Think Rudeness Doesn't Matter? Think Again!

We can all understand how high stress situations can sometimes bring out the worst in us and we can react to situations without thinking. (That’s kind of what HardTalk is all about!). Deep down, we know that behaviour isn’t helpful or productive, or how we would like ourselves to be seen. But we bet that you could forgive yourself a little right? We also bet that you might think Doctors should definitely be given a pass on this – they save lives for goodness sake! Well, it turns out, that they are actually the last people who should get a pass on workplace rudeness, because when they do it – it can cost lives. It might not always be life and death for you, but this article will make you realise just how futile it is to keep giving in to our caveman brains!!
