She saw dark skin, a shining smile and deep purple eyes. A deep smooth, almost chocolaty voice spoke "Hello Derey." said Belenos.

The whole canyon seemed to be breathing. As if the ground were a live. Almost casually a figure stepped out from the shadows.

It was eerie. Everything was dead, everything was silent and no bright light seemed to dare penetrate the air. Her footsteps echoed emptily and there were shadows everywhere, throwing every sense off course. It seemed that there were people hiding everywhere. Every shadow with eyes staring out from it.

As she traveled downwards the ground grew more red like it had been in Naomi's valley. Ruins surrounded them and it was strangely silent.

As they stepped outside the temple there was long silver stream running beside it, flowing downward. Rather-Fellow disappeared once again into the white stone but his voice could be heard. "Follow the stream." he said.

Rather-Fellow laughed, "Goddess Ilandere was the one who created the Chaos imps. She was rather random in her creation. We have two forms. One we wield more power in, and one is more subtle, but that is really beside the point. The point is that the gods and goddesses tend to be kinder to the prettier creations." he trailed off, "My Imp form is more subtle so I tend towards it, but this is my original form."
He stood up, "Time to get going isn't it?"

((Aren't you curious why he looks different?))
Rather-Fellow nodded, "How?"

Rather-Fellow sighed, "Have some spunk girl. I'm not going to bite you. Anyway. . .What do you plan to do?"

He scowled, "What, you don't even recognize your own rescuer? It's me, Rather-Fellow."

The moon Lady disappeared and there was an intake of breath as the elf like boy collapsed in relief. "I thought you were gonna get us both killed." he said rather weakly.

The Moon Lady was grave as she spoke next, "Follow the river eastward to the valley of the Grave. There, if you make the right choices, you will attain most formidable allies."

She was silent for a moment her bright pools of eyes watching, "There are always shadows in bright places. This you must learn. Patience is all you need my warrior and faith in yourself and those you choose to fight with. Help will soon reveal itself, I promise."

The Moon Lady nodded and spoke once again, "For what reason are you troubled small one?"

"Godess Ilandere." he whispered sharply again to her, starting to look nervous.

Then appeared a silver haired elvish boy beside her, "I'm sorry My Lady. It is I who intrudes." He bowed low and then glanced over to her, "Hurry up and bow!" he whispered sharply.

Then suddenly one started to come out of the wall. The giant figures melted out of the wall and stood, towering over Derey. It was a woman. She had long golden hair so pale it almost looked white and it strung down everywhere about her. She looked at Derey with stony eyes, "What peculiar noises have awakened me from my slumber. For what purpose are thou in the celestial temple of the gods, mortal?"
Here's something similar to how she looks.

It was different this time. There was a temple. Thousands of inscriptions on the wall, of which there were nine giant figures drawn.

He spoke two words, "The source." then the world around them turned to paint like it had before.

In a quiet voice he spoke out finally, "Don't feel like you'll be alone in this, though, Derey. There is something very special that I need to show you."

Rather-Fellow stood on the ground for the first time instead of floating in mid air, "Derey, you need to accept this. Driden is your
enemy. If you want to survive here. . .if you want to win against the evil that seems to be reviving you need to understand and deal with that." the chaos gnome went silent for a moment, "Or people will die. You're all we have left Derey. Taylor the ruby holder is still in a coma. The Amethyst, Chrysoberyl and Amber holders have gone missing, the Pearl holder was taken by the Myst, Naomi the diamond holder has gone on search and is now absent,
even possibly dead and now Driden the Sapphire holder has betrayed us. If you don't do something the Myst is going to rise again and there is nothing the rest of us can do to stop it." Rather-Fellow said. He was rather fierce but there was a sad tone in his eyes.
