he wondered.
I fear she'll become the next Naomi he paused in his own mind.
and I the next Belenos He rose to his feet.
Fate. he spoke to himself one last time, leaving the rest of his thought in the air.

Driden stopped her, "You need rest. You need to stop right now." Driden touched her arm, his finger's grasping her arm lightly. "You need to sleep." suddenly Derey felt a heavy drowsiness settle on her. It was a very soothing sleepiness that seemed to lull her like a song.

"Bit by a spider? That's impossible. . .unless. Are you sure you were bitten and not injected?" He stopped her, "I may not know that much about their poison but I know this. Rest is the sure cure. Just stop for a moment Derey."

"Shoot." he took hold of her, glancing out at the waterfall, "This is bad."

Driden turned to Derey, catching hold of and steadying her, "What's wrong Derey?" he said.

((You could tell Driden that Gabriel is taking care of Isiicar. . .)) :)
It was there that Driden seemed to come to himself, "Where's Naomi?"

((Tomato man returned. haha))
His face turned bright red and he seemed to loose himself again, "Thanks." he mumbled. He held the Blue Lightning in his left hand as they ran. Soon they reached the waterfall entrance.

He scowled and then his face turned downward and he didn't look at her, "You don't understand. I thought you would be at the cabin after all this time. I thought you were there so I told him about Ethan. I figured that you, him and Naomi could handle that guy, but if he goes after Ethan while he's there alone. . ." he trailed off. "I've betrayed Ethan." He looked blankly down at the floor and pushed the table off of himself. "We've got to get to him before he gets to Ethan."
