118012 I'm gonna nominate 2001: A Space Odyssey, because I've been meaning to read it for ages.

118012 I've been meaning to read Dune for ages!

118012 Mayme, what did you think of I Capture the Castle? I've heard many people talk about it!

118012 16. I actually own the bookmark, I got it for Christmas! :D

I really need to get round to reading more from that list...

118012 Considering I've got through a load of books over the last few days I've just updated my to-read list for April to include some more Shakespeare :D

118012 It's great being back!

I'm on a roll! 4 books in the last 2 days. I admit, 3 of them were Shakespeare plays, which are rather short, but still. I'm actually reading! :D

118012 Karen, everyone seems to have been struggling over the last few months, I know I definitely have!

I hope your knee gets better soon! Surgery sounds serious :(

118012 24. The Gospel of Loki by Joanne Harris

This book was a rather enjoyable, lighthearted read. It was reasonable truthful to Norse mythology, which made it a rather informative book.

118012 Thank you! I'll definitely need all the luck I can get!

I've gotten back into reading though, finally, which is great :D

118012 I still write FanFiction. I blame the fangirl in me. Its a great way to get into writing.

118012 Just started The Gospel of Loki, for a break in my Shakespeare reading. It'll be interesting to see how much it is influenced by the Marvel adaptations of Loki, or if it will stick to the traditional myths found in The Prose Edda etc.

118012 23. The Tempest by William Shakespeare

118012 21. King Henry IV, Part 1 by William Shakespeare

22. Julius Caesar by William Shakespeare

March was a pitiful month with reading. Hopefully I can pick it up again in April!

118012 I honestly can't wait. I just want to go now, and not have to wait for like 5 months. Well, I have to actually pass my exams first...

118012 I'm being particularly wary of setting myself a big list this month, considering I haven't read for over a month.

Anyway, as part of my Shakespeare Challenge, I'd like to read:
King Henry IV, Part 1
Julius Caesar
The Tempest
King Lear
Hamlet
The Merchant of Venice

And some others I have out the library that I'd like to read:
MaddAddam
The Gospel of Loki
The Rime of the Ancient Mariner and Other Poems

118012 I'm not at uni yet. Hopefully in September!

I'm planning on doing English Lit, which means I'll read something like 3 or 4 books a week. aka. heaven.

118012 It's taken me a while to start this, but I finished Julius Caesar and King Henry IV, Part 1 today.

I absolutely loved Julius Caesar, it was very fast paced and political. which I really liked. The language in King Henry IV I found to be far better though, with more metaphors and such used, which I really enjoy in Shakespeare's writing.

118012 I studied Gatsby last year, and so I wasted god knows how many hours on it. Don't get me wrong, Fitzgerald is an amazing writer, but I found the book horrendously disappointing.

Oddly, even though I didn't understand half of what Ulysses was actually saying, for me it was an achievement, and I did rather enjoy it, in a weird way.

118012 Managed to read 2 Shakespeare plays today, so 5 behind doesn't feel so bad.

You'll get there, Faye! :D

118012 7 books behind schedule. Thank god that I have like 3 months off in Summer, and my University degree compromises of reading a hell load of books.

Hopefully I'll get back into reading this month.
