Don’t Let Your Emotions Decide!
I am a very emotional person. This can be good. And this can be bad. Can you relate?
It is wonderful when I use my emotions to love and serve and glorify God, to love and serve and show sensitivity and compassion and care toward others, to pray for people, etc.
But it can be very, very bad when I let my emotions rule and reign in my life. Which includes letting my emotions make decisions instead of God.
Jesus Christ is Lord! We and our emotions are not lord!

Sorry God I’m Busy!
“Sorry God I’m busy!” You may have never told God these words, but countless people worldwide are living this way. Too busy for the Lord Jesus Christ.
One day we will all stand before the Lord and have to give an account. I wonder how many of us will stand before Jesus unable to come up with a reasonable excuse as to how much of our lives we spent TOO BUSY FOR GOD ALMIGHTY.

It does not matter if it FEELS good. It does not matter if it TASTES good. It does not matter if it SMELLS good. It does not matter if you THINK it is good. Don’t Jump In – WAIT!
One of the biggest mistakes I have made over the years as a follower of the Lord Jesus Christ is to jump into God’s will once He has made it known to me – without waiting for HIS TIMING.
Consider what God has to say about His purposes.
“To everything there is a season, A time for every purpose under heaven:” Ecclesiastes 3:1 NKJV
His purposes have seasons! There is a God-chosen time for them!

A Friendship Chosen by God
I have a beloved friend and fellow follower of the Lord Jesus Christ with whom I have had such a very tumultuous relationship. Up and down our friendship has gone. At times strong. Other times so weak. Sometimes close. Other times off we went our separate ways. Beautiful Birthday Blessing!
God in His amazing love knew my 56th birthday this morning started off with some sadness over some things and being far away from close friends and family in my life on the road for the Lord Jesus Christ. I am ever in awe how God knows every detail of our lives, can do absolutely anything, and can orchestrate everything from A to Z much of which we cannot even imagine.

Stop Pushing Them Away!
Stop pushing them away! Who? The people God sends to help you start a relationship with Him, to return to Him if you have turned away from Him, to go forward in your relationship with Him, to address some sins and struggles in your life He wants you to be free from and overcome, or for any other reason.

Please Apologize
When you know you have done something wrong, please seek God’s forgiveness and please apologize to anyone God leads you to say you are sorry to.
Pride and self-centeredness would have us just get on with our lives once we realize we have sinned in God’s eyes and wronged Him and others. The Lord Jesus Christ despises pride.
