Welcome to the group, Serena! You'll find a lot of recommendations on the group bookshelf and be sure to add yours as well (provided it's romance, of course).

I recently read and reviewed Jenna Anderson's new novella Off Leash and LOVED it! This story is sweet and funny and I recommend it to anyone who enjoys a feel-good romantic story with a satisfying ending. She agreed to do an interview and I've posted it on my reviews blog, Romance, Old School. Find out what inspired Off Leash and why she started writing in the first place. There is a giveaway as well. Please stop by and take a look! :O)
Lu wrote: "Debra wrote: "I could't find anywhere on the sight ar with the editor of Jane Austin's books so I contacted the Goodread contact and they said to give it a couple of weeks and if I didn't receive anything to contact them."Ah, I see where the problem is, Lu. You contacted Goodreads itself. Yeah, our little group giveaways are not associated with Goodreads' giveaways so they wouldn't know anything about our rules and whatnot. They told you what they tell anyone who emails them about not receiving a book won through the Goodreads Giveaway program because they assumed that's what you were talking about.
Debra, if you think Teresa would be OK with giving away two copies of this book, then yes, please talk with her about it. Thank you so much for offering. :O)
Lu, for future group giveaways, please follow the giveaway rules here in the group to avoid any misunderstandings.
Oh, and I do apologize for making it more difficult. I should have linked Teresa's name instead of Jane Austen's. That was quite an oversight on my part.
Thank you all. There are always kinks to iron out in giveaways like this, especially in a group as large as ours.
Whew! Any questions?
Lu wrote: "Number 15. I did reply to win the Jane Austin The Widow's Tale and even contacted you because I couldn't find a way to contact the Author and no info for the editor. You told me to wait a few weeks to see if I received the book. I told you I had no way to send an address and you said it should be on file. Please don't give it away to another now. I did all I could to claim it."Um, wow. I have no idea what's going on now. I just searched my emails and my Goodreads messages, re-checked the first winner thread, and I can't find your acknowledgment or messages anywhere. Where did you send them? I also don't know why I would have told you anything about an address being on file since I don't have any member's addresses on file.

Thank you all for participating in our giveaway! Have a lovely week!!
P.S. If I've just awarded prizes that were already claimed, I do apologize. There's no way I could have known since I heard nothing from the authors or winners of these particular prizes. :O)
I haven't drawn new winners yet, so you are in time. Go ahead and contact the author about your prize. :O)
It's beginning to look like I'll be drawing seven new winners tomorrow. That makes me sad and happy all at the same time: sad that 7 winners will lose out but happy that 7 new winners will get good news. Talk about mixed emotions!According to my records, the following books have remained unclaimed (and please, please correct me if I'm wrong):
7. Heartsight, Lifeline Echoes, or Elusive Echoes by Kay Springsteen (winner's choice of one; PDF e-copy; international) Kelly, message 15

If these winners do not step forward to claim their prizes, I'll announce seven new winners tomorrow. You have until I make the actual announcement, whatever time that happens to be tomorrow. At the time I make the announcement, this thread will be closed to new comments and a new thread will be opened.
Thank you for your participation and support.
Authors: If you've heard from your winner, please let me know. I have no way of knowing which prizes have been claimed* if the winner or sponsor doesn't comment here, or message me or something. PLEASE, please, please let me know before August 1, so I don't accidentally award the prize again. Thank you.
*When I say CLAIMED I mean the winner has acknowledged that they've won. Not that they've received the prize, just that they accept that they've won a prize.

You are indeed the winner, Brigitte. I misspelled your name. Sorry about that. :O)
Go ahead and contact Joyce about your win. You'll find a "send message" link on her goodreads author profile: Joyce DiPastena. Congratulations!
In an effort to see which books are left to be claimed, I'm going to cross out the ones that have been. If anyone has trouble contacting their author, please comment here or PM me and I'll try to help.
Tammy wrote: "I went to contact the author, but do not see a send message link on her page??? How do I contact Wanda Luce regarding the book?"Wanda hasn't linked her Goodreads profile to her author page yet. Here's the link to her profile. There's a "send message" link on there. :O)
