222868 Well I finished Infinity and while it was lightly not as good as book 1 I still enjoyed it but it approached TSTL territory a couple of times :) Going to start the final book Destiny which is about one of the "other" characters (the first 2 are about 2 sisters). Hope it is as good and not a plot repeat

222868 @Vinity - Yes I had a ton of paperbacks i bought from Amazon that never show up as a previous purchase but those were long before I ever had a Kindle

222868 BTW it seems each book in The Immortals has a related but new plot which I like (and a HEA I hope)

222868 I can without a doubt say that Eternity was exceptional, it might have dragged a bit in the middle but it was a great book and I will be moving to book 2 immediately since it is a trilogy and I have to finish before the 24th/25th due to other commitments :)

Book 2
Infinity
Book 3
Destiny

I have read them all except for the 4th series, they were really good but I got tired of the Dragon's Gift plots. The Mythean Arcanna were very good also but MUCH more erotic than the YA type Dragon's Gift, she writes entertaining stuff but most of it is in the 3.5-4 Star range with a higher rated book usually at the end of each series and I would recommend the first series and if you like it the next 2 fall into the characters you already know well, the 4th series moves outside the original trio and as I said I was just tired of the series because I have so many other things I have to read and she is a very prolific writer, I have all 5 of the 4th series (she sends them to me) but have not had the urge to read them yet.

222868 @Sharon - I am really enjoying Eternity and at the 56% mark it is turning the corner on a new timeframe and still loving it but I hope they don't have to keep fighting this same "bad guy" through 3 books but that would be a minor complaint if the story/writing stay this good. Will be able to give a much better opinion after I finish this first book but I think I can safely recommend that you give it a try for free, much of my small bit of dissatisfaction comes from not being able to see almost nobody that deserves killing actually getting killed LOL (my revenge junkie is not getting fed very well in this book)

222868 Just a note on Eternity it looks like it may have been a book imported from a paperback which is not a big problem but seems they lose a quotation mark from time to time which is a wee bit distracting :)

222868 WOW, I was having a really hard time finding something to read tonight and nothing sounded good but somehow I found this book Eternity that I bought 5 years ago and never read because all 3 books were not out yet (they are now) and only about 10% in and it is great and if the reviews are true the whole trilogy is and book 1 is FREE (but you will end up buying them all if you are hooked, I jumped in and already did, maybe I needed to spend some book money LOL)

222868 Well finished The Forest God's Bride and while it was good it seemed to be missing a bit of what makes 4 Star book into 5 Star books :) I hate when I can't put my finger on something but it was enjoyable and had decent writing but did not make that 5 Star level IMHO

222868 @Aussie Girl - There is supposed to be a way for Calibre to do it but I have never got comfortable with it and feel lucky anytime I can get it to do what I want so this is what I use when I get a new Kindle, it transfers everything and it is free but this link should get you past most of the ads you have to go through it is called KDeasy and it worked great for me.

or this might be a better link for you

222868 I bought one of the last keyboards when they released the final ones after they had discontinued them and so I have one that is still like new and my old one is still kicking but I can tell it is showing its age and as Paula says, the newer ones are a bit frustrating when I have to wait 1-3 minutes (or more) before I can start reading. I got an android tablet with the kindle App that actually lets me get to reading faster, I have to charge my Fire up every so after since it just dies sitting there doing nothing LOL

222868 Well just finished Becoming A Vincent and I have to say it was insane, kind of like a slightly more sane contemporary version of Laurenton's Badgers :) I may have to get book 2 before I move on to something else .

222868 I will join in also since I can't even think of a book that has 500+ reviews and NONE of them less than 4 Star so I am throwing my 99 cents into the pot for Becoming A Vincent

222868 Needed something quick and good tonight after reading Hell's Bell which was really good and already want book 3 LOL Anyway I grabbed this Enthroned and it was a great story, skimmed over some of the details most stories like this and you get the heart of the story without all the historical details. While I enjoyed it I am not sure if I wish to continue the series or not, a female King Arthur masquerading as a male just seems to be pretty impossible in medieval times but she does have a lot of skills that make this an interesting reading, probably a barely 4 Stars reading but then again this is book 1 of a 7 book series (finished now) and so it holds an appeal I may want to read more of we shall see how I feel in the morning :)

222868 @Vinity - "hey they got us talking about it, didn't they? " - I guess in the advertising world that makes it a win :)

222868 @Vinity - I think I will keep my opinions to subjects I feel qualified to review LOL (In my unqualified opinion it was pretty terrible)
